Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Iso kylpyhuone ja sijainti. Kadulla ilmainen kadunvarsiparkki klo 21-09 välillä, ja muutenkin kohtuuhintainen pysäköinti (max 4h päivällä)
Sisäänkäyntiovi kadulta on vähän vaikea löytää, tai oikeastaan ovi löytyi helposti, mutta en tiennyt että se oli oikea ovi, koska siinä ei ollut selkeää kylttiä, tai kylttiä ollenkaan? Sänky, eli parisänky joka koostui kahdesta erillisestä sängystä, oli aivan mahdoton. Valuin sänkyjen väliin pisin yötä, koska ne valui aivan liian helposti erilleen, joten unet jäi harmittavan rikkonaiseksi. Kylpyhuone ei ollut erityisen siisti, ja suihkussa vähän ärsyttävä suihkuverho. Pärjäsin kuitenkin näinkin. Hintaan nähden olisin odottanut näin pienten, mutta harmittavien asioiden, olevan kunnossa, varsinkin sänky (esim joku lukitus jaloissa tms) ja kylpyhuoneen siisteys.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026La habitación está bastante bien en relación calidad-precio. Asimismo, el hotel cuenta con una cocina común la cual puede ser bastante útil durante la estancia.
Le entrada al hotel podría ser más clara, ya que no tienen recepción y tuvimos que dar vueltas hasta encontrar el hotel. Además, hay que andar un poco hasta llegar al centro.

L’unico hotel al mondo che non prevede un deposito bagagli. Abbiamo dovuto spendere 50 euro in locker prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Abbiamo chiesto il favore di lasciarli in struttura per due ore e ci è stato negato. In compenso per il Check-in anticipato chiedono 20 euro. Nella descrizione della struttura è indicata la cucina, ma in realtà si tratta di una living room con tre tavoli e due microonde senza possibilità di cucinare. Servizio pessimo. Struttura un po’ isolata dal centro e l’imbarco del terminal 2 dista 17 min a piedi.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Loistava majoitus, olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Hyvät vuoteet, kaikki toimi. Ongelmaton sisäänkirjautuminen. Yhteiskeittiöstä löytyi ruokailuvälineitä (paitsi haarukat) ja siellä olisi voinut valmistaa ruokaakin. Lidliin käveli n.10min. Vieressä iso parkkialue, jossa 2vrk auto maksoi 18e👍🏻Meillä ei ollut koiraa mukana, mutta ihanat lenkkeilyalueet aivan meren äärellä. Saimme yllärinä huoneen upgreidauksen saunalliseen ja parvekkeelliseen, tämä oli upea yllätys!!! Ja huoneisto oli tilava ja todella hyvä.

Il parcheggio a pagamento sia della struttura che sulla strada. La totale automatizzazione delle comunicazioni e dell' accesso alla struttura. Peccato perdere completamente il rapporto umano.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The room was spacious enough for the three of us, even the chair bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the instructions provided by the reception were clear. Walkable distance to the city center
The pillows and the duvet was dirty, I had to put on the sheets myself (they were clean), but it stuck in my head for the night. The shower was spacious as well but it had narrow glass walls that did not close so the water got everywhere on the floor even though we were being careful. Windows are locked so you have to use an air conditioner to cool down after a day.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Me pareció todo bastante bien, fácil de acceder y bastante cómodo. Estuvimos en dos habitaciones para tres personas cada una, y usamos el sillón-cama, y aunque se queda un poco justo, para una noche está bien. Lo que más nos gustó que dispone de una cocina y una sala común. La cocina es pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para preparar tu comida, y en la sala común, que es muy agradable dispones de varias mesas para comer y sillones para poder ver la televisión. En la misma sala hay tazas, platos y cubiertos para poder comer. Lo mejor también es la máquina de café que hay también en la sala, en la que puedes por un bajo precio, tomar varias bebidas calientes. La situación del hotel es buena, está en una zona tranquila y agradable, y fácil de acceder al centro en metro o tranvía o bien en un pàseo de unos 20-30 minutos. Muy cerca también del puerto para tomar diferentes ferries.
Por decir algo, quizás la cama supletoria es algo pequeña y en una de las habitaciones se oía bastante lo que creo que era la ventilación.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Preis Leistung hat gut gepasst. Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer. 3. Bett ist aber selbst aufzuziehen, wird aber gut durch Bilder beschrieben. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche ... Wichtig ... Es ist selbst einzuchecken mit Tür Code ... Kein Personal vor Ort, jedoch war alles sehr gut per Mail beschrieben. Lage war sehr gut, da wir in der früh mit der Fähre nach Tallinn gefahren sind (5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Check-In,)
Das Code System war für uns zwar kein Problem, könnte jedoch für manch nicht so erfahrenen Reisenden eine Herausforderung darstellen (Garage ... Zutritt zum Hotel und Zimmer) ... Gibt aber sogar ein etwas älteres YouTube Video dazu) ... Für uns war somit alles OK 😊

