Quyen's House Homestay Hoi An

Great stay! It is definitely a homestay as you walk past the living room and the kitchen upon entering the house, so you will experience their daily life from time to time. Watching the Vietnamese national football team, making local food… Once in your room however, you do not experience any of that. There’s not really a collective living room other than the outdoor tables, so it’s normally either being in your room or outdoors. The bathroom was clean and the room too. Renting bicycles was free of charge.

Una estancia súper agradable que repetiría sin pensarlo. Está muy bien ubicado, a unos 12 minutos caminando del Ancient Town of Hoi An, lo que permite estar cerca de todo sin estar en pleno bullicio. Además, el Hoi An Night Market se encuentra a unos 8 minutos a pie. Los anfitriones son muy agradables y, aunque no hablan mucho inglés, hacen todo lo posible por comunicarse y ayudarte en todo momento. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y limpias, y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Un punto muy positivo es que ofrecen bicicletas gratuitas. También te ayudan a organizar el transporte al aeropuerto y el servicio de lavandería funciona muy bien.

Loved this little homestay, the staff don’t speak English well but were extremely friendly and always smiling when we came in/left, had a good shower, and comfortable beds, about a 5 minute walk from the main area but down a little ally so very quiet at night, tv had Netflix on it which was a nice treat, and the balcony area was lovely, would definitely stay again next time we’re in Hoi An

Property is immaculately clean, as are the rooms. Family are very friendly and helpful. Location is central but not in the noisy area. The room is beautiful and the facilities are outstanding for the cost of the room. The free bicycle rental is definitely a bonus. The best stay I have had in Vietnam. I will definitely stay here again!

Ko gian rất đẹp,mọi thứ đều nên thơ đúng như mô tả,gần trung tâm khoảng 1km vào phố cổ,ngay gần sông ,nhà mới tinh thơm tho..giá tiền 2 giường 650k hợp lý,cửa sổ phòng to thoánng nhìn vườn..

Phòg giường đôi trên tầng 3 xách vali to rất vất vả,kiểu homestay nên k gian riêng cũng ít, đệm có túi bóng bọc bên ngoài khi nằm xoay người nhẹ cái kêu rất khó chịu,chắc để bảo quản đệm cho dễ,ko có gương phải vào nhà vs trang điểm,1đ nữa là phòg tôi k có ấm đun nc,k biết có phải do quên k,cốc đựng nc chải răng cũng ko có ,bàn chải thì có,và nhà vs thiết kế ở giữa phòng nhìn đẹp,nhưng khi 1 người nằm ở giường gần nhà vs,mà có người đang trong nhà vs mở cửa ra nhìn thẳng vào rất bất tiện,mùi vs bay thẳng vào giường gần đó!còn lại mọi thứ đều tốt!

They were so kind and generous with everything. It was my birthday and they got me a cake, and gave us some of their coconut desserts. They were helpful and kind at every opportunity.

If you are looking for a very cozy and authentic family-run homestay, this is the place. We were warmly welcomed for three nights and could feel what it is like to be hosted by a warm Vietnamese family. The room was perfect—cozy, clean, and quiet. Hoi An can be very loud at night, but the location of Quyen's homestay is perfect for a good night's sleep. I would stay here every time! :) Cảm ơn bạn vì chiếc bánh năm mới bạn đã tặng chúng tôi. Great location. Close to old tie. But still quiet. Property was immaculate and well maintained. The family running the place were lovely. Ended up extending my stay an extra week.

Amazing place - super big comfy bed, and really clean and nicely furnished room. Balcony onto the garden a gorgeous feature. Plus super lovely hosts. Incredible value for money!

The property was in a great location just a short walk to the night market and ancient city. There is a small shop around the corner and some local food stands nearby in the morning for some local food. The room we stayed in was a bit cozy with 3 people but the beds were quite comfortable with plenty of room for sleeping.

The place was very clean, beautiful and comfortable! The owners were always very welcoming and helped us out with all of our needs. I would definitely come back and highly recommend the Homestay. Thank you for everything!:)

We've been travelling for a while now and the beds here are the comfiest we've had so far! Staff are friendly and approachable, make you feel so welcome into their home. The rooms were a great size, great air con, hot water nice showers and having a TV was also a nice addition. And all for such a good price too for the area you're in, a short walk from the main old town strip. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic! We were so pleased to find this wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lovely building and outside area. We felt very comfortable and were able to come and go as we pleased. Great location and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Staffs are very nice Location very good.10minutes to old town.

Bed with Plastic cover.Makes noise all the time.SWEATING all night.Plastic beds produced HEAT...Room too small.Nowhere to put luggages Bathroom also too small.The Motobikes made noises all night long beause it located on the motobike's Rout.Staffs or Owners talk very loud till late night.Our room 201 is just above them.Then their phon rings ect.ect.Smell of food under our room because kitchen just below our room.Not nice to be waked up with the smell.Got one towel only.So when take shower there was no tower for dry the feet.

Wonderful place, kind hosts, clean room, best shower we had in a while during our travels. Location is great, there are convenience shops and restaurants only a few minutes away, old town center is less than 10 minutes walk.

Best host i've every experienced whilst travelling SE Asia, really made you feel like you was at home. Thoroughly clean, host was always wanting to help. Gave us food/drinks when it was raining and gave us a little gift to take home. I couldn't recommend staying here anymore. Just a 5 minute walk from the old town where we spent most of our time. Comfortable room with plenty of space, hot and pressured shower. Would definitely stay again.

Helpful staff, lovely people. The location was superb, near the outer edge of the old town, số easy to get everywhere but also slightly quieter. The room is super good and very clean. If we return to Hoi An we will stay there for sure. 100% recommended🥰
