Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Personen som arbejdede for ejererne var skide sød og god kommunikation, altid behagelig til at hjælpe osv. personale på stedet var skide søde også intet der. Alle var super behjælpelige
Vi fik en lejlighed før, den vi bookede, der var der kakkelakker og ikke rent, lignede noget der var ved at falde sammen, og pletter på sengetøjet. Vi blev tilbudt en ny før den vi rigtigt havde lejet. Den var god. da vi så skulle hen i den anden som vi faktisk havde bestilt. Lignede intet på billederne. Intet håndsæbe.. bruseren var kalket til fuldkommen… internettet virkede knap nok. Vi fik en ekstra router virkede kun lidt. Airconditioning lød seriøst som en boremaskine/flyvmaskine, lastbil alt der bare kan larme.. poolen til lejligheden virkede heller ikke. Så skulle man betale 10 pesos for at bruge en anden pool som så lå til de andre bygninger og 10 pesos for en badehætte, som man skulle have på. Men dem der lå i poolen havde ingen på?

If you looking for disease perfect place to stay. Shower mouldy, towels smell, sink tap loose, toilet seat loose, cabinets falling to bits,bed sheets with stains on it, marks, pubes found on the bed sheet also. Never recommend to stay, owner (JOY) never reply to messages Send someone to collect money and next time pushing you to check out. SWIMMING POOL NOT BEEN USED FOR DECADES. PICTURES ONLINE LOOK LIKE A DREAM IN REALITY SHOCKING.

The unresponsive, unprofessional owner! Very disturbing staff! Kitchenwares’ holders were broken! Bidet’s holder was broken! TV not connected to wifi! They originally put me to a messy room. Uncleaned, too dirty! In addition, the pool! why would I need to wear c cap when swimming? And you have to pay 10 pesos for a smelly cap! Ridiculous!

The room was smelly, the toilet and shower were not cleaned, and there were cockroaches. The shower head was rusty, and everything was poorly maintained. There were no shampoos or handwash provided. Definitely not worth the price.

I'm just gonna be honest here. I dislike the room not by the design but the cleanliness of it. It has a lots of cockroaches and my partner hate it very much and goes for me. We have a little bit of scratch coming from the small cockroaches when we woke up in the morning. I don't wanna make a scene or whatsoever and I'm a hotelier myself and I do know things work. Furthermore, for the dishwashing soap and sponge isn't there so it is hard for us to clean the dishes that we used and It is that just we forgot to buy it ourselves the dishwashing soap or liquid and rhe sponge so that we'll just be the one to clean it. However, we didn't make it. We don't want a messy place after we check-out so yeah. And also for the AC it didn't give enough coldness to the room. We oftenly woke up sweating. And we did adjust the coldness of it and it stills not working. That's all I could give a feedback. Hopefully you could do it better for the next guests. Thank you and God Bless!

One of the beds seemed to be the box spring rather than a mattress. The hit water was inoperable but was repaired quickly. In service Elevators were too few.
