The property keys were very hard to collect. No any response from the agent. Supposed to check in at 3pm I reached there 10 mins earlier and trying to contact the agent. Agent didnt even provide the unit number and call is not going through whatapp is not able to reach out. after 2 hours receiving a message from a new number and agent asked to wait for another 30 mins to generate the QR Code for the parking. after getting in the keys are not in the mail box. really frustrated with the service bery poor and we checked in 3 hours delay than the actual time. Very very very POOR SERVICE

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. The toilet bowl was dirty and didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned before our check-in. The unit has a mirrored wall feature, which could be a nice touch, but unfortunately the mirrors were stained and clearly had not been wiped in a long time. Additionally, the curtain in the master bedroom had noticeable holes, giving a very worn-out appearance. Overall, the condition of the toilet and general upkeep of the place did not meet expectations. With some proper cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.

The location is convenient, with easy access from the parking area straight to the lift and then to the room. I also appreciated the clear communication from the host, they sent me a detailed house guide in PDF format via WhatsApp, which was very helpful. The security guard was kind enough to guide me to the mailbox room where I could collect the keys. That part of the check-in process went smoothly.

The beds were very comfortable. Toilet was spacious too. All amenities available. The floor it was at was conveniently on the floor which had the gym and area to hang out or do your work with a view. Which was enjoyable and nice!

The location is a little longer to get to. The Uturn from highway is quite a distance as well to turn back to the apartment.

It has a unique room architecture; the doors. The shower and the beds are fine, there's even a decent view of KL city. The unit was fortunately clean and has a nice fragrance the moment we checked into the room.

There isn't much flaws to talk about here. The only major red flag is the customer service; owner did not picked up our calls and did not respond to any of our messages. We do have to wait for a long time at the lobby, until another agent/assistant showed up on their behalf. Another flaw here, not a major one, is how the unit we were staying have tons of cabinets but does not have sufficient pillows. One of the beds in the unit are not in good shape either (broken). Overall, good stay, but customer service needs improvement.

The apartment was spacious, nice pool, 2 beds, iron, ironing board, kitchen good enough to cook in, washing machine , big fridge. Very comfortable.mid way between batu cave and city. Very detailed and easy check in. Responsive host.

Cleaning left a little to be desired. Since 60rm is added to the room fee, for a 5 day booking, a cleaner should come to atleast clean it once.

Deposit still haven’t received, stay in 10/5 & check out 11/5. Today is 21/5 still haven’t received. Customer service mention will refund after few day, but now still haven’t received. Even now didn’t update my deposit refund

The location was excellent, the beds and sofa very comfortable. There was Wifi and Netflix (need to use your own account) so that was great. Aircond nice and cool and quiet in all rooms. The whole place was easy to find and clean.

Host could've checked facilities such as the fan & light in the living room (wasn't working), toilet near kitchen (couldn't lock), and the pillows were quite uncomfortable (lumpy). The parking was really quiet awkward but bearable (one car had to move out before the car behind can exit).

1.Master bedroom bathroom shower performance is not so good. The water pressure is too slow! 2. Some of the room lights are not functioning. 3 The kitchen sink is disgusting (need more attention on this)

Wifi not working for last 4 days we stay and Swimingpool under maintenance. Building project on progress next to apartment so make noise.

I m not happy about it. We have booking 3D2N check in on 30/3-1/4 . We paid for RM200 for deposit . The agent told me, when we check out will refund deposit to us. We have waiting almost 1 weeks plus. We have not received any deposit refund to us yet. The agent tried to ignore my message. Very disappointed ☹️

We were missing some more cuttlery and basic stuff for eating.

My deposit was deducted just because the towel was soiled, and the towel can be washed. I asked for a day but got no response. It's obvious that they are looking for a reason not to refund the deposit. Think carefully before considering staying.

