the room was not well prepared as we arrived.

The location is just in front of SM City Cebu, very accessible to all. Internet is working ok tho we’ve been disconnected many times.

The linens smell bad like it was never replaced after the last renters. The pull-out bed is dirty too. The exhaust fan sounds like it’s going to fall off anytime. Shower area not well maintained. :( Been trying to contact the property owner but most replies are delayed.

The place was good and value for money. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall just outside. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and reliable internet.

The only issue was the elevator. During peak hours, the queue extended outside the lobby and it could take around 20 minutes to get a lift.

Smooth check in, all information available. Well decked out flat and kitchen with appliances and equipment. Well styled with almost too many lighting options. Space efficient bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great natural light and view from the 17th floor. Across the road from a mega mall. Easy transport. Stepping outside will get you harassed by people wanting to help you get somewhere.

The pool appeared to never be open. Annoying as this was a reason we picked the place.

Great apartment with perfect location. Room was extra clean and had a lot of amenities. I stayed only for couple of days, but this place would be great also for a long stay too. Host is also super nice and provided a lot of information, how to get to the room, and was super supportive.

Sometimes can be a little bit noisy from outside

The location is fronting SM City Cebu. Dining and shopping is very convenient. Transportation is very much accessible.

Waiting for the elevator takes some time especially during rush hours. There was a power interruption. Have to walk down from the 17th floor to the lobby.

I like the place very tidy and organized and the owner was very accommodating of all our requests.

Room is not soundproof enough to silence the flow of water when flushing from other rooms. A/C is also making a sound that cannot be ignored especially at night when sleeping.

Our stay at the condominium unit was truly pleasant and comfortable. The interior design was thoughtfully curated, with a modern and minimalist aesthetic that created a relaxing atmosphere. Functionally, the unit was well-equipped, with all necessary appliances and amenities readily available. The layout maximized the space efficiently, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this unit to future guests seeking both style and convenience.

The property is good, air conditioning is cold, everything smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom is nice, but the water heater is not that powerful, water just turned lukewarm. Toilet had that weird smell, but luckily the air freshener helped a lot blocking it out. Bed was comfortable, sheets felt really fresh and the pillows were so fluffy. TV worked so well, enjoyed watching shows there. When we first arrived, the staff didn’t seem too pleased to see us, but were smiling towards foreigners. It really disappointed me. Other than that, Jeni, the host was really helpful and nicely replies whenever we have questions and inquiries.

The window wouldn’t close properly, it had a tiny gap which is why the city noise couldn’t be properly drowned out.. so I hope that gets fixed, but other than that, we enjoyed our whole stay.

Safe place. Close to SM and bus terminal. 24/7 receptionist. Laundry and Rose Pharmacy next door. I have got second set of towels next day. Netflix.

Aircon made ventilator noise even was off. Valve in shower need some maitenace. I dont use aircon and Air ventilator would be absolutely great 😃.

The property is right across from one of the SM malls so that is super convenient and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Gmall where the immigration office is! Unit was clean, had everything we could possibly need and a nice view from the window (17th floor unit) Host was really helpful and answered all our questions. Downstairs is a coffee shop, laundry service, and pharmacy. We used all 3! Would stay here again!

I would have to say that 70% of this building is rentals so the lobby and elevators at check in time are impossible. The elevators are always super busy so be prepared to wait for one as they can be slow. Pool is closed all day on Tuesday and from noon to 4 each day.

clean room, very good location at the heart of the city.

there is a buzzing noise coming from the fridge. A bad smell in the toilet that won't last even when the exhaust fan is on.

Close to a shopping mall.

Bed linen smelled badly. Had to request a new one, but with no response. Had to ask booking.com customer service for help. After that got new linen which wasn’t too fresh either and had to change it by myself. There were insects in lifts as well. Don’t count you will watch something on a telly unless you have your own subscription.

The place is OK, especially if you can live with no hot water and a madres like a hammock. It is completely worn out.

