Neue, groß & gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Anbindung

I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and has a charming Viennese character that made the experience feel authentic. The communication with Suzana was outstanding from beginning to end. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and provided clear instructions, making both check-in and check-out effortless. The location is excellent—very close to the tram station, with easy access to the city center, while the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel like a tourist area; it gave me the feeling of being part of a real Viennese neighborhood, which made my stay somehow special. I would definitely stay here again!

Polecam, czysty przestronny apartament nic nie brakowało. Blisko sklep, bezproblemowy dojazd do centrum.

Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung war perfekt für uns 4. Haben alle super geschlafen Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar bzw die Rückmeldungen kamen immer super schnell. Sehr freundlich und nett.

2 Kaffeekapseln als Reserve oder Service wären klasse gewesen. 😊 Aber das ist auch jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Gute Lage, einfacher Zugang und Absprache.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und ist sehr übersichtlich. Sie bietet die notwendige Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler), hat eine Nespresso Maschine (Kapseln dafür gibt es in Läden in der Nähe), einen Wasserkocher, und genügend Besteck und Geschirr. Auch der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber, ebenso wie die Toilette und das Bad. Ebenso sind ein Bügeleisen und ein Föhn vorhanden. Der Zugang erfolgt elektronisch, aber im Apartment liegen Schlüssel auf. Für den elektronischen Zugang erhält man gegebenenfalls sympatische und rasche Unterstützung von Suzana und ihrem Team. Da wir auch die Bekanntschaft des Mannes des Reinigungsteams machten durften, kann ich sagen, dass auch dieser Herr sehr nett und höflich war. Alles in allem waren wir sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben! Wir werden diese weiterempfehlen und selbst für zukünftige Aufenthalte im Auge behalten!

Wir können an dieser Stelle nichts negatives beanstanden. Lediglich die Anzahl der Steckdose beim Bett könnte man bemängeln, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.

Nagyon jó szállás, minden igényünknek megfelelt. Csendes környéken van. Csak ajánlani tudom!

The apartment was beautifully designed, creating a really calm and peaceful atmosphere. It could comfortably sleep four people, making it ideal for families or small groups. The location was perfect for our visit — well situated within the Bezirk. The extra amenities were a lovely touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home.

The key access via app could be clearer to set up in advance — we had a little trouble getting in as I hadn’t activated the code in time. That said, when I called for help, the issue was resolved within minutes, which was reassuring.

Просторна та затишна квартира, гарні меблі, багато посуду. Розташування зручне, до центру на транспорті десь 20 хвилин

В квартирі не було навіть мила для рук або інших засобів гігієни, що дивно.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in einem schönen Bezirk Wiens, und ruhig. Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden. die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ausreichend ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Sehr schön die hohen Räume und die Einrichtung. Für uns neu war das Einchecken per App und Codes, hat aber tadellos funktioniert!

NU a fost facuta curatenie in apartament: - cearceafurile de pe ambele paturi nu erau schimbate - lenjeriile nu au fist calcate !!! - in dormitor erau panze de paianjen intre tocul geamului si calorifer - pe parchetul din living erau scame - pe asa zisa noptiera din dormitor am gasit ambalaje goale de medicamente 2. NU ai unde sa iti pui hainele- nu exista nici un cuier in tot apartamentul; nu exista nici un suport pentru haine!!!! - dezinteres complet din partea persoanei care administreaza acest apartament. V-ati batut joc! Este cea mai proasta experienta pe care am avut o !

This apartment is the best choice in Vienna for this price. Flat is big enough for 4 adult people, fast communication with the owner, no-contact check in through the app which works to open the door - like it. Everything was clean, towels and sheets smelled fresh. My expectations were actually exceeded. Just notice that this location is quite far from the city centre and we used taxi all the time to reach the place, which in Vienna will cost you a bit. But I would even put location as a benefit as it is very calm and not overcrowded with tourists, so you can have proper rest.

Did not notice any significant problems or disadvantages. Only small thing is that there is coffee machine in the kitchen, but no coffee capsules:)

Geräumige Wohnung in superruhiger Lage und trotzdem in zwei Minuten an der Straßenbahn und netten Cafes , Supermarkt und BiPA in der Nähe.

Im Flur könnte noch ein oder zwei Garderobenhaken sein. Sonst alles wichtige da.

The first thing we noticed was how spacious and impeccably clean the apartment was. We greatly appreciated the convenient location, with the tram stop just moments away and several grocery stores within easy reach.

They could improve the stay by including shower gel. The container was there but they only filled it with water 😂. Another thing we suggest replacing the pans, as the current ones are scratched and the non-stick coating seems compromised.

The apartment was very spacious and in a quiet but well-connected area. It was a great experience and at a more than fair price.

Amazing apartment, with large and very well decorated rooms. The location was 2 minutes away from the tram station and 9 minutes away from the metro. We had Billa just around the corner. Overall we really enjoyed it and we recommend it!

Great location, closed to transport. We have stayed for 2 nights and left very satisfied with the accommodation.

El apartamento es acogedor, tiene camas cómodas y es lujo que el baño esté separado. La parada del tranvía estaba justo al lado.

Cuándo estábamos dentro del apartamento entró el personal sin llamar, con otra llave, para darnos toallas, que no habíamos pedido. Nos faltó un microondas en la cocina.

We like the convenient location; a supermarket and convenient transportation are nearby. The accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, and it has a kitchen, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.👍

I don't like the pillow because it is too soft. The bathroom should have a curtain to prevent water from splashing out and wetting the floor.

The app used to open the door of the building was not working properly, but the staff immediately opened it for us remotely.

The flat was spacious, airy and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. May be a microwave would be more useful to prepare some quick meals. The location is just 20 mts from the inner city (Ring) reached by a tram. There are a few local shops around. Area is very residential but safe.

In a hallway I would expect some rack to hang coats on as in winter you have more clothes.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Also, very clean and cozy. We had a good time there. It is close to public transportation and in a peaceful part of the city.

It is close to the centre, 15mins with the tram. Far away for it to be in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the tram and the U-bahn. Supermarket like Hofer and Lidl are a 10min walk away. It is spacious and light.

The bathroom was not perfectly clean when we arrrived. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets.
