The door lock is not working. Locking me in

Owner minta RM200 deposit & refund after 7 days. Shower gel tak topup, 2 kali tekan dah habis 😆 periuk tak disediakan tp stove ada hehe

Easy check.in and check out.Strategic location.Beautiful lobby.Clean unit. Nice view

Early check.out at 11am

Clean and tidy

Have a hazardous part can cause injury.

Bon emplacement à 10 min à pied du centre historique. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propre et literie confortable.

Coin cuisine un peu sombre.

The home was excellent and will book the same place again if available

1. No extra toilet roll 2. Toilet roll was used and not new 3。water filter faulty 4. Need floor mat for every toilets 5. Water pressure not that good but manageable

I appreciate that our host, Mr Ceasar is profession and was prompt in replying to my texts. Instructions were clear.

While we were looking forward to use the pool, it was under maintenance, no fault of Nestcove of course.

I like the room with 1st room 1 queen size bed and 2nd room 2 queen size bed provided. It also have washer n dryer which is very good if detergent provided 😁

I dont like the pillow as it kind a bit on the hard side. Suggest to have the tv mount at the 2 queen size bed room rather than another room as it will be very enjoyable to watch there as 1 bed room tv distance and bed are quite far n no place to seat n watch. Qyite disspointerd with the gym operation as need to book advance as it was locked n i did not realised it so unable to do workout.

Air cond cold

Don’t have living room

Molto carino l'alloggio con tutti i confort e pulito. Asciugatrice e lavatrice disponibili.

Niente

Clean and comfortable unit with privacy. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Bilik yg selesa dan bersih. Kemudahan sedia ada yang lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik

I like the staff, the facilities and the cleanliness of the room. the bedroom is big that can stay for 6 people

When I check in, I realise there is a uncomfortable smell in the bathroom. When I check the smell is coming from the mop. So hopefully this thing will change.

Nice & comfortable

We lost a JBL Bluetooth earphone and your staff said cannot find it. We reported on the same day. It is not honest.

Modern and clean

No kitchen table only chairs. Property only good for two people.

I like to stay here. The apartment was very beautiful. All facilities completed

Clean n tidy

Nope

Kene tanya satu persatu baru mereka reply. Tidak memberikan direction dari waktu check in lagi.. dah la bagi location parking salah. saya minta untuk check out lewat 15min pon mereka tak bagi..

很清洁。屋内装饰很温馨。 设施齐全非常适合家庭式

厕所有怪味。

We liked the room and the swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and reasonable for its' price. And the swimming pool had the perfect temperature for the kids. It was a good experience for all of us and if we were to come back again, we would!

We liked everything, don't worry.

Clean

Hidden charges.. when booking the true value is not shown. Booked for 3 persons. only 2 towels. Very slow response of any queries.. Better don’t take the responsibility to manage the property.

Nulla

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The facilities were superb , clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving such a breeze. Location was excellent, close to key attractions and amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again..

Everything was absolutely superb..I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about.

The property is really close to Jonker Street but wouldn’t suggest to walk from the residence to Jonker Street. The place is really great. The pool was awesome. Very convenient, the property was clean and neat. It has that minimalist touch to it. The host was also great and understanding.

I would suggest if they could at least increase an hour of check out time. Currently the check in time is 3pm and check out time is at 11 am.

Location is good. Security is good.

There was no breakfast. Not allowed to stay out late. Had to wash the utensils ourselves(don't have to do this in hotel).

Clean, security and good location. Will be my first choice for next visit Melaka

the area very strategic

the bidet broken at late night

No breakfasts ,

One of the room, the two bed room is dirty and odour smells. I call the owner Mr Caesar, to change the bed sheets, he said, the cleaner had gone home. He can't do anything. If I am not happy can, cancel now. At the very last minute he, said words like that. very irresponsible guy. and rude. Don't want to pick up my calls. Only when we check out in the morning 9:30am . then only he reply thank you. I have the photo of the hair and the bed dirty bed sheet. I am going to post in Facebook.

It was easy to check in. Lock box was conveniently located at ground floor main entrance to the lifts.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a good stay

Near to tourist attraction

None

The facility is new, the unit is equipped with everything that we required like iron, washing machine, water filter, mini fridge etc. The view from the unit was great. The location is not really that far from attractions, reachable mostly by walking distance .

The refund of deposit takes too long, slightly over 7 days despite of our reminders to them. If this is their standard practice, it is not competitive as compared to other offerings. This put us off. Other places that we stayed will refund us immediately or within 24 hours.

New, clean and close to city

So far no

Convenient,easy access to tourist spots

Nice security, safe guard Great location

The pillowcase is stained

The location is ok. Walkable distance to Johnker street (ard 20mins) Property provide carpark.

When we first step in our unit (A-09-05), the unit is very smelly… then we found out the toilet bowl is not fully flush (with some shxt leftover)! I dont know why is this happen if the unit is clean by cleaner before we chk-in. Easily can see lots of dust accumulate on the ceiling lighting. Next thing… which we totally cannot accept! During night, when we came back from Johker street. We found there are lots of cockroaches all around the unit! Bathroom, Kitchen, Basin, First room, Second room, Washing machine area everywhere you can see little cockroaches crawing here and there!

Good location, near but not too near to Jonker, best to have a car. Overall the unit was clean and had all amenities, the same as the pictures. I appreciated the 2 bottles of free water given. Beds were comfy and aircon was super cold. I also enjoyed the infinity pool and the view was great 😄

The parking is super confusing. When we first arrived we encountered a rather rude guard who did not give us clear directions, and afterward we had to go on a maze climb up to our allocated spot. The parking is also kind of dark so it's difficult to see the box number that you're supposed to park in. Another thing, not sure if the apartment is supposed to have netflix but there is a netflix account signed in but you're unable to watch anything because it says it's a foreign account.

Everything! Great location just 10-15 mins walk from Jonker Staff v attentive and responsive on WhatsApp Building staff friendly Good price Good facilities - very handy to have washing machine on site Netflix

Nothing!

Host responsive, the unit clean and practical. Location was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Some of the window rails were broken and the fan in the room only stuck at low speed. Highlted to host with photos

2nd time stay here. All perfect

Nothing

Property was good. No complaints

Tedious to do fund transfers etc compared to others who doesn’t need to

Clean room

Rude staffs , bad services.

The prompt actions from Su Ee.

Nothing much. Everything is well and good
