Excellent value for money, especially given the location. Room was really comfortable, clean and not run down at all unlike some central London hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage room available. We will be staying again

Got a room on the first floor when we requested it, could store our luggage there during a bus tour. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to Victoria station and victoria bus stop. Best london stay ever, we'll return for sure if we need to travel from Victoria station again !

Great little hotel close to Victoria station, used it for two stops surrounding our Rabies bus tour. Totally recommended ! Helpfull staff, great room, tiny but good bathroom.

Great location, comfortable beds and very cool to escape the soaring temperatures outside. Pleasant staff on reception also a big plus as getting tired of self check ins with no human contact.

I like the general feel of the hotel having stayed once before but would have liked a small fridge to store fresh milk. I like milky tea and the milk hotels supply are never enough. We were given more supplies for our three nights but you can’t beat a pint of fresh milk. On the ground floor if the fire door isn’t closed it can be a little noisy first thing in the morning when workers are getting started, otherwise it was quieter than expected given the closeness our room was to the front door.

La proximité de la gare Victoria Coach Station, la gentillesse des hôtes, le moelleux du lit, hôtel petit mais globalement joli.

- Moquette sale - Grosse tâche orange sur le rideau blanc - Grosses tâches jaunes sous le drap-housse - Table de repassage sale - Traces marron au fond des toilettes (de la simple eau de javel aurait empêché ça) - La fenêtre ne s'ouvre que d'environ 15 cm - La ventilation de la climatisation est faible, on sent à peine l'air frais, obligé de le mettre au maximum pour le ressentir.

La struttura non dispone di frigobar in camera. Abbiamo avuto la stanza al 4 piano e la struttura non è dotata di ascensore, le scale sono molto strette.

Hôtel très propre, safe, bien situé, au calme, dans un quartier sûr (je suis rentrée tard dans la nuit, seule, et je n'ai jamais eu peur, et pourtant, il m'en faut peu !). Le lit était très confortable. La chambre était très propre. J'ai aussi apprécié la TV, la Wifi et la petite vue par la fenêtre.

La chambre était vraiment très petite, juste la place du lit et une armoire. J'y ai passé peu de temps, alors ça ne m'a pas dérangée, et je sais que c'est un peu comme ça partout à Londres, mais j'ai trouvé que le prix était excessif pour une chambre si petite.

The room was large and comfortable and clean. The air con was brilliant especially as it was 33° the week I was staying. I was only there for one night but the staff I did meet were very nice. They even stored my luggage before I could check in so I wasn't lugging it around before I could check in.

Hotel, jak większość w Londynie jest mikroskopijny, ale absolutnie wystarczający, pokój mimo, że mały to jest bardzo komfortowy! Super łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja 10/10!! Cicho, bezpiecznie, wszędzie blisko, sklepy tuż obok, wokół mnóstwo znakomitych restauracji i kawiarni!

Very caring staff. Everything about the room was comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom was fine, coffee maker was nice, AC was great! Lobby snacks, too.

Didn’t like the exhaust fan in the bathroom running all the time ( couldn’t turn it off at night) The room was a bit small, but quiet, cool, and very comfortable. Closet hanging bar was oddly in the center, not running across, which would have made hanging clothes much easier. Still, a lovely place.

Location of this hotel is Brillant, lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes around the area, the staff was amazing, friendly always said good morning hello, good night etc.

The room was very small, but well equipped, clean in itself. But the carpet was very grubby, the cleaners came in everyday and changed towels made the bed.

It was clean, the air conditioning was great. The staff were really welcoming and friendly; and there were some very nice touches

Posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Victoria, servita da molti mezzi. A 20/25 min a piedi si arriva a Westminster. In zona diversi posti per fare colazione o mangiare. Molto comodo anche per la partenza del pullman che porta agli Warner Studios per il tour del "Making Of - Harry Potter"

