A lovely, cosy and luxurious hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Everyone from the reception desk staff, to the concierges to the maintenance people were all very friendly, helpful and made me feel appreciated as a guest. The rooms had beautiful decor and provided all the necessities needed for a good stay. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was good.

The room service breakfast food was a little bland. The air conditioning units within the hotel need a mass-upgrade - the first room I had checked into had an extremely loud air con, that sounded like a washing machine on a spin cycle. I would assume this upgrade is already in the plans for this hotel, but would be good to know for future stays as I do plan to return.

Slow service in the breakfast, I had to wait one hour for scrambled egg ?! While it was only 2 tables beside at the restaurant, you must look into your kitchen staff. Also I’m waiting the accommodation invoice and sent serval emails and no action, and duty manager send me email tell we have sent it before instead of just sending it or forwarding whatever he sent, why I would ask for the invoice if I have received it, no logic reply honestly

Beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The location was brilliant, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

Th only posistive things I can say are the breakfast and the location. The rest was very weak !

Room decoration, air conditioning was very bad. Bathroom was very small ans was bad smelling... !!! I had to close the air conditionning during our stay at 32C !!! The operating sound of the air conditionning was very disturbing and high, and woperating for nothing... Not ccoling at all !! We had to let open the windows during the night and woke up at 5.00am due to the outside sounds... When I asked to change our room, front desk replied me that all the rooms air conditioning are same... Having such an unqualified room to this price !!!

We arrived quite early and were offered an upgrade for a room that was ready, for 50£ a night, on a floor that had just been renovated. It was so nice to be able to checkin immediately in a very comfortable and pretty room, very much worth the extra money. We found the location excellent as well.

The bathroom door closed automatically, had to keep it open with a bin.

Everyone in the staff was great.

The hotel is very well located close to Harrods and the Knightsbridge Tube station. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is very quiet and I was able to sleep well. I enjoyed the breakfast selection as well. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Intimate hotel, newly renovated steps to Harrods, great restaurants. Michlen star restaurant within hotel. Everything was perfect! Most of all the staff. Years of professional experience, their pleasure is making sure clients have absolutely everything they need.

Location was perfect, we also had a car and the parking was just a few steps away. Very convenient. Staff was incredibly friendly and my daughter and I loved the floor heating in the bathroom.

My daughter and I are tall Scandinavians and it was a quite small room. Smaller than I had anticipated. We were told that half of the hotel was renovated but unfortunately not our part. Would have been nice to have seen/stay the updated rooms.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. I would like to give special thanks to Stella for her outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. Her hard work and dedication made a great impression on me and enhanced my experience of both the hotel and the country. She is a valuable asset to the hotel and truly deserves recognition. La ubicación es excelente porque combina su conectividad a pie y en transporte con la exclusividad de la zona. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda. El baño pequeño pero com todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Preocupación del personal del front desk y del gerente general por la atención y disposición.

El servicio de desayuno tenía algunas inconsistencias en la atención del personal y algunos componentes del menú. Poco espacio en los closets para guardar la ropa y el equipaje.

Breakfast was decent but not amazing. Half a mushroom on a full breakfast is just odd for example. Bathroom radiator was stuck on at full temperature. So heat in there was unbearable.

Staff were great, the dinning experience was very good, prices reasonable, location very good.

The apartment we were in, all though very good, I was disappointed with the constant banging of the front door, people going in and out. That could be remedied by using one of those cushion effect door springs.

This is a luxury hotel with an excellent staff. The location is good with easy and quick access to Underground. Everything is in walking distance.

Great location and perfect for our needs. Wonderful hotel and amazing staff who could not do enough for us. Wonderful room and super comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed and would certainly look to stay again.

Fantastic location next to Harrods, lots of restaurants, cafes and tube station. Staff were extremely friendly. At night the heating system was not functioning properly and they immediately brough us an electric radiator.

Breakfast was nice with hot dishes at your selection. The cold buffet though has room for improvement

the shower was too small if your under 5 ft then your ok but i was too tall and the bath was too small. the wallpapar is peeling off the wall and the shower leeked water all over the floor. breakfast food was forgotten keep having to chase for stuff.
