Too far from the city center and traffic makes it harder to reach. Minimum of 45 minutes to every place like bangsar, klcc, bukit bintang, kl sentral etc.

I like the building, very convenient below buildings with the retails.

Management lost card, change unit, the sqft is 680sqft here write 914sqft, call no pickup early 9am stated. Sending photos all in this platform photo broken cannot see anything, not sure got important information or not. Unit allocation is also wrong. The induction cooker also broke no repair and the unit not sure smell smoke always.

Very difficult to contact the host and responses never answered or followed up. We were assigned to a new unit as the first unit reak with smoking smell - the replace unit has ants and cockroach.

Good Location

There is no free parking available for guests who drive, and the staff did not respond to inquiries about this. The room was not very clean—the drinking water bottle had already been opened and was not replaced, and the bedsheets were also not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was not cold enough, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, this is a dual-key unit, and the soundproofing is poor, so noise from the other room can be clearly heard. Overall, the homestay operator A plus Stay needs to improve their service and maintenance standards.

i think the main room mattress got mites coz after stayed myself and my husband having serious mites bite full body and the itchy annoyed us for 3 weeks

Very bad service the room wasn’t tidy up before the next customer stay in and when we call the agents for more then 20 time ,no one is answering the call and we WhatsApp them also no one reply and they didn’t do anything with it we requested for discount and no update from them as well

Improvement purpose For long stay as me for 2 almost weeks - must have extra bedsheet / extra floor matdoor for hygiene purpose Washing machines is too noisy when washing clothes.

Wonderful place.

The accommodation was overall okay. I loved the room, and all the facilities were great. The view was also nice.

I don’t like the parking arrangement. we called the host asked about parking, they informed us that free parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and there was no information about this in the booking details. It was very complicated. In the end, we parked in the basement and had to pay RM16 (entered at 7:30 PM and exited the next morning around 11 AM).

The cleaning was done only once a week. There were no hand towels. The kitchen is barely usable with limited items. The ironing board is very tiny that almost unusable.

I like the location, there’s convenient store and restaurants.

The air conditioner in one of the room is noisy.

The location was perfect for us, the view was good, and the accessibility for grab, shops and activities was very good! The room is also quite nice and has good facilities like dryer and big tv with netflix

The bed was a little hard but not a big deal

The area of the apartment is comfortable and has washing machine and dryer. The supervisor accepted to extend my check out till 1pm instead of 11am.

We were 2 persons while we got only one key for the room. It was difficult for us to handle the key since the lift is accessible by card only. The towels were not clean and the cooker hood was broken.

Location is good. Building is quite new.

The water pressure is super super super low. You won't enjoy on the bath. Even face wash area the water also very bad. The picture I saw fan. But the room do not have fan ya.

Its a good property with the other facilities. I stay almost 1 and 1/2 months is perfectly for the family.

There was a bad smell like rotten food when we first entered the apartment. Was a bad first impression of the apartment. Water pressure was very low and it was only at level 16.

The location is super nice. But this unit is terrible.

- aircon dipping , even has ice dropping out (surprise me!!!) - there are water all over the room’s floor. Even i feedback to the customer service, no explanation / replies was given. - water heater is not hot, not even warm. - air con not cold too !! - i have been staying in many units of miller square. This is the most terrible one!

1. No car park provided, subject to availability. 2. Hard and slow response from management. 3. Hard to find out the check-in counter for first timer.

Goof location Cafe on site is fantastic

Arrived early but even with a request to check in an hour early, it wasn't up for discussion. Only 1 key provided which made life incredibly difficult. Room was a family room. 2 beds 2 bathroom. Basic provisions supplied No glasses to drink out of, no knives in cutlery drawer. Got a 1/ 4 full.body wash and enough toilet paper for 4 days, we were booked for 10. Had to purchase washing powder for Washer and dryer and soap for washing dishes. No bin liners for rubbish so had to buy them, the rubbish bins were disgusting so on checking out i put them in the shower and filled with hot soapy water..No tea towel to dry any thing once youve washed it. Needless to say we pulled it out and it was wet and dirty from the last tenant. No hot water to kitchen so had to boil it to do dishes. Location is good. Taxis have no issue finding it..

1stly……CLEAN 2ndly…..Staff are superb. I checked into the room almost midnight. Found out the previous occupant had removed a battery from the TV remote, thus I am deprived of YouTube time. So I msg the Customer Service and they sent a guy 30 minutes later to replace that missing battery…..👍👍👍

Convenient location

Parking is not guaranteed and is only first come first served. Bathroom mat was not provided. Inside of the microwave were dirty with previous dried food. Hidden trash under the couch. Noisy, facing main road.

The light for whole unit is too dark. Whole unit only have yellow light and the light is soooo dim especially in the room. Imagine u need to find something in room during night time, u need to use torch light to find it.

Location wise, it's not too bad.
