No cambiaron las toallas ni limpiaron la habitación en 6 días. La máquina de aire acondicionado hace un ruido horrible. Se oye todo el ruido de la calle y de las otras habitaciones

The unit was really really small. It was supposed to lodge six people, but that's stretching it. There were two bunk beds, a small desk with one chair, a tiny kitchenette and a tiny bathroom. It would work if the six people are all short, super skinny and okay being on top of one another. The essentials were there. Period. Not an inch to sit down, drink a cup of coffee (no coffee maker), or even tie your shoes without bumping into another person. Included were four paper thin towels (same ones for four sweaty nights), a few dishes but no dish soap, and intermittent hot water. (Sigh...) The host is supposedly named Henry but I never met him or saw his physical presence. When we checked in there was an old man who struggled to get people checked in, seemed very near sighted and overwhelmed. We waited in line forty minutes for our room keys even though the room was prepaid. The old man was euphemistically titled a "security guard." Luckily I didn't have to witness that in action. Prices are ridiculous now so maybe this is what it is like to stay in NY. Seems like a lot of money for the sparse service.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Great location in Koreatown, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Walkable area close to lots of main attractions. Very good value for money, especially for New York City. The room was a decent size by NYC standards and, most importantly, it was quiet with no street noise. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place I would happily recommend.

The fact that it was false advertisement and claimed that our room was 250 sqft when it indeed was not and we even went and bought a tape measure and it came out to be 154 sqft including the tiny bathroom. Only 2/7 photos for the place we had were correct for the listing photos. Was a dead roach on the floor as soon as we walked in.

Muy ruidoso. No se limpió en las diez noches que dormimos en el hotel. Si necesitabas papel higiénico o toallas limpias debías pedirlas. El servicio de guardamaletas acababa a las 5 pm. La ventana no se podía abrir y no se aireó la habitación. La cocina justa y no la utilizamos. No había cafetera.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026El hotel estaba céntrico en una calle llena de comercios chinos o coreanos. Elle la srta fue amable, nos atendió y resolvio nuestras dudas. Puedes dejar tus maletas sin coste antes y después de tu estadía..
La fachada del hotel es estrecha, para acceder es complicado y más con maletas porque no hay rampa y tienes que subirlas y además tirar de la puerta estrecha. En el pequeño pasillo funcionan varias empresas de alquiler de habitaciones y apartamentos Siempre hay gente entrando y saliendo a pesar de ser un sitio reducido. Los ascensores funcionaron bien y rápidos. Las habitaciones porque no se pueden decir apartamentos son pequeños. Nosotros eramos una familia de 4. Se nos hizo complicado, buscamos esta opción por tener una pequeña cocina y así poder desayunar y cenar algún día en el hotel, pero era muy pequeño para 4 . La mesa es minúscula, es literal una mesa de escritorio pegada en la pared que la estiras y ahí a duras penas caben 2. Pedimos 2 sillas más, porque solo ponen 2, siendo el apartamento para 4. Pero era de risa ver cómo nos íbamos a sentar 4 al rededor de esa mini mesa. Luego hay un pequeño armario/ barra para dejar ropa para todos. La cocina, osea los 2 fogones están a 15 cm de la cama. Un peligro... Si calientas algo o te haces cualquier cosa, OJO que te quemas, porque por ahí está la escalera para subir a la litera. Si el que duerme arriba de la litera baja y la cocina aún está caliente te quemas el pie o algo. Osea un peligro, aparte de que dormir con el olor de lo que hayas preparado, porque las ventanas están cerradas por el aire acondicionado; que hace ruido para dormir con ese aparato encendido. Agregando más cosas deprimentes. Nos tocó con vistas al patio de luces... Que era un hueco con paredes oscuras y super cochinas, osea mejor ni mires por ahí. Los colchones están para cambiar se hunden por el medio. En resumen; decidimos está opción por la posibilidad de apartahotel, osea poder cocinar o calentarnos algo ya que íbamos con las niñas. Lo hicimos , pero muy incómodos. Por el precio teníamos más opciones mejores y más económicas, comprobadas ya que alargamos 1 día más y el otro hotel era 40$ más económicas y No era aparta hotel..

