Die Lage und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung auch. Es ist auch sehr gut, wenn man eine Küchenecke mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank hat. Es sind viele Restaurants und Einkaufsläden in der Nähe, wo man alles besorgen kann. Aber es ist ein in Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das renoviert werden muss, das muss bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Deswegen ist der Preis auch sehr gut für die Lage. Wir hatten kein Problem mit den Aufzügen, es gab noch 2 auf der anderen Seite des Hotels, was uns beim Check-In mitgeteilt wurde.

Unsere Badewanne hatte keinen Abflussverschluss vorhanden. Wir haben zu spät rausbekommen, wie es mit dem Schuld "bitte nicht stören" funktioniert.

Наше проживание совпало с аномальной жарой, что очень осложнило проживание в номере ввиду отсутствия кондиционера и хорошего проветривания. В номере было очень жарко, открытые окна не помогали. Отсутствовал порошок или капсулы для стиральной машины, а в ближайшем магазине можно купить только большую упаковку, хотя нам надо было всего на пару стирок при том что проживали 8 дней.

Great value apartments that were clean and tidy in a good location. Would be ideal for a longer stay when you want a washing machine and basic kitchen.

The block of apartments is surprisingly huge and one of the sets of lifts was out of order when we were there. This sometimes meant long waits to access the lifts (we were on the 9th floor).

Exceptional stay and outstanding service My stay at Chelsea Cloisters exceeded expectations from start to finish. I had requested a quiet, recently refurbished apartment on a higher floor and away from the lifts. At check-in, the team could not have been more accommodating and kindly upgraded me to a beautiful, fully refurbished one-bedroom apartment on the eighth floor. It was quiet, spotlessly clean, away from the lifts and had wonderful views across London. The service throughout my stay was equally impressive. The reception team were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, and the WhatsApp messaging service made it very easy to contact them whenever I needed assistance. They kindly printed documents for an important meeting, accommodated a late checkout and stored my luggage afterwards. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and a very positive experience from beginning to end. I would happily stay at Chelsea Cloisters again and can warmly recommend it.

Parking in basement is a scam charging 70 pounds for 8 hours. Better park outside in the evening hours. The signs says it clearly when it’s free to park but the over the counter the young lad was not helpful to explain the parking situation like free parking overnight

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and I always choose it when travelling with my family. It has become our favourite place to stay, and for good reason! The staff are excellent—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect and easy to go around. Everything about this hotel is excellent, and we always have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay.

Excellent location about five minutes walk from nearest tube station, and less than ten minutes walk to the South Kensington museums. The National Army Museum is also just about ten minutes away. There are convenience shops within 100 yards and the shops of the King’s Road are also nearby. The apartment is spacious and bright and has all the facilities needed for a short or longer stay. All the fittings and equipment are of high quality. The reception staff were polite and helpful and the check-in process was quick and simple.

The only real negative was the fact that there were only a few small lifts, one of which was out of order. This was a particular problem for people with luggage.

A little bit bad smell

Location is great with a short walk from the tube or bus. Great to have a washing machine having been on the go.

No tea towel was provided. One lift out of action which meant we checked out earlier - would’ve waited forever on the 9th floor. Often walked down as check out time came and the lift never made it up to us!

La struttura era molto accogliente, pulita. Le camere confortevoli e accoglienti. La posizione eccezionale, vicino a musei e altre attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con la stazione metropolitana di South Kensington, vicino alla struttura. Lo staff disponibile è molto gentile.

It's a large block of self contained small flats at fair prices especially for the area it is located in. My room was a good size with decent facilities and was comfortable.

Lighting was either main room light (very bright) or two bedside lamps which were more suited to reading in bed. Lamplight around the room would be nice but this is a minor gripe as the room was just fine for me.

It was in a good location for travelling to/and around different parts of London. It had a washing machine and was clean. I stayed 9 nights so I wanted the facilities to clean my clothes and have my coffees in the studio to avoid the extra ordinary cost of London coffee! They cleaned/serviced the studio when they said they would.

The pillows gave me sinus, they probably don’t get cleaned that often. I booked an executive suite based on online photos. It was more like a studio with a washing machine.

Posizione e quartiere ottimi. In prossimità di metro, musei, autobus, ristoranti e supermercati. La camera aveva quasi tutto, abbiamo perfino utilizzato la lavasciuga! Piccolo monolocale funzionale e moderno. Bella vista dall'ottavo piano. Camera silenziosa.

La pulizia ogni 6 giorni e' davvero poco, e comunque non molto accurata. Servirebbe almeno una piccola paletta e scopa per darsi un aiuto! Mancanza di scolapiatti in cucina e portarotolo in bagno. Gli spazi molto ristretti,per aprire ante o porte occorre alternarsi. Specialmente l'armadio,oltre ad essere piccolo, ha le ante senza maniglie davvero difficili da aprire! Il letto veramente scomodo con materasso affossato. Mancanza di una presa vicino il bagno per asciugarsi i capelli.

Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo, vicino al metro e servito da molte linee di bus.

Ci sono solo 2 ascensori per 9 piani di appartamenti e uno spesso era fuori uso.

Everything was perfect ,the rooms were clean and the location is just 10min by foot from metro that connect you with everything. You can find around everything you will need in less than 10min by foot.

In the bathroom the window dont have a curtain so you are "visible" from outside.

Appartamento perfetto grande, luminoso letto comodo in stanza ampia e il divano letto era perfetto comodo nel soggiorno.. cucina con tutto.. sotto c'era un market con tutto per la colazione. C'era la fermata del bus praticamente sotto hotel.. nelle vicinaze c'erano diversi ristoranti anche italiani dove si mangiava bene... Grazie di tutto da tornare

La posizione e il prezzo. A Londra si trovano spesso alloggi fatiscenti e sporchi a prezzi carissimi. Io ho preso mesi prima un'opzione non refundable che mi ha consentito di alloggiare in una bellissima zona ad un prezzo onestissimo in un appartamento che aveva due camere, una singola e una matrimoniale, con letto comodissimo e un divano letto matrimoniale. Per una famiglia di 4 persone è stato un alloggio super confortevole. La cucina è accessoriata e con il supermercato sotto casa abbiamo potuto cenare senza problemi. Il bagno era nuovo e spazioso e il servizio di pulizia efficiente. Torneremo sicuramente

Very central and lovely helpful staff!

Room was small, we expected something bigger, the windows were left open and the floor was wet from the rain. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. The fact that the elevator wasn't working was a major inconvenience. The elevators are very small, so those with claustrophobia might not feel comfortable. Cleanliness also left much to be desired, and the interior was very dated. The windows leaked when it rained. Unfortunately, we couldn't get any rest after a long day because we could hear loud music and people partying. I do not recommend this place; it is better to pay a bit more to ensure a comfortable stay.

Le lit !! Le lit est très petit pour deux personnes c’est pas du tout adapté et il était trop mou . Il n’y avais pas de pression d’eau dans la douche ni d’eau chaude et la douche était bouchée . Il y a pas de ménage tous les jours Pas de clim vous êtes obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes qui donne sur une rue très bruyante.

Location is amazing!

The lift has not been working for years. I stay here every summer and the front lifts are never both working. This time though, neither were working. For a building of this size, for everyone to drag their luggage to the back lifts was problematic. And there was a queue to get on the lift. Some of the flats have been renovated and have excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities and some not so much. This time we were in an apartment where the kitchen was not renovated. Even the kettle looked old. It did not encourage us to use the kitchen at all.

Great location. Very friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to from South Kensington tube. We were on our way to a wedding and we're able to leave our bags before check in time. Clean and comfortable.

It's not cheap, but it is in a very good location. For country pumpkins like us the constant plane noise is quite intrusive as it is under the flight path for Heathrow. Apart from that though there is surprisingly little noise. Make sure you take teabags, coffee and milk with you as none provided.

For location the price is good. However there were some small insects around the kitchen and in the bathroom. I was afraid that its bed bags. Maybe garbage disposal needs to be more frequent to ensure insects don’t become a problem. If the flat is facing the busy road it can be hard to sleep.

Filthy, body odor when I checked into the room, dirty hallways and carpets, false advertisement on the facility having gym, bigs inside the apartment, urine stain on the bathroom wall, no cleaning is offered.

Sadly it was really noisy overnight. Fast cars racing up and down from 2-6am. Noisy, drunk adults talking loudly from 1am. A sleepless night.

Der Lärm - Straßenlärm und Personen vorm Eingang unterhalb der Schlafzimmer waren bis tief in die Nacht sehr laut. Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Ruhe war zwischen ca. 3-5Uhr Boden war nicht sauber. Lift war die meiste Zeit außer Betrieb. Bilder im Anzeigen passen nicht zur Realität, da Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind.

La habitación y la cocina estaban bien (a excepción de que en esa última la ventana no abría). El baño necesitaba atención (pintura alrededor de la bañera etc.). La localización es inmejorable y el personal servicial y amable pero lo demás lo justo (instalaciones del edificio, comodidad, limpieza etc.).

La ubicación inmejorable, cercana al centro y con conexiones de transporte público también a menos de 10 minutos caminando. Zona muy segura, limpieza correcta, buenas dimensiones de habitaciones y dotación de electrodomésticos (microondas, cocina, nevera, lavadora secadora, etc). El trato del personal muy profesional, incluso algunos de ellos hablaban un correctísimo español. En general es una excelente elección para estancias de media duración (estuvimos 10 días).

