I like the location because it’s near the beach, breakfast was good, comfy bed, clean hotel.

The bathroom had siding door and was hard to grip, and no fan in bathroom. The distinctive 'colorín' scent was overwhelmingly strong, making the atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable due to its intensity.

Poor experience all around. The hotel is basically in the middle of a parking lot. You won't see the bay. It is not a "Hilton" by any stretch. Probably was some third rate hotel before Hilton bough it. The $75 pet fee is excessive. Small, noisy indoor pool. Paid $450 for one night.

Pretty good location. Cute shops near it within walking distance. Pretty good breakfast. Love that that is included.

There is a $75 charge to check in early which was not disclosed prior to arriving. Stupid $10 parking fee again why is that not included? Was supposed to have a water view and we did not. There is not an option for stairs from the first floor unless the door was propped open. Multiple scanners broken. A lot of mold in the bathroom due to no fan. The bed is like a rock. Very uncomfortable. Pocket door to bathroom is very hard to open and close.

Location is good. Watersport rentals adjacent. Walkable to beach easily. Restaurants walkable as well.

No outdoor shower to rinse sand off from beach is a huge issue. Pool is full of sand. Subfloor on 4th floor hallway has many soft spots. Is building safe? Lobby is a consistent mess. Summer crowds & breakfast understandably require more work, but it is predictable & consistent. Using the area across from the elevators as a janitorial supply staging area is not acceptable

The property was nicely tucked behind a major area with well known restaurants and shops. Not to mention it’s right next to a paddleboard business in which you can be able to use their equipment on the Bayside. The queen studio was big enough for 3 to 4 people, spacious, included a kitchenette, a very clean bathroom, and overall worth, the price. I would definitely stay here again and would’ve recommend to anyone who is traveling with pets and or a large group.

They charge ten dollars a night to park. I don’t think they should charge you anything when you stay there .

It was decent for the few hours I needed it for. Me & my grandkids we went to the beach for a day trip. So it was to rest, shower & change our clothes after. The indoor pool was dirty, the room had a weird smell but nothing lysol & air freshener couldn't fix, the bed felt old like the springs was poking me. Oh the front desk didn't greet me just went right in to give me my room key. After asking was she ok, she kinda changed the energy. She did tell me about the breakfast in the morning but we wasn't staying to get breakfast. Overall the room was clean and parking was ok

We had to use pullout couch to sleep. It made the room crowded.

A lot of activity happened during our stay a woman had gotten arrested, hallways were very noisy. My 9-month-old daughter got woken up at 2:00 a.m. due to yelling in the hallway. Also the indoor pool was very very cold.

bathroom and kitchenette were nicely appointed. Location of the hotel is perfect for our needs. Overall size of the room was great. Breakfast and all-day coffee, tea, and fruit/ candy is so nice and appreciated. That is another reason we choose this hotel.

The bed and pull-out couch mattress weren't comfortable. Extra pillows were lumpy. There was an arrest on Saturday morning with at least 5 police cars present. Too much noise in the hallways both nights at @ 1 AM. Loud voices and yelling from other hotel guests.

The hotel was easy to get to, great parking lot, friendly staff, well designed lobby with generous offerings of coffee and some welcome treats. My car and kayak were safe in the well lit parking lot overnight The hotel was clean, everything worked well, the room was well supplied. Breakfast was awesome!!

I couldn't see the sunrise from my room. Not that there was any expectation of that! My window did provide a pleasant view as the sun set.

What I didn't like is that #1 there was a throw up mark outside of our rooms so each time we opened our door to the hallway we smelled puke. #2 is that upon inspecting room 214 where my husband and 2 our sons would be sleeping a used condom was found on the counter next to the sink. What is even worse is that my son thinking it was trash picked it up then realized and freaked out. So now my son has touched another persons bodily fluids which could have disease all because your cleaning staff couldn't do their job. I emailed management and did not receive a response. Our youth pastor went the next morning to discuss the situation and only $50 was taken off the room. Lastly you have a resident there acting as an employee stating false things and made us feel uncomfortable.

The property was clean. Everything was well organized. The breakfast offerings we delicious and plentiful.

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable and clean the location was convenient. Breakfast options were extensive, and the staff was very friendly. Pillows were a little to soft for my taste , but not a big deal..

The free breakfast that was included was a very good added feature along with the internet for free for honors members. Very very comfortable beds. The size of the rooms were great!

There were a couple of small little things that was noticed but it did not ruin the trip. Ventilation in the bathroom being one in the bathroom door lock.

Changed the dates from Fri/ Saturday night to Saturday/Sunday night. Was told over the phone my price would decrease by almost $40 because Sunday night is cheaper however when I arrived they would not honor the cheaper rate that I was quoted on the phone.

The bathroom sink was clogged but got fixed next day, the light in the bathroom started blinking crazily but it was fixed. And then the only issue really is that the walls are THIN so you can hear your neighbors aside, above, below and luckily this time it wasn't much.
