Μου άρεσε πολύ το δωμάτιο. Είχαμε πάρει βέβαια γωνιακό μεγάλο. Επίσης εξαιρετική και ην πισίνα.

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου το φαγητό που έφαγα στο εστιατόριο. Επίσης στο πρωινό θα ήθελα καλύτερο καφέ. Χυμό πορτοκάλι και βούτυρο το οποίο δεν υπήρχε ποτέ όποτε πήγαινα για πρωινό. Επίσης πρώτη φορά είδα βούτυρο σε πιάτο χύμα και λιωμένο και όχι σφραγισμένο. Και το νερό με το σταγονόμετρο. Αυτά λόγω 5στερου. Σε άλλη περιοχή του Βιετναμ σε 4στερο ξενοδοχείο το φαγητό και πρωινο ήταν πολύ καλύτερο.

Een prachtige plek, een mooi groot zwembad, een geweldige tuin. Heerlijk ontbijt en mooie schone kamers. Ontzettend sfeervol! Echt een paradijsje. Wij komen terug.

What a great place to stay. Our greeting was wonderful - made us feel very welcome with local fruit teas and cold towels. We had lots to do in Hoi An but the hours we spent relaxing at the pool were also superb. The pool is a huge, green tiled infinity pool surrounded by beautiful flowers. Pool bar staff were also great here. The breakfast room was excellent (Senta Restaurant) - a huge range and in a lovely building. The food from their attached bistro - Flow was also excellent and good value for money.

Nothing = a great stay from start to finish. Ive already recommended this place to two other families.

Il personale è molto disponibile, le stanze sono pulite e ci sono un sacco di servizi (es lavanderia, piscina aperta tutto il giorno, bar in piscina, ristorante ecc). Posizione molto comoda con dentro raggiungibile a piedi o in bici (gratuite).

Mi era stato assicurato che ci fosse la colazione gluten free per una persona celiaca ma alla fine non c'era (ci hanno indicato cosa si poteva mangiare ma era tutto contaminato e disponibile per tuti. Diciamo non fatto apposta per noi)

The staff was incredible! Too many wonderful people to list. From drivers to restaurant workers, bartenders, front desk staff, and lifeguards. The other guests were also amazing. I made many friends at the pool.

I felt like my room was barely cleaned when it was cleaned. I would still find dirty spots, some obvious.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sen Village Resort Hoi An and were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service we received throughout our visit. The resort itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It is surrounded by lovely gardens and beautiful plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everywhere we looked, the grounds were cared for and inviting. The food was another highlight. Everything we tried was fresh, tasty and beautifully prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals throughout our stay. A very special thank you goes to the wonderful team who looked after us so well. Hung (Harry) and Thoung at the pool bar were fantastic. They were always friendly, attentive and professional, and their warm personalities made our time around the pool even more enjoyable. We would also like to give a special mention to the Assistant Manager and John, the Security Manager. They were both extremely friendly, accommodating and excellent at their jobs. They always made us feel welcome, valued and important, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. It was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff that really made our stay so memorable. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Sen Village Resort Hoi An is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, excellent food and exceptional service. We would highly recommend it and would absolutely love to return. A huge thank you to everyone at Sen Village for making our stay so special. ❤️

Instalaciones muy cuidadas y excepcionales. Te sientes muy agusto. Desayuno muy variado. Personal muy amable. A 5 minutos en taxi del centro (1e el trayecto) merece la pena por las instalaciones y la habitación, amplia y muy limpia. Masajes muy recomendables!! Hacen 2x1 y vale mucho la pena!!!

L'ambiente esotico e rilassante intorno alla piscina e nella zona colazione. Fare il bagno tra i fiori ed il verde ci ha rigenerato. Camere pulite, colazione abbondante tra orientale ed un po di occidentale ed il personale amorevole fino all'uscita dell'hotel per il ceckout. Mi mancherà molto.

Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and huge pool. You can definitely relax here. Perfect location for Ancient Town. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, bonus is a real coffee machine which makes fresh choice from beans instead of just your standard filtered coffee. Great cocktails too, highly recommend the Hamy Breeze. A little sanctuary hidden in a busy town. Good Spa too. I highly recommend getting a garden view room for a more peaceful experience, balconies are lovely but you don't want one facing the pool. Restaurant has great food.

Asked for body wash to be replaced 3 times over 2 days, gave up in the end and used the shampoo. This is a hotel for families probably because of the fabulous pool. So if you don't want a hotel full with kids don't stay here. It was not a problem for us but I can imagine it might bother adults only.

