Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Camera da 5 posti molto spaziosa. Il punto di forza è il magnifico terrazzo con vista sul Canal Grande! Abbiamo ammirato la regata storica stando comodamente sedute ai tavolini sul terrazzo.
Purtroppo non c'è ascensore ed essendo un palazzo storico i piani sono alti. Per arrivare alla camera al primo piano ci sono 39 gradini.

Not even one hook on the bathroom to hang a towel, the fridge wasn't working well, all day a small bottle of water and was just bit chill,also having to receive the keys 3 minutes walking from another hotel, might sound near, but with luggages and bridges on summertime isn't the easiest thing. Although that last thing was not that important to us

Trænger til en lille renovering. Badeværelset er ikke privat, toiletsæde var ved at falde af og brusekabinen er lille. På badeværelset hænger der også gammel malertape. Balkonen har en fantastisk view over kanalen, men vi forstår ikke hvorfor man ikke må bruge den store dejlige trappe fra altanen og ned, fremfor den smalle og stejle trappe inde i bygningen, hvor der også lugter mærkeligt. Men ingen af nøglerne passede dertil. Det hotel man henter nøgle ved, der var personalet ikke videre begejstret for en, måske fordi man ikke er deres gæst?

Комната большая, кроватей много, можно лежать прям возле окна и слушать пение проезжающих гондольеров. Ванная комната большая, комфортная. Холодильник работающий (что редко в Италии). Рассположение идеальное!
Венеция прекрасна, там не может не нравиться!

Por poner una pega, las escaleras que habia que subir hasta la habitación pero el resto lo suplia.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Rent this room! You won't find a better location, room size and Venetian atmosphere for the money. This one room was the only one that had a huge balcony with a view of the Grand Canal. The ceilings are likely 30 feet high, and the room was literally larger than any of the restaurants that we dined in while in Venice. There was a restaurant directly below the room (you wouldn't know it because there was no noise), and we highly recommend eating there...all old Venetian stone and timber...excellent service. The room is very near the Realto Bridge and convenient to any direction you need to travel. You won't find an experience like this for the money.
It wasn't a huge problem, but you had to check in at another hotel, and these instructions were only written in Italian (unless we missed the English version) so we had a rough time getting checked in. But once we checked in, the privacy was well worth the initial hassle. The shower, though modern with good hot water, was a bit tight. I'm 5'10, 200 pounds and I was kind of snug in there.

La chambre est très sommaire avec un sol pas droit, la salle de bain est minuscule et pas très pratique et nous avions une vue sur les blocs de climatisation. L'insonorisation est inexistante. Cet endroit est très décevant pour un prix si élevé.

Resepsiyon ve odalar farklı yerlerde. Odanın kapısını bulmak çok zor oldu. 1 saat minimum otelin yerini aradık. Sonra odanın yerini aradık. İki kusurumdan biri resepsiyonun yeri ile otel aynı yerde değil diğeri ise duş alanı çok dardı. Hareket etmekte çok zorlandık. Onun harici tavsiye edilebilir çok güzel bir oteldi.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Posizione centrale vicino al Ponte di Rialto, ottima per raggiungere tutta la città, camera molto bella, spaziosa, pulita, proprio sopra un piccolo canale. Dotata di tutto il necessario, con anche minifrigo, bollitore e tè. Anche il bagno molto grande e pulito. A due minuti a piedi dalla reception della struttura centrale. Staff della reception cordiale e disponibile, ci siamo trovate molto bene.
Tutto ottimo. C'era un leggero odore nella zona wc ma a quanto sappiamo è comune nei locali storici a Venezia. Per noi non è stato un problema ma da segnalare che l'ascensore è presente nella struttura principale Ai Santi Apostoli dove è la reception, mentre dove abbiamo alloggiato noi c'era una scala per arrivare alle camere quindi non adatta per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

El tener que hacer check in en otro hotel diferente pero sobre todo el acceso inviable a la habitación ( más de 50 escalones para la llegada a la habitación) y sin ascensor. Hay que pensar que las personas llevan equipaje . Habitación para 5 personas con camas cómodas pero instalaciones en mal estado, olor a tubería en WC Y pérdida de agua tanto la cisterna como el bidet.