Very well mannered, clean and has the best view from the master bedroom bathroom window. Provided with clean towels, bed sheets, blankets, iron, hair dryer and washing machine. Can wash your clothes but better to bring your own detergent as on our stay the powder detergent almost finished.

The living room bathroom has non functional bidet sprayer, only available for showering and tooth brushing, not for other business (iykyk😆), had to share the master bedroom bathroom

they are giving a full guide from check in to the check out process. we had a very comfortable stay ! all the necessary amenities provided were very complete. It’s perfect for those want to staying with family.

When we entered, there was this weird smell, mayb they didn't clean well enough from previous stayers.

Both faucet was leaking in both toilets. Aircond maybe not enough gas will turned off on its own every hour. WiFi was not working, not great if you need to work from home. It’s a nice place but wish the management took care of the place more.

Location is good. But it’s quite hard to find the entrance if you’re not familiar with there. Designation of the parking lot is weird and the space very narrow so if you are driving Alphard or Velfire, it might difficult when park your car.

Should improve the cleanness as we found there is dusty inside the washing machine make us not dare to use. Oven is out of service. Toilet inside master room is smelly and leaking due to heavy rain.

fells like home. all appliances and electrical items functions really well. host is always reachable and responsive towards my queries. good internet connection. the microwave is really useful. swimming pool seems nice but it was rainy season during our stay so we didn't get a chance to go swimming. there's some traffic but the property located nearby a lot of nice eateries, but not within walking distance. need to go there by car or just order via grab.

extra pillows smell quite musty/musky, we didn't use it but when you open the cupboards it really smells. the bedsheet in the main bedroom was too small, only covers the top part of the mattress so it moves when we sleep. and the bedsheet in the single room is so thin it's almost see through. fortunately we brought our own mattress topper. i would recommend the host to air the pillows out if the guests use the extra beddings and to buy bedsheets that really fits the bed. this is not really an issue but the iron and ironing board is burnt. maybe can fix the iron surface and buy iron board cover.

Spacious space & room. Have a microwave, fridge, and a washing machine, which is like a home. 2 toilets available,. The manual instructions were easy and clear.

We had a really nice stay at this apartment, it felt like home for my family. The facilities were great – we enjoyed watching movies at the theatre on the 13A floor, and the swimming pool on the 2nd floor was a great bonus. Everything was smooth, from self check-in to self check-out, making it super convenient. The location is excellent, with easy access to KL Sentral. You can get a taxi for less than 10 MYR using Grab or other apps, which was really handy. There were some very minor issues, like small stains on the ceiling and a few door lock quirks, but they were negligible compared to the beautiful view and excellent facilities overall. Thanks for everything! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Malaysia!

Not enough sheets, duvets and pillowcases for extra bedding, but the fact that you provided comfy extra foldout mattresses & pillows helped. Needs more cutlery and tableware, & mugs, & kitchen towels.

Great location

The self check in process was clearly described on the check in details provided. Didn't have any confusion. Clearly instructed and security guards were helpful. Parking was provided. The facility was clean and comfortable. Worth the money.

Before we arrived, clear instructions on how to check in, get to the parking lot, and how to use the appliances in the home were provided to us! Place was clean upon arrival, and the beds were so comfy. Felt very homely & comfortable. It’s in a great location too! Overall we were very satisfied with our stay 😊

Not enough toilet rolls were provided, but other than that, everything was great!

It was clean and the staff was helpful, specially the owner who was in touch with me from the time I made the booking, everything was easy to follow and no hassle, specially checking in and checkout. The owner even helped me with more information like taxi ride apps, bus rides since its my first time traveling, just ask them via the whatsapp number they reach out and they will accommodate anything, I was even able to receive an extra key card very easily.

Everything was clean and very smooth and organized, the place even has a gym and movie theater, movies are only played during the weekend though. While the place is well maintained some things are a bit worn and torn,like the bedside bar on the master bedroom, some mirrors are a bit shattered,and there is a minor leak in the master bedroom bathroom ceiling. Still it is well maintained
