The swimming pool was alright

Rooms did not look as promised in the pictures and overall unit was very much smaller than expected. There was only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet but in specs it was stated as 2 bathrooms. The process of checking in was quite complicated and guards didn’t know how to assist to find the locker room and the parking. Paid quite a lot for one night with higher expectations. Felt like I got scammed to be honest

We love this building as we stayed in it 2 years ago, when it was brand new. It's still well kept now. The staff took pains to make the place feel like a hotel. They even made the towels into a lovely shape. They treated us well. As we were leaving early on our day of departure, they even refunded our deposit the night before. This apartment is even nicer than the ones we stayed in previously in the same building. The place was clean and comfortable. This is a good host who really puts in the effort to make the place nice

Nothing to complain about, except that there was only one bathroom. The other one is a toilet without showering facilities. As we were only a family of three, it was still ok for us.

ราคาคุ้มค่า ไม่ไกลมาก เน็ตแรง เจ้าของตอบแชทตลอด ห้องนึึงพักได้8คน มี1ชั้นครึ่ง

ต้องขึ้นลิฟท์2ครั้ง ครั้งแรก1ตึก แล้วไปอีกตึก รถตู้ขึ้นจอดไม่ได้ เพราะสูงมากกว่า2. 1เมตร ต้องจอดบนถนน อาจดนค่าประบ และมีค่ามัดจำต้องให้500ริงกิต

空间挺大的

停车场太大了，走到指定位要走很多，一开始上还很乱一直走错😂

Agak mengecewakan sebab masa booking baca detail fasiliti ada tulis bilik ada bath tub tapi bila smpai xde bath tub..wasap tanya,kata nya unit mereka mmg xde bath tub tp dkt detail bilik ada..anak² dah excited nk mndi bath tub dlu bru ke pool..washing machine keluar air..remote aircond bhgian loteng bateri hanya 1 lg 1 xde ssah utk on off aircond.. access card tu mmg dh baca review mmg bermasalah,owner mmg dtg tukar tp agak lmbt jd terbantut aktiviti..utk 3h2m mngecewakan..netflix hanya ada app,nk tgok netflix kena guna acc sndri..

المكان للاسف لايمد للواقع بصله أبدا غير مريحه وغير نظيفه والغساله خربانه وقريبه من ازعاج المترو السيارات ومافيها عوازل وغير كذا موظف الاستقبال مايرد علينا ابداً وبالنسبه للغرف المفارش غير نظيفه وماانصح فيها أبدا 🇸🇦

the swimming pool where my kids like it very much.

The room was full of smoking smell when we first walked into the unit. the access card also not sensitive at all, and only able to scan in only particular lift ( there are 3 lift and we have to wait for that particular lift to scan the card ). we did called the cordinator and they sent us the youtube to show us how to scan the scan, do you think we are kids where we dont know how to scan card??? it was totally your access card problems and you should had changed it.

I really like the interior of the unit and very comfortable good for family or friends to stay😊

Price overcharge, location too far from nearest mrt station, need to walk at least 15 mins, no place to eat nearby during night hours.

الفراش غير مريح تنتقل من مبنى الى مبنى لين توصل مع التكاسي وجود بعوض في الشقه

الشقة واسعة وعبارة عن دورين تتسع ل 8 أشخاص ..

الموقع بعيد عن المطاعم وشارع العرب.. يوجد بقالة ومول قريب .. الشقة لا يوجد بها دواليب أو سلل مهملات ولا تسريحة أو ادراج

1）nice location 2) the staff attend to us immediately when we complained that only one set of key is provided for six person

1) the unit was quite old (some furniture n fittings is spoiled) 2) bad smell in the bathroom 3) very not sensitive access card (some lift totally can’t be detected) 4) not child friendly (very dangerous stairs a 5) the car park is at level 7 and slope is very steep 6) TV is on the upstairs so if people upstairs are sleeping nobody get to watch the tv 7) WORST : ONLY ONE SHOWER ROOM IS PROVIDED FOR SIX PERSON

all these are good

The sheets on the beds in those two rooms are dirty and it's itchy when you sleep on them. Also, the shower in one of the two toilets doesn't work and you can't take a shower.After a long time.

Location for me not so convenient since not really access to the main road. But the house is really clean, comfy and facilties all functioned well. The most things is designed really make us happy

Lift service. So slow since it has 41 level only has 3 units of lift.