The host was super friendly and helpful! The accommodation had everything we needed for 2 nights in Cebu.

It's a bit noisy, but this is normal when you're in a big city and want to be centrally located.

Nicely appointed studio apartment literally across the road from SM City Cebu. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, and a good selection of kitchen crockery, cutlery and cookware. Once I worked out the entry code system - type in the number and use the tag- I really enjoyed my stay here and found my host, Jenni, always responsive and helpful.

Can be a bit of a wait at the lifts.

Loved the room and bathroom. View from the window was nice. Pretty much everything you need was there. Just across SM City Cebu. Coffee shop and pharmacy outside. Did not meet the host but she was constantly messaging us for instructions/directions. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Will surely come back again.

I like this room it's comfortable to stay, the shopping mall across the street only.. my parents are very happy to stay here theres have a Netflix ,amenities and appliances are very useful.. I highly recommend for staycation here in aesthetics functional sundiva tower.. Thank you so much.. If go back to cebu I booked again here.

Price, location, kitchen was set up to actually cook. Very appreciated, mall across street, lots of restaurant options.

Hot water did not work on arrival, contacted owner and she jumped thru hoops to have it fixed as soon as possible,overall very very good stay, gave us extra day for free.

I love the location It's just across SM city cebu. The room is super clean and very comfy to stay 🙂. There are kitchen appliances which are helpful for longer stays.The blankets and towels are clean and not old. All in all it was a beautiful experience. Will come back again 😁

We weren't informed that the pool usage is only available for 2 guests per day. The additional bed has a plastic cover underneath the bedsheet that made us uncomfortable.

Directly across the road from the mall… SM City has everything and then some. The room itself was very nicely furnished and exactly like the pictures. The host has thoughtfully included some cup noodles and other snacks as well as a kettle in case you get hungry in the middle of the night like I did.

Maybe the wait on an elevator from time to time.

Everything was superb! The place lived up to its name, it was indeed aesthetic. Host were responsive and helpful. Free coffee and toiletries. Worth every penny ❤️

SM is just across the street. There is a laundry shop downstairs. wifi - fast.. netflix - very good. The host is very accommodating. VALUE FOR MONEY.

Very nice apartment with lovely bedroom and kitchen. Great location, as we arrived by bus at the north bus terminal (walking distance), it is also just opposite of the SM mall. Public bus is just stopping in front of the tower of the street. Pool is refreshing, but closed on Tuesday due to cleaning. Overall, wonderful furnished room with lovely little details, easy communication and I can highly recommend it when staying in Cebu :) I would come back again any time. Thank you Jenni!

Oh wow where do I start. This unit is just perfect. Location is right across SM City, pretty easy to shop. Access to taxi is easy as well. Now let's talk about the unit. It's very comfortable, the aesthetics or design is awesome, very easy on the eyes which makes it very relaxing. You can cook, reheat foods, and even order take-out foods since it's in the city center. Very accessible to a lot of restaurants for delivery. The aircon is quiet, TV was excellent, WiFi was fast which is awesome. Host is very friendly and will reply pretty fast when you message them. I'll definitely come back.

Our experience with Aesthetic functional minimalist space was nothing of exceptional. The room was really clean and smells good, making us feel super comfortable. And it was situated in the SM city and allowed us to explore effortlessly on foot. The owner also were friendly and eager to assist. We'll definitely come back. The unit is modern minimalist, cozy, and clean, it has enough space for me and my son.Every description they have online about the property met my expectations. The owner was very friendly and responsive, she made it sure that our stay was comfortable. She gave me a discount for early check-in. She even goes a long way by giving us Christmas present and personally delivered it in the lobby. The property is just across SM City Cebu, making it a perfect location for all the places I want to visit. I will definitely come back and stay here again. I enjoyed my stay as it was exactly what i was looking for, a place with strong wi-fi for me to be able to do some online work and a nice shower and AC for me to relax. The mall is across the street, so the location was just perfect.
