Excellent location! Can’t fault it. You are only 10-15min walking distance to any landmark and there are so many cafes and restaurants just round the corner.

The housekeeper guy was very nice and courteous. However, we never met the receptionist. They are supposed to be there during the day, but we never had the chance to meet her. Even the city tax had to be left on the bedside table on our departure day at 10.30am. Lucky we had cash !

It was perfect. I thought Iwas far from everything but is a great location. Like 10m away from the shopping street and 10 more minutes from the trevi & pantheon.

The only thing I didn't like was a random banging all the time I was at the Hotel. Day and night. I'm a light sleeper so that was annoying.

If you're looking for something cheap and if you're ok with being far away from everything, go ahead and book it. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Didn't like anything. The shower head was broken. The room is EXTREMELY small. Cleaning could have been better.

El alojamiento está cerca del centro andando. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la comunicación con los trabajadores también. Lo limpian y cambian sábanas/toallas según tus necesidades y cada día te ponen cápsulas de café y agua en la nevera.

Laura is a great host, she made us feel very welcome and provided great recommendations, both where to visit and where to eat. She was also very quick when we had any questions over the booking.com messaging system. The room is excellent, clean and fresh. The location is walking distance to everything a tourist may want.

Very friendly staff location is perfect . Most of the points of interest are walking distance . They will send a list of restaurants. We tried 3 of them and they were excellent.

The elevator is small and quite old.

Excellent, spacious and very comfortable room with great air conditioning, a fridge, complimentary drinking water and coffee pods, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic for exploring Rome on foot, with many of the main sights within easy walking distance, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the stay.

Reception could occasionally be a little slow to respond, although overall communication was very good and any queries were dealt with helpfully. Otherwise, there was very little to fault. I'd book again.

could use some repainting as the walls looked a little worn. We also found trash in the bathroom that appeared to have been left by the previous guest, so it seems the bathroom may not have been properly checked before our arrival. In addition, the air coming from the AC had an unpleasant smell, and the AC seems to need some cleaning as well. Overall, the stay was okay, but a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance would make the experience much better.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, habitación y baño adecuado, todo muy limpio. El centro lo tienes al lado cruzando el río. La atención al cliente excelente, el personal fue muy atento, nos ayudó en todo momento y podíamos contactar con ellos por WhatsApp. Lo recomiendo! :)

A gusto personal, los colchones son algo blanditos, nosotros preferimos que sean duros. Pero se duerme bien para pasar unos días.

Very clean and nice place, we really enjoyed our stay here. The place and whole neighborhood was very quiet, so we could sleep really well after long days in the city. Staff was also very friendly, thank you for everything. We would like to come back and we recommend to everyone. 🙂

The room was a bit darker than shown in the photos, so it wasn't quite what we expected at first, but it turned out great in the end. Overall a very positive stay.

El alojamiento está bien situado y es muy tranquilo para descansar después de un día intenso recorriendo Roma. El aire acondicionado, la limpieza y que te dejan agua fría todos los días es un plus. Además responde muy rápido y te manda un meil con restaurantes y demás para ir en la ciudad.

A mejorar diré que el agua fría del baño sale con muy poca fuerza y cuando te estás duchado es un poco frustrante o le das al agua caliente para que salga más fuerza o la fría sale muy poca pero el resto suple este inconveniente.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent location.

Proximity to public transport, restaurants and attractions. They allowed us to leave our luggage for the day after we checked out at no additional cost. Laura was extremely helpful and prompt in answering queries. AC was cold which helped with all the heat! Three separate entries to get to room which gave peace of mind about security.

It would have been good to get new towels but we didn’t request so I’m sure if we made the request it would’ve been provided. The room did not have an iron which again if we had requested it might have been provided. Over

Las fotos reflejan fielmente la realidad del apartamento. Es un alojamiento muy recomendable, situado en una zona más alejada del bullicio turístico, lo que permite descansar con mucha tranquilidad. Además, está justo enfrente de los Carabinieri, lo que transmite una sensación extra de seguridad. Muy cerca hay una cafetería para desayunar y varios restaurantes, por lo que resulta muy cómodo. Si volviera a Roma, sin duda tendría este alojamiento entre mis primeras opciones.

Muy buena ubicación, en una zona residencial muy bonita y tranquila, pero a la vez a pocos minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, era cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, la atención del anfitrión fue excelente. Sin duda, una opción para repetir.

Είχαν μόνο ένα κλειδί για το δωμάτιο με 3 άτομα . Επίσης το τρίτο κρεβάτι δεν ήταν ράντζο αλλά ένα πολύ λεπτό ύφασμα καναπέ πάρα πολύ άβολο. Η καθαριότητα μπορούσε να είναι και καλύτερη .