We requested early access to parking, but codes were not provided in time and directions for car park access were difficult to follow and inaccurate. Despite the large bathrooms, the shower enclosures were small and spilled water across the room.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La struttura si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito, con supermercati, bar e altri servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Pur non essendo in posizione centrale (per raggiungere il centro città sono necessari almeno 30 minuti a piedi, quindi per soggiorni brevi potrebbe essere più comodo scegliere una sistemazione più vicina), è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro sia il porto. Gli ambienti comuni e la camera sono risultati abbastanza puliti (ma migliorabili) e le camere sono ben insonorizzate, permettendo di riposare senza essere disturbati dai rumori esterni. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la presenza di spazi e servizi condivisi, come la cucina, la sala da pranzo e la lavanderia, che possono essere particolarmente utili per soggiorni più lunghi o per chi preferisce avere maggiore autonomia.
Per soggiorni lunghi (il nostro è stato di 7 notti per 3 ospiti) la camera standard risulta piuttosto piccola. Il terzo letto è in realtà una poltrona letto che bisogna preparare autonomamente e, inoltre, non viene fornito un topper, rendendolo poco confortevole. La prenotazione era chiaramente per tre persone, eppure non solo il terzo letto non era già preparato, ma in camera erano presenti soltanto due coppie di bicchieri, dando l’impressione di una scarsa attenzione ai dettagli e alle esigenze degli ospiti. Il bagno presenta alcune criticità: la finestra non può essere aperta, quindi non è possibile cambiare l’aria, la doccia è priva di porta e ad ogni utilizzo il pavimento si allaga completamente. Inoltre, non è presente un tappetino da doccia. Se si sceglie la tariffa più economica, durante il soggiorno non viene effettuata alcuna pulizia della camera, ma solo alla partenza. Viene comunque richiesto di lasciare la stanza in ordine e pulita, senza però mettere a disposizione alcun materiale per poterlo fare. Infine, la struttura viene presentata come un hotel, ma per un ospite italiano ricorda molto di più un ostello: cucina e soggiorno sono condivisi e non è presente una reception fisica. In caso di necessità bisogna contattare il personale tramite telefono o WhatsApp. Durante il nostro soggiorno, ad esempio, il giorno della partenza la porta d’ingresso al piano si era bloccata e l’assenza di personale in struttura ha reso la gestione del problema meno immediata. Con qualche accorgimento e una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente.

Some part of the place feels a bit outdated. The kitchen is separated from another space where all the dishes and cutlery are kept. The twin bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable.

Die Dusche war für mich etwas unpraktisch, sehr klein, und die nur halbe Duschwand hält dann eben auch nur einen Teil des Wassers auf. Sonst aber alles top!

Парковка заявлена как частная, крытая, въезд на Парковку легкий, была хорошая инструкция. Только! Добавьте, что парковка платная и сутки стоят 20,70е. Мы готовы были заплатить, но надо уведомлять заранее.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Super że nie ma recepcji tylko wszystko przychodzi na @ i tak wygląda po prostu zameldowanie online, pokoje bardzo ładne, czyste i Nam trafił się z widokiem na zatokę, bardzo miła Pani ogarniające pokoje, świetna lokalizacja, 20 minut do centrum na nogach i 15 do terminala promowego, 3 minuty do przystanku na pobliską fińską wyspę. Super wyposażone pokoje czyli czajnik, lodówka itd. do tego ogrzewanie działało nawet w czerwcu, bardzo dobrze spędziliśmy tutaj czas i jak wrócimy do Helsinek to na pewno tutaj.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Guest kitchen, hot water for tee available for free and a coffee machine (1 Euro for a capuchino). Clean and I had a room with a nice view of the seaside. Self check-in worked out perfectly
