We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is in a prime area, with KLCC just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Our unit was located on the 53rd floor, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially at night when the city lights came alive. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

One minor downside is the parking area, which is quite tight and can be challenging to maneuver, especially for larger vehicles. In addition, the waiting time for the lift can take quite a while at times, which is understandable for a high-rise building.

The ease of access and the central location

Even though we were located on a high floor, the noise from the traffic below could still be heard very clearly.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a great location- very short walk to KLCC and Pavillion Mall. The bedrooms are a good size and kitchen had everything listed. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

The small table lamps in the rooms were broken/could not be connected. This would have been nice to use in the evenings instead of turning on the big lights.

Great stay!! the location is very convenient and its just located next to KLCC. The living room and bedrooms are super cozy. We definitely will come again next time. And also the host is very friendly and responsive.

dirty. as they dont clean before new guest to check in. the floor, the bed sheet, the towel, the sofa. we have to wait almost like 30+ mins for to towel to arrived & even after the staff change the new one still got stain on it. the bedsheet very smelly like someone odour 😭 once we step in the house we can smell the house smells like cigarettes & someone armpit 😭😭😭😭 the tv also not working. the floor is so dirty as people before us use shoes in house & i dont think it is muslim friendly to pray since it is not clean properly 😔

The location.

Security issue. We had an incident on the second night. At about 10pm, a random person pressed the password and came in and demanding us out of our room. We asked the person who is he but he just kept demanding us to come out. We called the owner, they proceed to call management. The person eventually left. We didn’t feel safe and request a refund; as no longer feel safe. But instead management change us to a new unit. But when we asked lots of questions; the more we felt very fishy about management. We left.

This apartment is located on the 39th floor of a building in a 3-tower complex, which is in a security controlled mini-precinct. The property is a stone’s throw to Petronas Towers and the KLCC Suria mall alongside (which we visited frequently during our KL stay at Calm Sojourn of 3 nights on our onward journey; 2 nights on our return one). The unit has most basics including a water filter (though handwash and hand towels are not provided) with fantastic nighttime city views from two of the 3 bedrooms. All in all, a comfortable and very affordable stay in a convenient central city location. Given the security set up we strongly advise any guests arriving from overseas to use the airport transfer service that the apartment can organise for them. We used the service 3 times and found it to be very price competitive, with friendly and dependable drivers (Theo and Forest – thanks again!) that were very helpful at drop off and pick up inside the complex.

Other than the lack of hand towels (and handwash in the second visit), perhaps some of the fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready to be renovated now. And more rails and/or hooks in the bathrooms would always be welcome.

The Sky Suites are located in a prestigious location, just a few hundred metres from the Petronas Towers. My suite was clean, quiet and comfortable. For KL it was very reasonably priced. Coffee and food was available within a few hundred metres of the property.

Animals, posing as human beings, had slung all manner of litter and debris from the upper floors, and it had come to rest immediately outside my living room window on a narrow roof. Why they couldn’t deposit in a bin in their room instead of throwing it out of a tower block window is one of life’s mysteries. Block lifts under maintenance also led to some rather long waits. I had difficulty locating the water heater switch. Perhaps the Management Company could provide each new client with a typed list providing instructions on the use of the gate / lift access card, the door access code method, the water heater, - and advise whether the refrigerator can be used. Mine (the Apartment’s) was not working.

The building lobby is not ventilated at all and there is no window/balcony in the flat, sometimes difficult to interact with the person helping with check in/check out in terms of logistics (e.g. there was some ongoing confusion about leaving luggage behind between our 2 stays - could have been resolved with better communication between property owner/host and this person)

The strategic location of the propery, walking distance to KLCC and LRT. The customer service was also very attentive and efficient. The property provided indoor slippers, so we can use it.

Actual property given was different from listed photos. Was booked family suites, but it seems like two room type without sofa bed.

Ruszający się kran w łazience. Tylko 2 rolki papieru toaletowego dla 5 osób na 2 dni. I papier masakrycznie złej jakości. Prawie brak wyposażenia kuchni. Nikt nie powiedział, jak włączyć grzanie ciepłej wody - dużą część pobytu myliśmy się w chłodnej. Dopiero pod koniec odkryliśmy włącznik przy włączniku światła w części, gdzie jest łóżko-dostawka. Do tego chyba pilot(!) do sterowania grzaniem. Nigdy byśmy się sami nie domyślili, aby tam szukać plus pilota.

Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht. Top Lage im 41. Stock mit Aussicht auf die Twin Towers. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit 2 separaten Duschen und Zimmern. Kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine, die wir auch nutzen. Um die Ecke war eine Foodmeile mit mehreren Ständen die ab 11 Uhr auf haben., dort haben wir dann gegessen. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal Kontakt lief problemlos über WhatsApp.

einchecken war bissl kompliziert, Kommunikation nicht so gut und wir mussten warten, bis jemand kommt. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz überzeugend, bissl lieblos hat es gewirtk. Aber völlig in Ordnung an sich. Beim Lift steht, dass keine Kurzzeitgäste erlaubt sind und wenn man erwischt wird, wird einem der Schlüssel weggenommen. Das war bissl verunsichernd. Wir waren aber sicher nicht die einzigen Hotelgäste, und es hat uns niemand kontrolliert. aber es hat ein komisches Gefühl gemacht.

