Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The view was superb and the swimming pool was also very good.
The rooms would have cleaned properly as we can see small insects inside the room. The menu card kept inside the room was having too much dust when we opened this, can guess from that the the cleaners are not paying attention on cleaning the rooms properly. Also this is huge property, however, it doesn’t Gymnasium.

Cleanliness of the room was substandard. There were moulds and fungus in the kitchen . No laundry bags were provided.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026So we booked the service appartments, which are managed by the hosts and not the hotel reception, we had to call the host and get our keys, which was a decent experience.
This process could have been explained in advance, also they kept calling us to confirm the arrival, can't do anything about it buddy, the traffic was a mess.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026The view is absolutely amazing and made a really positive impression on our stay. Reena, was very attentive and got us what we needed. The apartment’s aesthetics were beautiful & the aircon/heating was brilliant. We attended the daily Aarti and a Lohri celebration which were very special.
The mattresses were very hard. Some attention needs to be given to the shower heads and how long the hot water lasts. These let the accommodation down. Sadly, whilst we were visiting the pool was closed and there was work going on at the reception area which closed the main entrance. We would have liked to have known this in advance of coming.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025We had to pay extra for the breakfast. The breakfast is adequate but not excellent. Waitors forget tea and food orders and more than often we had to go and help ourselves.
Confusing how we use the host. We did not know that we could not use room service. No instructions in the room about how to use the resort.

Reviewed May 26, 2024Being a foodie ... Loved the platters served to us at the restaraunt. Couldn't choose one as each was better than the other one. A very comfortable stay and value for money. Mesmerizing view of the Ganges from our room. The Aarti in the evening is a must attend.

Facilities given by host was outstanding as we asked for early check-in it was done & the caretaker Reena took good care of everything. Best part was the view mesmerising. Neat & clean environment. Overall it was a good experience for us.

Despite mentioning our check-in time beforehand our entire apartment was smelling & was not fully cleaned when we arrived. The caretaker (Reena) just refused to help us or budge and was adamant on us paying. We just wanted it to be in a liveable condition but the expected customer service wasn’t provided. The caretaker’s attitude & arrogance wasn’t welcoming. Nothing in the service was satisfactory.
