Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Excellent facilities. Complete with wifi, TV with YouTube and other apps, washing machine, good air conditioner and fully furnish. Safety wise also excellent. Gym & swimming pool quite simple but still best.
Maybe toilet only one. Expect master room have own toilet. But its OK, only three of us stay.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Had a pleasant stay here with nearby restaurants and a shopping mall to get your essentials and has all the amenities as mentioned and shown in the pictures! It’s a 15-20mins grab ride to the Kuching Waterfront and is quite close by to the airport as well

Reviewed Feb 27, 2025I have function at Plants for Plastic (just 2 minutes walk from the gate). Clean and cozy. Complete facilities (we have prob to turn on the TV though😬). Quiet and calm at night. Walking distance to Springs Mall/mosque but since I am with elderly parents, it is not that convenient. You can either call Grab or Maxim for ride around Kuching which is easily available.
Nearby to shop lots but kinda hard to find for early breakfast during weekends. During our stay, there was issue with the lift that could not detect residence pass card.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025The location was nearby to Spring Mall, and parking was provided. All amenities was provided as mentioned. All the rooms are air conditioned and cleaned.
We had a few hiccups when we wanted to enter the premise, the security guard is quite new so we had difficulty to get into the mail room. Otherwise the others were all good.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2024The location is very strategic. I can go to 2 Mamak restaurants nearby, which are open 24/7. For Muslim people, the mosque is just opposite of the main road. The security guard is very helpful & friendly. The interior decor is very comfortable. The size of the TV is quite big.
There are problems with accessing Netflix apps. Other channels are ok.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2024I had an excellent stay at this apartment. The space was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful and modern decor that made it feel very welcoming. The wifi was fast and reliable, perfect for work or streaming. The kitchen was fully equipped including a washing machine, which was a nice bonus. The water heater worked perfectly, providing consistent hot water. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
The only downside was that I couldn't use the swimming pool due to some issues, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, everything else was top-notch, and I would still recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2023The location is central, with shopping centres and places of interest within short drive away. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with pool and gym, which is great for work outs and family fun.
The apartment requires better upkeep and appears disorganised. For example, the bathroom lock doesn’t work, a broken washing machine and a broken table set and an old mattress left in the apartment (taking up space and messy) and the bathroom needs regular mould treatment. Overall cleanliness needs improvement, e.g. dishes were oily and floors were not cleaned thoroughly.
