Die Ausstattung war etwas spartanisch, jedoch funktional.

Die Lage des Apartments an der Alten Donau ist hervorragend. Ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung: Die U-Bahn ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt kann man anschließend noch wunderbar in der Alten Donau baden. Der nächste Badesteg ist nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Eine perfekte Kombination aus Stadturlaub und Erholung am Wasser!

Kein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon. Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden: z.B. Abtropfsieb, Nudeltopf

В квартирі є кондиціонер, що спасало в спеку.

Everything was excellent, with amazing views on the danube river, very kind host and helpful, thank you so so much , I will definitely choose this place when i visit vienna and i recommend this place when visiting vienna , its the best place 😊😊

Einchecken und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Ruhige schöne Lage kein Stress. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Minuten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel 10 bis 15 Minuten. Wäsche waschen möglich. Am Abreisetag Ventilator gefunden im Schrank. Mikrowelle wäre cool. Gerne wieder wie schon öfters die letzten Jahre Grüße

I really enjoyed the view of the garden, the turtles under the apricot tree, and the sounds of nature. The house is lovely, and the very late check-in went smoothly. The sunsets over the river Donau are just around the corner.

Location: It’s far from the metro. For travelers with suitcases, the 15- to 20-minute walk isn’t easy. With luggage and no car, i took a taxi. The building itself is located in a residence area. To explore the city and after many walks, i think the location was a pretty big drawback. The River Donau is very close by. If need is to explore river, boat, in summer - beach, then it is perfect. Food shops are 10-15 min walk, and you have to carry everything for those 15 minutes. No hotel feeling at all, more like beeing at home but 1 thing is needed to be taken, silent if there are neigbours. The Vienna International Center is two metro stops or a 25-minute walk away. There are both advantages and disadvantages depending on what you want to see in Vienna and how you want to experience the city.

Oda cok kucuktu ev gibi degildi. Metroya bir km sadece evlerin oldugu bir yoldan yuruyorsunuz. Her yer orumcek agiyla kapliydi ve bir suru bocek vardi. Sirf bu yuzden erken ayrildik. Oda temiz degildi ve imkanlari cok kisitliydi.

Location was good and withing a 15 minute walking distance of the kagran metro station, so getting around was very easy. The property is very close to several beautiful public parks like donaupark on altedonau, and an art park within close walking distance to the right of the property by the shoreline. Getting the keys was super easy with the self checkin and took no time at all. Overall excellent place to stay for solo / duo travelers who want a flat in a quieter place of the city. Also loved the cactus collection in the garden.

The bathroom ventilation duct was very dusty, and the toilet had a strange platform for your turd to land on making the whole room smell whenever you took a dump. Not a big deal just odd design choice.

Que está un poco retirado del transporte público , cuando después de venir de todo el día andando por centro Viena hasta llegar alojamiento hay 1 km desde metro

Excelent location with a beautiful view. Very quiet, clean, spacious appartment. Kitchen, (even very small) is equiped with all needed - dishes, coffee machine, microwave.. Cleaning facilities and ironing equipmemt are also available. Kagran metro statiin is ~10:minutes walk. We will be happy to stay here again.

It would be great if they would provide clean towels during longer stays. We stayed for 6 nigths, we got towels on first day and that's it.

Me encantó la ubicación, frente al Alte Danau. Hermoso balcón con sol y vista de lujo. El metro no es lejos, es una buena caminata y luego se puede ir al centro con facilidad. El departamento es cómodo y estaba impecable. El baño es muy grande y bonito. El agua caliente y con buena presión. Todo hermoso.

Super Lage direkt an der alten Donau. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn. Gute Ausstattung. Schöner Balkon, auf dem man nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing-Tag den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

The room had an attic with scary objects like a set of 3 big wooden parrots just above the bed which kept me feeling that they might fall on me while sleeping . Plus, 2 mannequins that were kept in an attic seen from the room which was quite unusual .

Aboluter Geheimtip für einen Sommer-Urlaub in Wien! Der wunderschöne Badeplatz an der alten Donau hat verzaubert (leider war Winter) aber der Sonnenuntergang und das Rauschen des Wassers am Balkon genießen zu können, war mega. Saubere, kuschelige Unterkunft - alles da, was man braucht. Problem beim Schlüsselabholen wurden innerhalb von Minuten gelöst, sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Apartmani su na odličnoj lokaciji, na obali Dunava. U rekativnoj blizini se nalazi mostić kojim se može oreći na drugu stranu obale, na kojoj se nalaze Dunavski toranj i Dunavski park. Opremljenost apartmana je dobra, snabdeveni su svime što je potrebno za boravak.

