房东态度不是很友好，房间在5层，没有电梯，楼梯也陡，行李多的话不推荐。还有电费，观赏性的木柴还要收费，电费收800多，感觉很不值。

Ma fille qui étudie à Olso est venue diner avec nous à l'appartement et il n'y avait que 4 grandes assiettes et 4 chaises. Avoir un tabouret d'appoint et 6 grandes assiettes serait parfait.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Naoual’s apartment was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and we felt completely at home during our time there. Communication with Naoual was great—she’s very kind, welcoming, and thoughtful as a host. What I especially liked was how easy everything felt—check-in, the setup of the apartment, and the overall atmosphere. It made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and we’d love to return in the future.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The location was great - a very safe area with plenty of shops/restaurants/cafe within a short walking distance and plenty of local transport links nearby too. Good location for running too - not too far from the parks/harbourside. The apartment itself was great - had everything we needed and the host was very welcoming and eager to answer any questions that we had.
Everything was great. Some people may not find the accessibility of the apartment easy as it is up 4 flights of stairs, but I didn't find that a problem, it's just something to be aware of when looking at booking the apartment.

Super prosty dojazd expresowym pociągiem Flytoget z lotniska, dojście ze stacji do apartamentu 10min. Mieszkanie dla spokojnych gości dbających o miejsce gdzie przebywają. Świetny kontakt z Właścicielką. Bardzo polecam to miejsce!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025広くて清潔で立地も完璧。駅もスーパーも近い。宿の周辺にはレストランも多く、綺麗で安全な場所にあります。金額も北欧なのにお手頃価格。オーナーは、返信が早くて質問には丁寧に答えてくれて、誠実な方でした。デポジットは、チェックアウトした当日に返金してくれました。
エレベーターはありませんので、階段で五階まで登ります。ですが、立地や金額で考えるとこちらの宿に泊まるメリットの方が大きいです。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Sehr gute Lage. Bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Tram Haltestelle, Meny Supermarkt und Seven Eleven Späti fast direkt vor der Haustür. Achtung: 4. Obergeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl. Für alle PKW-Reisenden: Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es einige in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (empfehle EasyPark App)

It feels like it was over represented. The property is in the 5th story, that is a lot of stairs without an elevator. There is no parking included. I had called and was told there was a spot behind the building, not so. The washer dryer is not working. This is the apartment where the owner lives and there is some clutter, we were treated by 30 pairs of shoes.

This is her appartment, she makes room for her guests so you feel welcome in her homely and cosy place. Because she trusts you in her house made us take good care of her appartment. There are two bedrooms: one room with a double bed and one room with 2 seperate beds. a few steps from the appartment there is a tram stop and a supermarket and several restaurants. You are close to all nice touristic spots.
really nothing! maybe only the 5 stairs up with a suitcase on your day of arrival ;) no elevator.
