Everything!! The ambience inside the hotel is really nice as well as impeccable cleanliness. The outside area is equally impressive boasting with a rich lush landscape. I loved the pool area being one of the largest I ever seen and yet so tranquil. The breakfast is amazing - the best one could ever ask for - and I liked the direct access to the long sandy beach of Besu Vallon. The staff are very friendly and professional and even though the hotel is huge, we were consistently being cared for. Andri, the guest relations officer, really took good care of us and made sure that we had a fantastic stay.. The service at Savoy is top notch and the rooms are well equipped with everything you may need. Highly recommended!!

Hotel pięknie położony przy pięknej plaży i przy deptaku:) zupełnie nie czuliśmy ‚tłoku’, śniadania bardzo smaczne, personel bardzo pomocny i miły, szczególnie pozdrawiamy Andriego:) bardzo dobre restauracje zarówno w hotelu jak i wokół niego. Bardzo ładny i duży basen, chociaż my woleliśmy plażę. Bardzo ładne SPA, masaże także dla dzieci! Mistrzostwo:)

Balayımızın Mahe bölümünde Savoy’da kaldık ve seçimimizden son derece memnun ayrıldık. Deluxe Grand havuz manzaralı odamız çok geniş, ferah ve konforluydu. Büyük terası ve manzarası özellikle çok güzeldi. Odamızın konumu da mükemmeldi; yaklaşık 10 metre sonra havuza, 30 metre sonra ise Beau Vallon sahiline ulaşabiliyorduk. Mahe’de birçok farklı sahili ziyaret ettik ancak denizi, kumu ve tropikal manzarasıyla favorimiz açık ara Beau Vallon oldu. Otelin bu sahilin hemen üzerinde olması büyük bir avantaj. Ayrıca çevrede yürüyerek ulaşılabilecek birçok restoran bulunması da konumu oldukça kullanışlı hale getiriyor. Özellikle Gecko’yu çok beğendik. Kahvaltı güzel ve çeşitliydi. Otelin tamamı ve odamız son derece temiz ve bakımlıydı. Çalışanların ilgisi ise konaklamamızı daha da özel hale getirdi. Tüm ekip profesyonel, samimi ve güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyon ekibine ve özellikle bizimle yakından ilgilenen Andri’ye ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Iman’ın Türkçe bilmesi de Türkiye’den gelecek misafirler için güzel bir detay. Balayı için odamızda hazırlanan sürprizler, ikramlar ve hediyeler bizi gerçekten çok mutlu etti ve konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi özel hissettik. Otele planladığımızdan biraz erken ulaşmamıza rağmen erken check-in konusunda da ellerinden gelen yardımı yaptılar. Mahe’de güzel bir sahil, tropikal manzara, konforlu ve geniş odalar, iyi hizmet ve merkezi bir konumu bir arada arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Bizim için balayımızın çok güzel bir başlangıcı oldu ve yeniden Mahe’ye gelirsek Savoy kesinlikle tekrar değerlendireceğimiz otellerden biri olur.

The property was extremely neat, clean, and well-equipped with the assistance of Abdelfattah who welcomed us once we stepped in and never hesitated in assisting us with any matter.

The TV was a bit outdated and needed more channels and more online platforms like youtube,netflix, …etc

Wszystko było wspaniałe. Hotel położony jest tuż przy plaży z możliwością darmowego wypożyczenia leżaków. Zabiegi w SPA godne polecenia. Wyjazd niezwykle udany, na miejscu okazało się że dostaliśmy darmowy upgrade i zamiast zwykłego pokoju przydzielono nam apartament z widokiem na ocean i jacuzzi. Obsługa hotelu na medal. Szczerze polecam!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Savoy, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our pool room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The view was beautiful, we could see both the pool area and the beach, which made the room feel even more special. What impressed us the most was the service. Every single request we had was handled within literally 2-3 minutes. The entire team was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. They also helped me organize my wife’s birthday, and everything was handled beautifully. They sent a cake and wine to our room, and she also had a lovely surprise waiting for her after breakfast. These small details made the whole experience feel very personal and memorable. A very special thank you to the manager, Andri. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive, and he made our stay feel so comfortable, genuine, and special. There really are no words to describe how thankful we are to him and the entire team for everything they did for us. They even organized a rental car for us almost instantly, and the price was excellent. Everything was made so easy from beginning to end. The pool is also incredible!! Huge, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean. The entire hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and the level of service made us feel truly taken care of. We would definitely stay at Savoy again, without hesitation, and we would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seychelles. Thank you again to Andri and the whole Savoy team for making our stay so beautiful and memorable!