Jedina mana je što je u cenu uključeno čišćenje apartmana nakon prethodnih gostiju, ali ne i jedno čišćenje tokom boravka. Meni to nije prestavljalo problem, pošto sam boravila 8 dana u apartmanu, ali bi mi bio problem da sam boravila duže u apartmanima.

Es war keine Fernseher Fernbedienung da.

Poder llegar por nuestra cuenta, era cómodo y calentito. La zona apartada y tranquila. Los responsables muy atentos y nos ayudaron con la gestión del ticket del parking.

Posizione perfetta a 3minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, fronte Alte Donau io un carinissimo quartiere residenziale. Struttura deliziosa con tutti i comfort necessari, pulita ed accogliente Consiglio assolutamente

Der Ausblick direkt auf die Donau und den Fernsehturm war fantastisch (Wohnung 11). Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war im Winter sehr angenehm temperiert. Die Betten angenehm hart.

Das gesamte Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Ich habe es öfter von unten bollern hören. Auch konnte ich aus dem Nebenzimmer sehr viel verstehen. Gott sei Dank hatte ich nur eine Nacht Nachbarn, so dass ich im Gesamten einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt hatte.

Leider wurde nicht ordentlich geputzt, wir haben uns aufgrund der Lage und der für uns mangelnden Sauberkeit kurzfristig für ein anderes Hotel entschieden. Rauchmelder hat gefehlt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf die Alte Donau und es ist schön ruhig in der Gegend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren sehr unkompliziert, die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet, d.h. wenn man in der Küche etwas kochen möchte, muss man ALLES kaufen - von Salz und Pfeffer angefangen über Kaffeepulver, Tee, Olivenöl... das Spülbecken ist sehr klein und es gibt 2 Herdplatten. Man kann also eher etwas aufwärmen - mehr gibt die Ausstattung kaum her. Im Bad gab es für eine Woche Aufenthalt 2 Rollen Klopapier, in der Küche nur ein bereits gebrauchter Spüllappen. Die Ausstattung ist auf das Minimum beschränkt - das kenne ich von vielen Ferienwohnungen anders. Schade.

Freundlich Gastgeber, sauber und ordentlich. alles passt zum Preis.

We had a lake view apartment and it had a great view of the tower and the park, across the lake. A nice airy break from the busy sightseeing and a good way to start the day. Easy access 24 hours. Westfield and Kagran U Bahn is just under 15 min walk. Alte Donau U Bahn is 15 mins and a nicer more straightforward walk - same line. Easy to visit Prater Park. Uber or Bolt to Alte Donau only 6 euros.9 euros to the tower. Nice swims at the lake from the jetties just up from the apartments. Simple facilities fine for us as we are out. Stayed here as near friends. Would normally stay further in to a city centre, but this was much better. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing, gave a 9 as it is very very good and we enjoyed it, but it cannot really be described as exceptional

Good location, comfortable and neat accommodation

The check-in time, and the cost of early check-in is extremely expensive. We were only allowed to check in after 15:00 (which is quite late) - not a second earlier. Early check-in can be arranged at a fee. This meant that we had to wait in the freezing cold outside the venue (so cold that there was some faint snow) until the time-lock allowed us in.

Visited in June. Was quite warm. AC only at extra charge. Fan was ok.

We liked that while it's in a quiet location, there is a nearby restaurant by the Danube as well as various activities to do. The balcony on our room was overlooking the Danube. It was also not far from the Vienna International Center which was our main reason for visiting Vienna, to work. Also just 10 mins away by foot is Westfield shopping center where you can find dining and shopping possibilities. It's also walking distance from the metro so it's easy to go around Vienna.

The location met all our expectations.

I love this quiet and very beautiful apartment very much. The room is very confortable. If you leave the apartment and turn right, you will soon see a beautiful view of the old Danube River. If you go to the left direction, you can reach the subway U1 (directly access Stefanplatz (very center of Vienna) and Central Station) and tram 25 in about 10 minutes walk. I'd like to come back here again soon.

Clean, nice, quiet area, comfortable bed, fast response to every quiry i had, public washing machine available in the property to do your laundry.

Slightly far from public transportation, no fresh towels so if you are staying a week be prepared to use the same the whole period, you are required to take out your own trash and also make sure to segregate it unless you are okay with paying an extra 50 euros for the house keeping.

second time full success. if you prefer this side of the city, on the river with with easy access to nearest shopping district and to city center (10 mn walk to metro & all public transport), with reasonable price and perfect conditions... this is the place :)