Las ventanas de cristal no cierran bien y eso supone frío en invierno y calor en verano. Los ascensores operativos son sólo 2 de los 4 existentes, resulta escaso para el volumen de personas que los utilizan.

I assumed it would be a studio flat but it was a huge two bed apartment with two bathrooms. Everything was new and shiny and very clean. Nice bedding and towels and an excellent location near some good bars.

There was a pair of dirty lacy knickers hung up in the cupboard which suggests the cleaners didn't check. There were no hooks for coats and there was nowhere to put my clothes at night - a chair is all I would have needed. It was quite a long walk from the lift.

Finestra bagno bloccata, pertanto non vi era la possibilità di aprire la finestra per arieggiare il bagno. Mancanza appendini sia in bagno che nella zona giorno/notte; pulizie effettuate solo dopo 6 giorni di soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in tre e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è eccellente: centrale, ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici, con fermate di metropolitana e autobus a pochi minuti a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano un supermercato e numerosi negozi, e le principali attrazioni di Londra sono facilmente raggiungibili. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e dispone di spazi adeguati, che consentono di gestire comodamente anche i bagagli. La presenza di un bagno principale e di un bagno di servizio ha reso il soggiorno particolarmente pratico. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il servizio di pulizia periodica (ogni 2 giorni) e il cambio regolare della biancheria (ogni 6 giorni).

Come suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno, sarebbe utile dotare la cucina di un maggior numero di stoviglie e utensili (per cucinare c'era una sola padella e uno scolapasta), oltre a prevedere alcuni beni di uso quotidiano come caffè, zucchero, sale, olio e detersivi. Inoltre, i comodini della camera matrimoniale appaiono piuttosto usurati: una semplice riverniciatura contribuirebbe a rendere l'ambiente ancora più curato.

Очень понравилось расположение. Рядом есть магазин, где можно купить что-то перекусить и есть небольшой выбор готовой еды. До метро примерно 8 минут. Спокойный, нешумный район. Очень любезный персонал. В целом, мы остались довольны. Большое спасибо!

Наш номер был на последнем этаже. Было душновато. Нам повезло, что погода была не самая знойная. Кондиционеров, у них нет. Нам пообещали 3 вентилятора, но в результате только 2 дали. В описании была духовка, но в номере была микроволновка. И еще.. постель- были зимние одеяла. Это было лето, а одеяла очень толстые.

Location, comfort, friendly staff

Прожил месяц. Все отлично. Уборка через день, один раз в неделю смена белья. Комната чистая, симпатичная, все есть для проживания, даже стираьно-сушильная машина, посуда. Рекомендую эту гостиницу.

La posizione è buona: a 10 minuti c'è la stazione South Kensington (linee circle/district e Piccadilly), il posto tranquillo. C'è un supermercato proprio vicino.

La stanza al pianterreno dava sulla strada sul retro che era rumorosa per via di auto in sosta con voci e rumore di motori. Sei trasparente al personale che è giù in reception: mai un saluto o un sorriso di accoglienza quando rientri dopo una lunga giornata in giro.

2 der 4 Lifts waren leider während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts außer Betrieb.

Acessibilidade péssima, elevador quebrado, só tinha 1 elevador extremamente distante do apartamento e não foi informado isso em nenhum momento antes da nossa chegada e estávamos com um familiar de 74 anos. Deixou muito a desejar.

Poco pulita, il bagno puzzava come siamo entrati, doccia grande ma lavandino minuscolo senza un minimo di spazio dove appoggiare le cose o mettere asciugamani(asciugamani macchiati che ho dovuto rilavare da sola e mai cambiati in 6 notti di alloggi), mai venuti a pulire, prendere la spazzatura, portare rotolo di carta igienica o cambiare lenzuola. E poi mai un saluto, freddi e non cordiali niente a che vedere con una buona accoglienza

Main lift not working for all our stay. It was a long walk to our apartment which got very tiring. Small items not an available ie cutting board, tea towel. It was obvious that there were cuts to general cleaning as the hallways and stairwells were grubby.

Very small bed for two, but that is common in the UK. The cleaning woman took a gold token from the NHM museum, she probably thought it was a tip in a foreign currency. Not valuable, but our daughter was sad.

Quick and easy pickup at reception.

Hotel was in a great location with a garage with preferred rates just a block away. Bedrooms with double beds were cramped. Overall, apartements could use a refresh as they are quite dated.

Lack of lifts. Front ones still out of action. Other lifts are busy with housekeeping and building contractors. Room recently refurbished but the window sill was left in a terrible state. Very hot as room has afternoon sun for hours. Terrible behaviour from drunks in neighbouring room, shouting and hammering on their door at midnight. Put in a room next to one that was being refurbished therefore disturbed by noise and dust. Reception did not mention this. If you're refurbishing a room, leave adjacent rooms empty.