Apartament posiada doskonałą lokalizację. Praktycznie w każdego miejsce w Rzymie jest bardzo blisko. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokoje bardzo czyste, klimatyzacja sprawna. Naprawdę nie masz do czego przyczepić. W październiku przyjeżdżamy ponownie.

Mogłem wykupić dłuższy pobyt. Ale to moja wina.

Obiekt można powiedzieć w centrum miasta. Do wszelkich atrakcji można było dojść na piechotę. Codziennie w lodówce czekały na nas butelki wody, codziennie też pokoje były sprzątane. Polecam!

Pod koniec wyjazdu doszło do drobnego nieporozumienia jeżeli chodzi o zapłatę podatku miejskiego, jednakże wszystko się wyjaśniło.

Room was good and spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Liked the little lift that takes you to your floor, and was happy with the with property in general and how you gain access and lock up when you leave. It’s in a good location and you can easily walk to all the main sights and points of interest. Only saw the receptionist once when checking in. Never saw them again across 5 days. Air con was well needed as 37 degrees outside during our stay! Must mention the cleaners. They were incredible friendly and helpful and always said good morning with a smile.

Not a negative about the property itself, but we messaged the property reception team via booking.com mobile app asking them to book us a taxi for our trip to the Ciampino airport on our last day. We booked it the day before our last day. I was quoted €65 for the taxi and when I questioned why it wasn’t €40 like all the other white taxi’s in Rome, I was told it is a private taxi and if I want a white one I can either wait at the rank in the nearby square or be given a number to call myself. To save hassle, I booked the private one which was meant to pick us up right outside the property at 10:00. After waiting till 10:15 with no taxi, I messaged the property and was told they would contact the driver, then some time later was told the driver is having trouble with their vehicle and I would need to either walk to the rank or they would call a white one for us. We already asked someone to call a white taxi firm but they were struggling to get through to anyone and so we went to the rank and had to wait further 20 mins for one to pull over. By this point we were nearly an hour later leaving the city centre than we should have been, causing a bit of panic about whether we would miss our flight. Thankfully, we didn’t miss it. Just think it’s poor to book a private taxi at nearly double the price, then you have to chase where it is only to be eventually told that they wouldn’t be arriving due to vehicle problems.

The location is really great, near the city centre and still quiet. Clean room and nice staff.

The room was missing a closet (unlike what the photos showed), but for a 2-night stay, we made it work. The Wi-Fi signal was poor - even Google Maps wouldn't load in the room. The. The biggest letdown was the bed. A 160cm bed isn't exactly “large”, you could feel every toss and turn from your partner, and the pillows were way too hard.

Mi è piaciuta soprattutto la posizione della struttura, molto comoda e ben collegata. Ho apprezzato anche l’ampiezza del bagno, in particolare la doccia, davvero spaziosa. Il letto era abbastanza comodo e ho dormito bene.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e darei più un 8,5 che un 8. Unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile il prezzo, leggermente alto rispetto alle aspettative, e il lenzuolo che presentava qualche piccola macchia. Nulla però che abbia compromesso l’esperienza generale.

Excelente acomodação, camas muito confortáveis. Localização boa, permite chegar ao Vaticano com uma caminhada de 15 minutos. Metro não é muito próximo, mas também é uma opção. Bairro calmo e tranquilo.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to many of the sights in Rome. The cleaner was excellent and the receptionist very helpful.

It is not 24 hour reception, I think hours were 10.30 to 6, so most days we did not see any staff. There were 4 of us in one room, which was not a suite but just a hotel room with beds for 4. This was rather disappointing and a bit crowded. Also lacked storage space for 4 people. Overall, the price was very expensive, and not really value for money , especially with no kitchen.

Pokój znajduje się w idealnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko, bardzo cicha i bezpieczna okolica. Dookoła bardzo dobre restauracje. Sprawny kontakt z obsługą, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Pokoje bardzo dobrze posprzątane, codziennie uzupełniana woda w pokoju oraz możliwość posprzątania. Definitywnie polecam jako baza wypadowa.

Ηταν πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο, και η τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα.

Στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν κάποιος από τις 10:30 μέχρι τις 18:30,τις ώρες δηλαδή που συνήθως όλοι λείπουν για να εξερευνήσουν την πόλη! όταν χρειαστήκαμε κάτι που αφορούσε το δωμάτιο δεν μπορέσαμε να βρούμε και να επικοινωνήσουμε με κανέναν μιας και απανταγανε μόνο τις ώρες εκείνες . Κατά τ’άλλα ήταν Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί μέσω email σε ότι άλλο χρειαστήκαμε .

Rooms need to be locked with a key (when you are inside and when you leave) and only one key is available so it is challenging if you want to come and go at different times. Otherwise, access to the building was with a code and fob so it was very easy.