Beautiful resort right on Beau Vallon beach, with lovely grounds and a great pool area. The service really stood out — Andri, Ashok, and Kimitai were all fantastic, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Spędziliśmy tam bardzo przyjemny czas. Personel dba o wszystkie szczegóły i upewnia się, ze goście są zadowoleni. Fantastyczny basen z dużą ilością wygodnych lezakow. Bardzo dobra restauracja przy plaży (jedliśmy tam praktycznie codziennie). Bardzo ładna plaża, a wzdłuż niej cicha promenada. W niedalekiej okolicy fajne miejsce gdzie można kupic lokalne pamiątki i upominki (obok apteka i kantor). Bardzo dobrze wyposażony pokoj, z balkonem, z którego obserwowalismy niesamowite zachody słońca. Miejsce warte polecenia.

We spent a truly wonderful few days at this property, which turned out to be a real oasis of style and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, what immediately stood out was the extreme kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff, always smiling and ready to anticipate our every need. The hotel's spaces are decorated with refined elegance, and our room was a true masterpiece: beautiful, meticulously detailed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Helal yemekler ayırt edilebiliyor Personellerden özellikle Andri ve İman'a çok teşekkürler. İman çok dilli, samimi sıcakkanlı biri, Türkçe'de biliyor... Otel personeli güler yüzlü, yardımcı oluyor. Plajda ayarlanan kahvaltı ve doğum günü sürprizi bizleri çok mutlu etti. Kano, paddleboard ücretsiz. Odalar temiz, geniş ve ferah. Ayrılırken küçük hediyeliklerde verdiler.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. We were very satisfied on every level. They clean the room twice a day and change towels. Water, coffee and tea as much as you can drink, you get it for free. Beach towels and sunbeds for free. Breakfast is a separate entrance. We tried to find something that wasn't there, BUT THERE WAS LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Најубавиот хотел каде сме биле на одмор. Презадоволни на секое ниво. Два пати дневно ја чистат собата и менуваат пешкири. Вода, Кафиња и чаеви колку можеш да испиеш, толку добиваш бесшлатно. Крпи за плажа и лежалки бесплатно. *Beautiful resort, but the five-star experience is inconsistent.* Savoy is a beautiful property with some genuinely exceptional staff, but unfortunately the operational side does not always live up to the five-star reputation. The *Reservations team* was by far the biggest disappointment. Communication was extremely poor — messages went unanswered despite repeated follow-ups, and simple requests such as adding guests, extending dates or coordinating reservations seemed unnecessarily difficult. Having to chase a five-star hotel for basic responses before even arriving is not a great start to a holiday. *Housekeeping* staff were lovely, but need further training. Dirty dishes and rotting fruit were left in the room and only removed when requested. We were also told there aren't enough resources for every room. At a five-star hotel, that is a rather surprising sentence to hear. The *restaurant team*, on the other hand, were fantastic. Professional, warm and genuinely attentive — they consistently made every experience effortless and memorable. A real credit to the hotel. Our *Guest Relations Specialist (Andri)* was also excellent and a pleasure to deal with, although his job was made considerably harder by having to manage frustration created by the reservations team. The *Front Desk* staff were pleasant, but we experienced multiple issues with room cards not working. Finally, *Management's lack of response to emails and complaints* was disappointing. Often, a simple acknowledgement and reassurance that an issue is being looked into goes a long way. Silence does rather the opposite. The irony is that Savoy clearly has the people capable of delivering five-star service. The restaurant and Guest Relations teams proved that. The problem is the inconsistency. *Five-star setting, some five-star people — but too many three-star processes getting in the way.* Most of these issues are entirely fixable. Hopefully, Savoy chooses to fix them.

L’emplacement, piscine et la literie

Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel Unfortunately, this is probably the worst 5-star hotel experience I have ever had. The level of service is simply not up to the standards you would expect from a 5-star property. The food was good and the bedding was comfortable, but the rooms themselves were not up to the standard you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The biggest issue, however, was the service. Some members of staff were at times rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked the level of hospitality expected from a luxury property. Thankfully, a few members of the team genuinely understand what hospitality and customer service mean and managed to improve our stay: Abdelfattah, Kevin, Richard, Armia and Jashim. Overall, good food and comfortable bedding, but the rooms and especially the service are simply not at the level of a 5-star hotel. A significant improvement in staff training and hospitality is needed to deliver the experience guests expect from this category of hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Savoy Hotel in Mahé and really didn’t want our holiday to end! A very special thank you to Mr. Abdel Fattah, who was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He always made sure we were comfortable and that all our needs were taken care of, especially since we were travelling with a baby. His care and attention really made us feel at home. As a mother, cleanliness is very important to me, especially when staying somewhere with a baby, and I was very happy with the standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. Our room was always kept clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. All the staff were friendly and helpful, including the restaurant and breakfast team, who were always welcoming and accommodating. It’s also a lovely hotel for families. We met many other families with children and babies, made some new friends, and our little one had such a great time! We left feeling relaxed, happy, and very well looked after. We would definitely recommend the Savoy to our friends and family and would love to come back again. Thank you especially to Mr. Abdel Fattah and the whole team for making our stay so special!