Location and facilities

Clean, spacious and located near where we wanted to visit in KL city. Very convenient to walk over to the twin towers, the KLCC park, Suria etc. etc.

1) Lack of hooks to hang things in the bathroom, 2) it’s not very convenient to charge mobile phones

Very convenient location in KLCC. Apartment was high up on the 49th floor, which offered a view of the cityscape albeit not of the Petronas Towers. There is a washing machine. Pillows were comfortable. Check-in was delayed by 25 min but landlady kindly offered us a Starbucks coffee on the house.

Check-in was not the best first impression. We had to wait 25 min for the doorman to show up to take us onto the property. When he showed up so late, completely non-apologetic and asked us ladies to get into his car to simply drive across the street. There were no check-in instructions to get into an unknown car so for two ladies, it was a bit of safety issue. When we arrived with the doorman at the apartment, he seemed to check if everything was alright with us instead of checking before we arrived. There was literally three numbers texting or calling me for check-in matters simultaneously so it was a bit chaotic. Towels provided were not of a good quality and not really drying us. Only bath towels provided with no hand towels available. Sofa had a couple of stains. Bed was sinking in when we slept, leading to us rolling into the midsection of the bed and sleeping slanted every night. AC wouldn’t cool down in the bedroom. They had a guy come promptly to wash the filters but it did not help. Check-out was a hassle. They sent a YouTube video explaining how to let ourselves out of the condominium once we had left our access cards on the apartment’s table. We were unable to follow the instructions as they were unclear and when we asked both the landlady and the company managing the house administration for more info, I was simply ignored in the end. In the end, we simply had to follow behind a guy exiting the condominium compound to exit quickly with him, otherwise we would be stuck inside the condominium complex.

Fantastic View, friendly and helpful host, big and spacious room, clean apartment, good location just right behind KLCC. Kitchenwares all very well prepared, they even have Iron, hairdryer and ALSO AIRFRYER! For staycation, they have got full access to Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV! Overall IT'S AMAZING!

The Carpark has got super narrow driveway, not easy to drive. It'll be better there's a swimming pool.

The location is superb. Only 500 - 750 metres to KLCC Shuria mall / Petronas Twin Towers. The unit is located in high level, so the view of the KL Tower from the unit is amazing. The unit is very clean and neat. When you entered the unit, it just felt very homey and relaxing. Love the decor and the small meaningful touches given to guests ---> in room sandals, some snacks / coffee / tea for guests, complimentary cottons / cotton buds / tissues in EVERY ROOM, electric plug converters free to use. The internet connection is excellent too, stable and consistent in every room. The 7-11 and Starbucks across the Apartment complex also come very handy when you need to buy some foods / knick-knacks / coffee. Communication with the Unit Manager was very smooth and easy. They helped us to store our luggage first before checking-in, because we arrived before the scheduled check-in time.

While the unit itself is highly recommended, clean, comfortable, there are some areas of concerns of the Apartment complex where the unit is located that I think guests should consider: - The Apartment complex is one that has such high traffic of people, because there are 3 towers in that one complex, with many units. Getting into the elevator was quite a hassle because there were many people using them, esp during busy hours. There were 4 elevators, but only 3 were working (including the Bomba Lift). To get up and down could take you around 20 minutes by itself, because of the long wait. - The security guards were also of concern. Once in a while they required us to show the pass card to prove that we were eligible tenants. Thank God when we checked out, my husband accidentally brought the pass card with him (was supposed to leave it in the apartment unit). The security guard checked on us when we exited, insisting us to show the pass card. Thank God my husband brought it down, otherwise we would probably cause a scene. But then I had to get into the Apartment complex again to return the pass card. And it took me almost 20 minutes by itself. - You might want to reconsider if you are traveling with elderly or little children, because your taxi / shuttle are not allowed to get into the apartment complex to drop you off or pick you up. You need to walk out to the front gate first. If you have lots of luggages and other belongings, it can be quite an inconvenience. This might be different if you are driving your own car, since you will probably be able to park in the Apartment Complex. - Since the Apartment complex has such high traffic, the cleanliness of the surrounding public area was also a bit of a concern. There were some trashes thrown out carelessly by the public trash bins, and awful odors from the public restrooms by the building entrance.

I loved the location of the property. The room was reasonably cleaned and the view from the room was awesome.

I was not aware of the car can not be brought into the property. The host's representative had to meet with us outside, move the bags from our car to their on check in and check out. Very inconvenient after a long flight and I wish I knew it earlier.
