Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Spacious and comfortable; well-equipped kitchen. Tram stop into the city just outside the door; only a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal to Tallinn. Accommodating for check-in.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Al apartamento no le faltaba de nada. Incluso había tostador (cosa que echamos de menos en los demás sitios que estuvimos). Creo que una mayor explicación de cómo se recicla en Helsinki nos habría venido bien (es distinto en Estonia)
Fue un poco lío lo de recoger las llaves, pero se solucionó rápido. La ubicación es ideal para llegar en Ferry desde Tallin. Nosotros llegamos andando. El barrio es residencial y tiene poco interés turístico. Si el apartamento hubiera estado más céntrico habríamos podido sacarle algo más de partido a la mañana que salía el Ferry de vuelta. Si prefieres un entorno tranquilo, es ideal, aunque hay mucha obra funcionando en los alrededores.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Sijainti erinomaisen rauhallinen. Silti siirtyminen keskustaan kesti alle 10min, koska pysäkki löytyi lähes vierestä. Myös lähikauppa oli lähellä. Asunto oli riittävän iso viisihenkiselle perheelle.
Muutaman hellepäivän sattuessa asunto oli kuuma.

Всё, начиная от объяснения локации заканчивая «удобствами». Ужасные кровати, страшное постельное белье, запах из холодильника- это просто отдельный ужас. Благо мы остались только на одну ночь. Цена совершенно не соответствует тому, что есть в действительности.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Loistava sijainti. Raitiovaunu lähtee talon edestä ja tallinnan lautalle 5 min kävely. Erittäin siistiä ja puhdasta. Hyvä yhteydenpito majoittajaan ja selkeät ohjeet kaikkeen. Kaikki toimi loistavasti. hyvät tilat 5 henkiselle perheellemme. Erittäin hyvä ruoka ja palvelu ravintola Santa Clarassa, joka sijaitsee samassa talossa!

Reviewed May 9, 2025The apartment was very nice with a large terrace. Unfortunately the weather was very chilly during our visit.
We were surrounded by high rise apartments and there were no ticket stations locally for the tram and we were unable to order them on line. So we used Uber which was very prompt.

During the stay, new building on the street was under construction, due to which there was construction noise. There was a bit of sewage smell. The living room needs more sofas. The apartment needs a little love.

It was a little tricky getting the keys. I had to follow up and call when at the airport that was a little stressful, and then to navigate, with 2 tired kids, lots of luggage, in the late afternoon, to a shop to get the key, and then finding the entrance was so stressful, I think some photos would have helped, and then when we found an entrance that the key fit, the name that was supposed to be on the door was different to what was on the actual door. But we managed :)