The room was a good size and decor was stylish

The public areas need an upgrade, was quite untidy when we were there. There was rubbish floating in the water features. The garden was dry and unkept. I would not sell this as 5 star.

We especially loved the live counters serving freshly made pancakes, waffles, and French toast—a great way to start each day! What made our stay particularly special, was the kindness and attention of the staff. We would especially like to mention Andri, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. He was always attentive, kind and genuinely interested in making sure that we had everything we needed. His warmth and excellent service made us feel very well looked after and added a truly personal touch to our experience.

The only thing we enjoyed less was something completely unrelated to the hotel. On a few occasions, while swimming in the sea, we experienced a strange stinging sensation on our skin that became uncomfortable enough that we had to get out of the water. It didn’t happen every day, and we’re not sure what caused it, perhaps something naturally present in the water at the time. Apart from that, Beau Vallon beach was beautiful and we really enjoyed the location.

Reception staff were fantastic - very approachable and helpful. A special shoutout to Elmo who upgraded us to a suite for our final day of our honeymoon which made our stay so much more enjoyable as we were a returning customer (as we also stayed 9th-10th Aug)!! It was such a lovely surprise and did make our stay so much better so we were well rested for our flight the next day. Having stayed in both the normal double and suite during both our stays, they were both were very clean and well kept too. The beds were comfy :) The pool area was also nice and didn't have any issues finding a sunbed on either of our stays. The location is also super easy to get to and from the airport!

We were really disappointed in the Grand Savoy restaurant to be honest (buffet restaurant). We felt for how much we paid extra for half board the food was pretty poor and the restaurant felt quite neglected. The evenings in particular the food was all lukewarm/cold unless we got it from made to order station. We also are happy with a relaxed dress code but one evening there was a family in their pjs which to be honest made it feel more like a Butlin's buffet than a 5 star hotel! There were some staff who were very friendly and helpful but a few others made any request feel like an inconvenience which wasn't the most pleasant experience.

Savoy was perfection, once you set foot there, you want for nothing else - great food (with variety!), one of the best beaches right outside, incredible pool, the spa (aahh) and the staff are truly at your service. big Shout out to Andri (Guest relations supervisor), who reached even before we arrived on the property, and checked in on us, arranged everything we needed while there! birthday cake at breakfast was a special touch. and also thanks to the staff at Pescado resturant, the kids spent so much time by the pool), so special thanks to Ashok and Leroy!

Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit aux seychelles dans cet hôtel et c’était juste incroyable. Nous avons été surclassé pour notre lune de miel, le personnel était adorable et avons eu plusieurs attention pour notre lune de miel. La suite exceptionnelle, très propre, très beau, une vue incroyable, le personnel au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel est grand et très beau avec piscine, spa et acces direct à la plage. Tout était incroyable, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Nous avons fini notre séjour de façon exceptionnelle.

Room interiors, amenities and overall facilities were outdated. Beach beds were in poor state. Having a coupon for a single towel allowance was a first time experience at a 5-star resort.

The location of the hotel could not have been better both for access to the beach and for exploring Beau Vallon. The hotel staff were exceptional too and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our Customer Services Rep Andri deserves a special mention cause he helped make my husband’s birthday celebration very memorable.

Aside from breakfast, which was excellent, I think the restaurants (Gecko and Pescado) could be greatly improved. The quality of food did not live up to a 5 star hotel.

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, we had an absolutely exceptional experience. From beginning to end, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail, making our stay truly memorable. Even before our arrival, the team contacted us to confirm our arrival time and kindly offered to arrange our transfer. Although we had already organized our own transportation, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and proactive attention even before we arrived. Upon arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded once again to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special. A very special thank you to Andri and Iman, who were both incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always attentive, regularly checking in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality and attention really made a difference. We also enjoyed wonderful Balinese massages during our stay, which were absolutely amazing and such a relaxing experience. Another highlight was the beautiful surprise of a breakfast on the beach. My family and I absolutely adored it — it was such a thoughtful touch and a truly special moment for all of us. Every detail was perfectly taken care of, right until the very end. As we had a very early flight on our departure day, the team even prepared a lovely takeaway breakfast for us, which we greatly appreciated. Once again, we had an amazing stay and created wonderful memories as a family. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality is truly outstanding. We would happily return for a third stay!
