Reviewed Sep 17, 2026this hotel was incredibly affordable and the room exceeded our expectations with how clean, bright, and spacious the balcony was. the staff were really accommodating to us too, and the location is perfect.
whilst waiting for our grab taxi to take us to the airport, the man at reception stood over me and made me open booking.com whilst touching my phone to make me review my stay right there (even though it wasn’t available to be reviewed yet as i hadn’t checked out), which made me quite uncomfortable - i would have left a good review without this.

Le stanze non sono come presentate in foto. Sono decisamente più vecchie. Quella che hanno dato a noi aveva molti capelli per terra. Bagno e lenzuola pulite.

The room was a little small, and the bathroom was also quite compact.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very pleasant, but what really made my stay special was the warm welcome and the kindness of the staff. A special mention to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She also took the time to help me organize the next part of my trip around Vietnam, giving me great advice and helping me with my bookings. It was truly appreciated and made my trip much easier. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the amazing hospitality and wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again! 🇻🇳❤️

The pictures on Booking.com are AI generated and looking nothing like the actual room. The room was very outdated and a lot of things were broken (toilet seat, shower handle, etc.). The floor was also tearing up and felt dirty

The property itself was not bad but needs some attention. Every time we used the shower, it flooded into the rest of the bathroom. The balcony was nice but the doors are not soundproof so can hear construction throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Our room was not as pictured on the website as we had a more dated room.

The room really did not match the description and pictures (junior suite-lol). The room was on the top floor and could not be reached by elevator. The room was very small, full of mold and not even enough space to open large suitcases properly, no bedside tables or anything to put things on. The shower was terrible, black mold and no water pressure in both the tap and shower. In the morning there was a bad smell of sewage. We had to change hotels. The staff were aware of the issue, and their biggest concern was that we'd give bad feedback. We told them that they can't continue to mislead people. We did not receive a refund.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Great location right near Hoan Kiem lake, access to the variety of restaurants and shopping stalls. Room was spacious, clean with a verandah overlooking the street, perfect for watching the hustle and bustle old Town.
Not much to complain about really, TV didn’t work in our original room but they quickly upgraded us to another room.
