Ando Living - Douradores House

Perfect central location; everything within short walking distance and only 25 min. by taxi to airport. Despite the central location, it is not noisy and light can be blocked out with the clever indoor shutters. The flat is modern, lots of storage space, well equipped kitchen (although we did not use it), small or rather tight bathroom, spacious shower, all very functional and clean. Access is easy via the codes transmitted before arrival and there is a lift in the building.

Please substitute the water (chlorinated tap water) in the esthetically pleasing Ando Living bottles with bottled water.

Bathroom would flood after a shower water leaking out the door. Having a main switch was unusual and it caused a problem when the lights didn’t work for us as not familiar in Ireland, Uk etc

Nada no me gustó.

A beautiful bright and clean 2 bedroom apartment Location is perfect 2 streets back from the hustle , lift worked well The beds were very comfortable And room service was a great option

Every thing was good

Very central location, close to most attractions. Easy to access with codes. Communication with property management was very prompt & helpful.

Shower floor overflowed as shower drain appeared blocked.

Overall apartment feel, comfort, amenities and excellent living conditions with safe surroundings.

Tutto perfetto. Check-in comodo e pratico.

Ando Team'in özel ilgisi, check-in ve out saatlerinde isteklerimizi kırmaması ve eve girdiğimizde bizimi için bırakılan hediyeleriye puanların fazlasını da hak ediyor. Teşekkürler Ando.

Lage ist super

Badezimmer ist klein

"A wonderful experience in the heart of Lisbon! The location is unbeatable, situated very close to the famous poet's statue, with all major attractions just a short walk away. The apartment is luxurious and well-designed; a huge plus is the elevator, which is rare and very convenient in Lisbon's historic buildings. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the layout of the bathrooms and the spacious living room is excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommended for those seeking luxury and a central location!"

Location is exceptional. Easy access to the most attractions. Beautiful decor, functional layout. Provided everything we need for the stay, eg. Laundry detergent. Bright and clean entrance and hallways.

Hot water is not enough for two person to take a shower back to back. Street was a little noisy at night.

La ubicación y decoracion

No funcionaba lavaplatos, pequeña fuga baño y ruido aire acondicionado

Perfect

Nothing it was perfect

Purtroppo niente bidet e bagno senza finestra

Great location! Nice place. Responsive host.

Facilities and location

Beds were a little uncomfortable as they sloped down on one side

Location and space in the apartment

View, there is no view 😞

There is no breakfast offered but a lot of places nearby which is walkable. Our check-in was unpleasant due to the room we have been assigned was not ready yet and not cleaned even around 7PM when we arrived. No cleaning team available etc. until I visited the housekeeping and complained.

The check-in process.

High quality apartment, well provisioned kitchen, comfortable bed and excellent location. Self check in works well. Staff are helpful if needed.

It is impossible to stop in a personal car and difficult to stop even in a taxi to conveniently unload luggage and check in. This is understandable given the location but an issue nonetheless.

Lage, Modern,

Nada

very good locacion!!

The cigarette smell, horrible, inside the apartament!!!

It was very inconvenient to not have luggage storage capabilities for travel to another part of Portugal until our return to Lisbon and also on the morning of travel before we needed to leave for the airport.

Beautiful, well equipped clean apartment in a very good central location. Everything was perfect. Despite such central location the apartment was very quiet - couldn’t hear any noise from the street or the neighbours. Welcome gift and complimentary proper Nespresso coffee were a nice touch. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment located in the centre of city. Close to transport, tourist attractions and resturaunts etc.

Would be better value if the cost was for booking the entire apartment rather costing it out per person (e.g. max person stay).

Clean, modern and great location

Beds and pillows need replacing. Bed sloped and pillows hard.

Excellent two bed apartment in an excellent location. Very close to the centre, well, in the centre basically, but also very quiet in the evening. The apartment has everything you need and more. Communication from the host is superb. I can't fault it. Perfect stay,

We loved the surprise left for us! We loved the location. It was very walkable to many activities. We liked the water left for us.

The grout in the bathroom floor could be cleaned soon.

Everything was just right, superb customer care and excellent location. Love the attention to detail with the little welcome pack and how good the team are (easy to get hold off, quick answers, flexibility).

Only a few minor remarks: - it would we nice to have a tea towel + hook in the kitchen for drying dishes and hands - the lowest fan setting on the aircon is still quite “windy” which is not super comfortable while sleeping - while the cleaning team does a great job and in general everything looks pristine, there are some stains on the carpets/cushions/sofa that could maybe do with a deep clean

O ralo do banheiro não dá vazão a agua!

Location was excellent! It is very modern with a lift and everything you need to stay a week.

Nothing !

The accommodation had two double beds and good living and kitchen facilities. Very modern, bright, clean accommodation. The location was superb.

All good

It's a BnB, made our own meals. When we walked into the apt. the family said " wow, this is beautiful!!!)

We had a problem with the door lock, but was fixed within the hour