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026L'appartement est très bien situé au coeur de manhattan. Il y a une bonne literie. Nous avions tout le matériel necéssaire dans l'appartement. En cas de besoin le personnel est très réactif et disponible.
La climatisation de l'appartement est bruyante. Les rideaux ne sont pas assez opaque. L'appartement est situé coté rue et il y avait régulièrement du bruit. Il n'y a aucune indication à l'extérieur de l'immeuble sur le nom du logement.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026- Ubicación 10/10, muy cercano de varios sitios turísticos, tanto caminando como en metro; y a dos cuadras a una estación de metro que tenía conexión con muchos sitios turísticos. - La alcoba y cocina tenía todo lo necesario para un cómodo hospedaje.
Cuando llegue lo encontré limpio, pero en mi instancia no se acercaron hacerme el aseo de la alcoba.

Some glasses would have been good, we ended up using mugs for water and cold drinks. Not a massive issue but still would have been nice. When leaving at the end of our stay, we were stuck on the 12th floor because (I’m assuming) the cleaners were using the lift to get up and down when doing their rounds. Because we were on the 12th floor there was only one lift. We waited for about 20 minutes wondering if/when the lift would finally come up to us but it never did so we had a lug 5 big suitcases down the stairs to the next floor to finally get a lift that was working.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Le logement est neuf, propre et agréable. La cuisine est un vrai plus pour pouvoir faire des économies sur le budget nourriture. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter New York ! On a pu laisser nos bagages en consigne gratuitement en attendant que notre logement soit libre.
Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du service de consigne à bagages jusqu'au soir pour le jour de notre départ car une employée était malade.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The Studio apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay in New York. The location is ideal and because it’s not facing onto a main avenue it’s quiet at night and no traffic noise. 100% recommend and would stay again on our next trip.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location gave us very easy access to the subway, which was great. The mattresses were super comfortable, so we slept really well. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the decor was really simple and lovely. Great place. We would totally stay again.
I was supposed to pick them up from the desk clerk, but there was no desk clerk. I waited a few minutes, got very anxious, and started looking up how to contact the owner. After six or seven minutes, the desk clerk returned and it was easy from there. A sign saying, “Be right back” would have alleviated worries. Also, the bathroom smelled very musty. I think it was the doubled over shower curtain.

The only downgrade is noise from the street. If your room is situated towards 31st street, you will most probably hear every noise from outside

Pocas comodidades , otros del mismo edifico con todas comodidades. No tenían tostadora de pan, no tenía vasos , solo tazas , la cocina si funciona una la otra no, no había papel de cocina ni servilletas . No había cafetera de ningún tipo . Los colchones de las literas se hundían en el medio, MUY INCÓMODOS . La cisterna del baño no funciona bien .

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Da localização, bastante central; perto do metro e de várias atrações turísticas. Do facto de permitirem deixar as malas guardadas após o check-out, sem termos de pagar.
O quarto era muito pequeno, em que nada parecia as fotografias do booking. Tinha uma janela que dava para uma parede e nem cortina tinha e no quarto tinha uma claraboia também sem cortina pelo que de manhã a luz entrava no quarto. Embora no 8º andar, ouvia-se muito barulho da rua. Os corredores tinham vários quartos e ouvia-se muito barulho dos hóspedes. O hotel não tem qualquer serviço de limpeza (pelo menos durante a minha estadia), não tem pequeno almoço como opção. Pelo preço o serviço foi mau. A casa de banho era minúscula, sem trocarem as toalhas.

Faltaba aseo. El baño tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad. No pasaron a limpiar en la semana entera que estuve. Además se sentía todo el ruido alrededor, por lo que era difícil dormir.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Prima locatie in Midtown Manhattan. Dichtbij metro Herald Square. Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Vooraf ruim op tijd geïnformeerd, we konden zelfs al om 12.40u de kamer in ipv 15u. Handdoeken werden op verzoek onmiddellijk vervangen en wifi was uitstekend.
We waren met 1 gezin in een kingsize bed en een stapelbed. Deze stonden erg lastig opgesteld waardoor we elkaar amper konden passeren in de kamer. Verder stonk de gang enorm wat ook te ruiken was in de kamer. Nu waren we veel onderweg, maar een iets comfortabeler kamer voor vier was prettiger geweest. Deze kamer past niet bij een gezin met vier volwassenen.