La camera assegnata (molto grande) era nel seminterrato, e dava sul lato della strada. Purtroppo a volte si sentivano rumori di gente che passava (al telefono, che parlava fuori a voce alta, o che saliva/scendeva le scale). Nulla di troppo invalidante, solo un poco fastidioso. Il letto, a mio gusto, non super comodo.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar und die Victoria Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr groß und geräumig. Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Ein kleiner Nachteil war der fehlende Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was besonders bei heißem Wetter praktisch gewesen wäre, da Getränke schnell warm wurden. (wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts in London großes Glück mit dem Wetter, es war eine Rekordhitze :D) Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

La stanza era a piano terra e la finestra dava all'interno del palazzo dove passavano addetti al lavoro e scarichi della struttura. Non abbiamo mai aperto la finestra a parte in alcuni momenti con tapparelle chiuse per evitare di accendere il condizionatore. La camera era piccolissima, con un piccolissimo appendino per le giacche, non abbiamo potuto disfare le valige per 4 giorni perchè non c'era spazio. Dalle foto e dal prezzo a notte della camera non ci aspettavamo tanta scomodità, diciamo che ci siamo adattati.

The room was small, which is fine as we were out and about most of the time. A couple more pillows and a larger duvet for size of bed would have been better.

We arrived for our scheduled 3 PM check-in, which we were fully aware of and happy to respect if needed. At reception, we politely asked if we could leave our luggage with the front desk until our room was ready, and the staff member agreed. When we mentioned we'd like to quickly use the restroom and started taking a few essentials out of our bags to leave them behind, we were unexpectedly made to unpack everything. To our surprise, it then turned out that our room was actually available all along. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated, poorly communicated, and handled with a noticeably rude and unhelpful attitude. We lost valuable time and felt treated with a lack of basic courtesy. Additionally, once in the room, we found it to be quite noisy, making it difficult to rest properly. The lack of an elevator also made moving our luggage up and down quite challenging, especially after a long journey. Most concerning of all, the room's carpet was visibly moldy and very dirty (as you can see in the attached photos). This is a serious hygiene issue that should be addressed immediately. A simple "your room is ready" or clear, polite communication from the start would have completely changed the experience. We hope management addresses these issues—both at reception and regarding room cleanliness and comfort—to improve the stay for future guests.

The rooms are a little on the small side if sharing between two, but for a few nights stay we couldn't fault it. Though be aware there are no lifts and stairs are quite narrow up to rooms on higher floors. Very clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and eager to assist with luggage or any issues or questions you may have. Perfect location to Victoria tube station with local amenities and restaurants/bars all within 5-10 minutes walk. Would definetely stay here again when back in London.

Struttura in zona centrale, in un bel quartiere e vicina alla stazione dei treni/metro/bus. Pulita, ogni giorno venivano fatte pulizie, riordino stanza e cambio asciugamani. Staff molto cordiale.

La stanza è davvero piccola, per raggiungerla ci sono delle scale molto strette e rumorose, abbastanza fastidiose. Non c’è l’ascensore.

Great location for the theatre and tube station, both in easy walking distance. Basic room but under no allusion from previous reviews and everything worked. Would consider visiting again, if go back to Victoria area.

Bathroom sliding door had a random habit of opening. Shower head was a tad small although the water pressure was still very good.

Todo limpio, las camas muy cómodas, las vistas centricas de Londres, hay un balcón grande y bonito, que no se puede salir (la puerta no se abre completamente), pero da el ambiente. El agua caliente y presión en la ducha estaban mas que suficientes. Una estancia para recordar. Un 10.

The hotel is really well located. Belgrave road is a gem, walking distance from Victoria, calm environment yet in the city center and really well connected to touristic points.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Good option for light travelers. I had a luggage which was heavy. However, I need to highlight the kindest receptionist offered to help me carry my luggage to the second floor. Completely exceptional service, in my view. Overall experience was good, there was everything I needed in the room, including a hair dryer, an iron and an iron table, coffee and coffee mugs, clean space, towels, etc. For the price I paid which was very affordable for London considering the excellent location, I totally recommend this hotel for light travelers.

Great location in Pimlico, short walk to Victoria Station and close to Buckingham Palace. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, helpful and prompt when we asked for more pillows and ice. Room was small but comfortable, clean and well decorated. Tea and coffee facilities and Elemis toiletries were a nice touch.

Room and bed were both quite small, but that’s the standard for central London hotels! 🤷🏻‍♀️
