Location is excellent. Just 3 minute walk from Blue Mosque and just behind the main stretch, close to the grand bazaar. Our room was exceptionally clean, the shower had very strong pressure.. maybe too strong! Staff were very helpful. We stayed in a superior room which was just right. Supermarkets are just around the corner. Oh, and a massive bonus, the view from the rooftop is breathtaking!!!

La camera mancava un po' di arredamento, non c'erano dei comodini dove poter appoggiare la roba.

Our second time staying at this hotel! Its super clean. The staff are super helpful and kind & the location is perfect! All tourists spots are minutes walks away lile the grand bazar, blue mosque, hagia sofia etc - the tram station is also 2 mins walk from the hotel. It’s our 4th time in istanbul and will continue to book this hotel! - they even remembered us from the year before!

Lokalizacja jest świetna ale ma to swoje minusy, śpiew muezina potrafi obudzić, mimo że poza tym w pokoju było bardzo cicho.

Walls are a bit too thin so you could hear people talking in the corridor, but it wasn’t too bad

Hôtel très bien situé juste à côté des lieux emblématiques, je pouvais voir la mosquée bleue depuis ma chambre. Personnel très gentil, chambre propre .

Das einzige was positiv war, war die Lage, da man alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichen konnte, aber ich denke dass es da sogar noch bessere hotels gibt die näher an der Straßenbahn liegen und in der selben Preisklasse sind. Das Personal war auch freundlich und hat unsere wünsche entgegengenommen und kann englisch. Wir konnten früher einchecken.

Leider muss ich einiges loswerden… . Es ist überhaupt nicht sauber. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war ich so angeekelt von der Unterkunft dass der Urlaub nicht angenehm war. Wir sind im zimmer angekommen und haben sofort haare auf dem Bett gesehen. Als ich unter die decke geschaut habe waren so viele haare dass ich direkt wieder zugemacht habe. Wir mussten große Handtücher als decken nehmen weil es einfach eklig war. Doch auch in den Handtüchern waren sehr viele haare. Ich weiß nicht wie sie diese waschen aber es war katastrophal. Wir haben dann bei der Rezeption gebeten dass das Bett neu überzogen wird da wir haare gefunden haben, aber uns wurde gesagt der roomservice ist nicht mehr im haus, sie werden es am folgendenTag wechseln. Und dennoch haben wir auch danach haare auf dem Bett gefunden. Einfach nur horror. Der klodeckel war schmutzig, das Waschbecken war schmutzig und der Boden sowieso. Die Wände im Badezimmer bestehen aus Tapeten!! Wo gibt es das? Ich will garnicht wissen wie es hinter diesen schimmelt. Das Badezimmer sieht allgemein garnicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Das einzig gute im Badezimmer war dass das Wasser in der dusche gut abgeflossen ist. Einmal haben wir die Klimaanlage stärker laufen lassen und uns ist ein Gemisch aus staub und haare unterm Bett entgegengekommen. Einfach nur eklig. Wir haben sogar „Special Categorie“ gewählt, war aber garnicht wie es dargestellt wird. Auf den Bildern sehen die zimmer sehr groß aus. Es ist viel viel kleiner. Die Bilder täuschen. Wir haben das Hotel nur gebucht aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen, aber wir verstehen nocht woher diese kommen. Es ist absolut nicht sauber und man fühlt sich nicht wohl.

Fantastiskt läge i Sultanahmet! ⭐️ Hotellet har ett jättebra läge mitt i Sultanahmet, med mysiga omgivningar och massor av trevliga restauranger, caféer och små butiker precis i närheten. Det är dessutom gångavstånd till spårvagnen, vilket gör det enkelt att ta sig runt i Istanbul. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam, vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. Vi är väldigt nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka! ❤️

Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dai principali monumenti, ma in strada secondaria, quindi silenziosa la notte. A 10 minuti a piedi anche dalla fermata dello shuttle per l'aeroporto. Camera pulitissima, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Struttura moderna e personale gentilissimo e sempre cordiale, pronto a dare consigli e offrire servizi, ma senza essere insistenti. Ci tornerei sicuramente

L'asciugacapelli dopo 2 minuti di funzionamento si bloccava e ripartiva solo dopo ore una volta raffreddato. Essendo estate non ha pesato per il nostro soggiorno, ma in inverno potrebbe essere un problema

Staff are very friendly and informative, location is decent with the Hagia Sophia / blue mosque nearby (~10 minute walk) along with lots of shops/restaurants in the sultanahmet area along with a supermarket a 2-3 minute walk away. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

Just a shame about the roadworks outside the hotel on the pavement making it difficult to enter, however this is no fault of the hotel

Beautiful rooms. Loved our sea view. Great location. The most attentive, thoughtful staff who ensured our stay was perfect. Especially Jihaan and morning staff!