The best best best hotel with the kindest, most friendly staff!!!!! They picked us up from the airport and from that moment on we felt right at home! They went above and beyond any chance they could! Can’t recommend more! The whole place is a dream and it’s in the best location - a short walk into town! But on the street is everything you’d ever need! The best cafes, restaurants, laundry, convenience stores - you don’t have to leave the strip if you want!The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful! There’s a lifeguard at the pool, and the pool even has a sizzle station on the daily so you can eat by the pool! Their in house massage therapists are incredible too! Thank you team!

Les instal·lacions són brutals i el desdejuni el millor que he provat en la meua vida. El llit i l’habitació són comodíssims. Súper tranquil.

L’anglès de les noies de recepció costava una mica d’entendre i ens ha costat una mica la comunicació. No és un hotel súper cèntric, està a 10/15 min caminant del centre però això també implica menys soroll i més tranquil·litat.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. Area wasnt too busy but not far from busier areas. Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel grounds.

Location was great but if you want to stay in close to ancient town then this a 10 minute walk. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing as was the breakfast.

L’établissement est vraiment super. Nous avions loué une chambre sen blooming villa pour notre voyage de noce, le personnel nous a même offert une petit mot avec quelques fruits er du gâteau, une petite attention touchante. Les chambres sont bien insonorisés. Si vous avez l’occasion profitez de leur soirée du samedi soir c’était génial ! Vraiment un super séjour merci.

Pool super large and the staff were so kind always up for a chat. Highly recommend if you stay over a Saturday night do the local food buffet, we got there Saturday during the day and were unsure about doing it but decided we would, we absolutely loved it they have traditional games, fireworks, the most yummy traditional food and drinks we loved it so much.

Lots of kids there due to it being holidays in Vietnam so it could be pretty loud at times but nothing super bad ❤️

The staff and especially manager were extremely friendly and make us feel at home far more than expected. In general the hotel is beautiful and food is good

I was really impressed with this hotel. Aesthetically its beautiful. The grounds are immaculately well kept, and the hotel itself has modern features but also rich in character. There's a pond by the restaurant that is stunning to look at creating a really peaceful atmosphere. Its a 5-8 minute cab ride from the Old Quarter giving you easy access but also offers a piece of serenity away from the hustle and bustle. They have bikes too which can guests can borrow which I think is an amazing touch which I used and would recommend cycling through the rice fields close by for a coffee. The staff spoke English with great fluency and demonstrated exceptional customer service. I stayed in a suite and the room was massive with a very spacious bathroom. My room also had a balcony with amazing views of the grounds particularly at sunrise and sunset.

I travelled during May and the heat in Hoi An was stifling. I felt that the air conditioning could have cooled the room more. Nonetheless I highlighted this to reception and within minutes I was provided with a fan which made my stay much more comfortable. I would have prefered a separate shower and bath (or even just a shower) in my en suite bathroom. Instead the shower was above the bathtub. Nevertheless, in the grand scheme of things this was a minor dislike; the suite itself was exceptional.

Dos puntos a resaltar 1. En mi habitación había una filtración por debajo del vidrio que divide el baño de la habitación y cada vez que me bañaba se filtraba agua a la habitación y nunca obtuve solución a ese problema. 2. Deben revisar el tema del aire acondicionado ya que me quedé con 4 familiares en distintas habitaciones y el aire acondicionado es muy inadecuado para el tamaño de las habitaciones , toma casi 2-3 horas para que se ambiente y enfríe la habitación para dormir con comodidad ya que en Hoi an hace mucho calor.

Alles war in Ordnung. Der Weg in die Altstadt ist doch etwas lang aber machbar mit 20 Minuten. Der angebotene shuttleservice ist nicht flexibel und muss eine Stunde vorher angemeldet werden, was aber bei den Taxi Preisen nicht schlimm ist ;)

Location was great. Was only a 10 minute walk to old town but far enough out to make it more peaceful. Pool was great and staff were super helpful.

Great options for breakfast. Staff was absolutely friendly. Room was big and cozy.

Told breakfast was at 6am. It's actually 6:30. So if you are doing a tour that picks you up at 7am it doesn't give much time. Our room faced construction. So mornings were loud.

Luckily I checked the room first, which was a well decorated prison cell without windows! We didn't come all the way to Hoi An for that so we canceled.

Sehr nette grüne Anlage in der Nähe von Hoi An, Schöne Frühstücksterrasse, Zimmer zum Pool bzw. Garten sehr ruhig.

Die Zimmer fanden wir ziemlich klein mit sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, auf dem Balkon saß man auf „ dem Präsentierteller“.
