Beautifully designed house very quiet and peaceful. The bed linens and mattress were super comfortable. The host kindly brought us bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. It's also very close to the subway. The host recommended nearby Zhangyuan and Taikoo Hui, both just a 5-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit.

This apartment is located on Nanjing West Road — an excellent location, just a 3–5 minute walk from the subway station. The room looks almost exactly like the photos — very clean and comfortable to stay in. The mattress is just the right firmness, and the sofa colors are very nice. On top of that, the price is very reasonable. The host is incredibly attentive — any questions or issues are responded to promptly and resolved right away. Very hassle-free.

The apartment was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with complete facilities. The location is outstanding, right on East Nanjing Road, making it very convenient to find food and go shopping nearby. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was aesthetic, clean, and comfortable enough for the 4 of us. The location is very strategic only a short walk to the mall, viral food spots, street food areas, and also very close to the metro station, which made everything so convenient. Most importantly, the host “Molly” was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful during our stay. She really made us feel welcomed and assisted us with everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Shanghai in the future. Highly recommended!

the only advantage of this property is the location, and customer service was prompt.

It was a nightmare at arrival for a solo mum travelling with 2 young kids, what a bad experience. The entire place was dirty and unmaintained, lots of broken places here and there, wall paint peeling, ceiling light dropping, forks were dirty, cabinet door was damaged by water flow, floor was very dusty, bathroom was full of mould, and the shower drain kept making weird sounds all evening with horrible smells. We stayed for a couple of hours and then decided to move out at midnight right after realising that the hot water for shower only lasts for only 1 person, and got a partial refund from the host.

Die Lage ist super, ein kleiner Reihenbungalow von etwa 35 qm, mit allem was man braucht. Molly hat unser WeChat angemeldet, ohne die Anmeldung wird wechat nicht funktionieren Alles in allem gut

El trato con el dueño del apartamento fue siempre muy cercano y te intenta resolver en el momento cualquier duda. La ubicación es muy buena, además con una línea de metro cerca de todo (aeropuerto, tren, centro).

El apartamento está bastante más deteriorado de lo que reflejan las fotos (humedades en el baño, cocina en la parte de la terraza a la que le da el sol y durante el día es imposible estar por el calor) además pasa el metro muy cerca y, al estar a ras de suelo, lo cierto es que es bastante molesto al dormir, hay que llevarse tapones si tienes sueño ligero.

Excellent location, very central, walking distance to shopping malls. Close to metro station. Very good communication from the host.

Easy to reach and very close to all sights and shops you would want to visit as a tourist in Shanghai. Has a washing machine and a small stove and fridge.

The bathroom could be slightly cleaner. The shower curtain was very dirty.

Small apartment. Nice and privacy.

Hopefully no huge constraction in the area. But, the owner already mentioned before. I was just not expect will be major allmost all the area.