I have been visited the hotel before 10 years ago and I come back and surprised how still beautiful and peaceful hotel

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia che viene fatta ogni giorno ed anche il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Da apprezzare che ogni giorno riforniscono le bottigliette d'acqua, bustine di caffè e tè in quanto c'è un bollitore. Il b& b comunque è in una posizione ottima per visitare a piedi i luoghi più conosciuti e poi è ben servita con i mezzi pubblici. Inoltre c'è una grande varietà di ristoranti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Che dire ci siamo trovati benissimo e poi Istanbul è unica❤️

Unica pecca non offrono il servizio colazione..... soprattutto hanno una terrazza fantastica in cui si vede Istanbul notturna..... potrebbero sfruttarla!

We absolutely love Mina Hotel. The staff are truly amazing, warm and welcoming, and the service is always excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. We have stayed here several times and it truly feels like our home away from home in Istanbul. We will definitely be back!

The location was the best thing about the property

The shower cubicle was clean but if the seal had been redone and the mouldy seal removed it would have been perfect.

Es hat mir alles gefallen , es war eine heisse Zeit , aber die Klimaanlage war ruhig Frühstück gibt es keines, aber rund um das Hotel gibt es sehr viele Restaurants.Die Dachterasse könnte liebevoller gestalltet sein mit Tischen und Stühle und Sonnenschirm. Das ist ein wenig schafe.

Staff molto gentile. Le camere erano pulite per quanto possibile pulire una struttura vecchia: ma non mancavano asciugamani di ricambio tutti i giorni e bottigline d’acqua. Se il vostro viaggio è restare il meno possibile in albergo, allora come struttura va bene.

In generale è una struttura che forse negli anni 90 era molto rinomata, ma che oggi manca di manutenzione e quindi lo sporco accumulato negli anni non viene più via. Il prezzo è troppo alto per ciò che è la struttura e per ciò che offre.

The hotel was well located in the Sultanahmet area with a short walk to Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace etc and one of the cistern entrances was opposite the hotel. It was easy to walk to the tram stops at the top of the hill and there was an abundance of restaurants around the whole area. The reception staff were very helpful; the room was serviced every day.

The room was somewhat smaller than we had expected so it needed a bit of juggling to store 2 medium size suitcases. [Hint - lie one under the vanity unit in the bathroom!]

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. It is in a very good location. Central near all the historic sightseeing areas and metro line so you can do lots of commuting easily by walking. The staff were very friendly and informative they responded to all our requests instantaneously, and they gave us tips on how to maximize our trip according to the things we desired to do. I highly recommend them to anyone going. Won’t be the last time.

in camera avevamo un muro, forse di cartongesso, che non offriva nessun isolamento acustico dalla camera adiacente

Tutto super - la posizione è centrale e molto comoda per la parte storica della città - La Suite King con jacuzzi è semplicemente favolosa : è molto ampia e luminosa. Dalle finestre si vede la moschea blu e si domina il mar di Marmara.

Dovendo trovare qualcosa da dire suggerirei una maggior separazione tra la zona dei servizi igienici e la zona camera

The staff were always incredibly helpful and friendly, no matter what we needed. The sea view was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special.

If I had to mention something, it would be that the booking said breakfast was included, but in the end it wasn’t. However, this was not really a problem, because Istanbul is full of fantastic places where you can enjoy a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast.

Clean, friendly staff and excellent location. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern as well as public transport. Also close to Grand Bazaar. Room was comfy and nicely furnished.

Hairdryer and TV didn't work but I watch stuff on my tablet and bring my own hairdryer anyway. Considering the value for money, location and efficiency of staff, it really didn't bother me at all.

Posizione perfetta per visitare le piu famose attrazioni a piedi, zona molto tranquilla e trovi tutto quello che ti serve,bar,ristoranti,supermercati,ecc. Lo staff molto cordiale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza! Engin, alla reception,l'anima dell'hotel, ci ha "accompagnati" in questa "passeggiata" nella bellissima e vissuta Istanbul e contagiati con la sua inesorabile passione per la storia. Ritorneremo assolutamente!

Di questo Hotel ho amato tutto, dal servizio alla Reception alla posizione dell'Hotel. È la seconda volta che scelgo questo Hotel a distanza di 1 anno e devo dire che non mi ha delusa. Il servizio navetta eccellente, le persone alla Reception molto gentili, la posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e nei dintorni è pieno di ristoranti molto carini e buoni. La stanza ha le dimensioni necessarie per 2 persone e passano a pulire tutti i giorni. Sceglierò e consiglierò questa struttura sempre.

Great location, moments away from Sultanahmet tram stop which can connect you all over the city and only 10-15 mins walk from the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. The staff were very helpful too! Great for a long weekend trip, most time spent outside of the hotel anyway.

A localização é perfeita para explorar o bairro histórico. Todos da recepção são muito educados e sempre à disposição, seja para ajudar com informações das atrações ou com o transfer para o aeroporto.

O quarto 501 é pequeno e a janela também é pequena, mas sei que tem outras acomodações diferentes no hotel.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from T1 train station which is the connection to many parts of the city. Pretty much everything in European part of Istanbul is within walking distance.
