おしゃれで清潔でした！館内も地下にキッチンがあったり、1階にはカフェがありたくさんの本が置いてあり、ルーフトップがあったり館内だけでも楽しめました。黒石駅周辺は治安が良く子連れの私達には安心でした。 ホテルまでの坂も苦には感じず、オーナーさんもフレンドリーでとにかく快適でした！

Great location and excellent little rooftop facility. The shared library and cafe were beautiful and felt like coming home each afternoon. The owner was friendly and very helpful in storing our bike boxes while we rode to Busan - would definitely stay here any time in Seoul.

The atmosphere was immaculately comfortable, the perfect space to unwind, relax and recenter oneself after a busy day out. Everything felt deliberately peaceful and comfortable. Home away from home.

Blackstone is a quiet building nestled in a tranquil, extremely safe middle-class area. The area is a 5-minute walk from the Han River and a lovely promenade extending through some of the best neighborhoods in Seoul. There is a bus stop nearby covering central locations and a mtr station on line 9 (it connects with the green, blue, and other main lines, quite practical), that is also close by. The space is lovely, quite modern and convenient, and the building, as mentioned, is considerably quiet. The first floor is devoted to a cafe with books from all over the world, which itself is already a luxury. It also provides coffee at a very reasonable price, and the ambiance is always cozy. There is a water and ice dispenser on the same floor as the library. In summer, this will be a total treasure. My room was located on the ground floor and had a lovely garden. The bed was soft, and the space had its own kitchenette (completely well-equipped with an electric stove and a microwave. Has all neccessary utensils to cook, have coffee/tea, etc.) I recommend this particular room for the level of intimacy and comfort. The restroom had a good size and a shower with good water pressure. Water quality was also good. The space provides free bike rental. I did not use it due to a knee injury, but I highly recommend it. Specially for the promenade. The building has appliances such as washing and drying machines at reasonable prices (this is great for long-term travelling) I would not rate the place as a hotel because it feels more like a home away from home. I never met the staff or the owner, but I did see the owners sometimes visit the space, and they have an Instagram where they update the space's continuity...It could have been great to meet them in person. However, we did communicate through message; they were ALWAYS responsive and supportive. They provided good resolutions to inquiries. Highly recommended for solo female travelers.

On long-term stays, cleaning is scheduled once per week. The cleaning itself was ok but definitely could have been better. The trash collection was a bit slower. Besides this, there is truly nothing to complain about.

Large space, quiet, had everything we needed for a long stay. It's a bit hilly to walk to station but if you e bike, it's amazing. Also close to hangang river where you can e bike to other suburbs if you don't want to use the subway.

There is nothing much around at walkable distance. The washing machine was always taken so we had no chance of using it the 4 days we stayed.

I liked the atmosphere, location and room.

Amazing and magical place. Every time that we came back to the hotel we were so welcomed by the integrated library on the first floor.

Ręczniki pachniały stęchlizną, dla osób o słabszej kondycji lub ograniczeniach podejście pod taką stromą górkę na której znajduje się hotel może być wyzwaniem, dzielnica jest dość daleko od głównych atrakcji miasta ale nam to zupełnie nie przeszkadzało

The building is very charming and the hosts are very welcoming. It is a quiet place with beautiful views of Seoul from every direction. We are biking across Korea and this charming place was not too far off our route. The hosts graciously allowed us to store our bikes in the garden area.

Calm and private, well connected, amazing host, have the best KFC down the road.

Nope everything is perfect

The owner was extremely friendly, great to talk with and even helped us call a taxi for our ride to the airport. The cafe/library on the first floor is absolutely adorable. The owner collects books from around the world, bring him a copy of your favorite book and you get a free souvenir!

The location was not in the main city, but it was good for us as we prefer to be where locals are. It was close to the bus the bus which was good. Some great street food and many restaurants as there is a university near by.

The sheets on the bed were very scratchy and uncomfortable. Weird.

It’s a very nice and charming place. We loved to stay there. Staff is very friendly.

It’s my favourite place I’ve ever stayed. Such a peaceful haven in Seoul. Very easy to get to the centre and all the touristy areas and also nice places nearby too. The owner is really kind and helpful. The cafe downstairs was wonderful and drinking coffee on the terrace was one of the highlights from our whole trip, it’s a wonderful view. Room was lovely and bed comfy. I want to come back as soon as I can!

We loved everything! Just a small note - although it wasn’t an issue for us, the hotel is up a big hill from the nearest metro station so worth knowing in case of mobility issues.

2度目の滞在なのでロケーション等についてはわかっていました。オーナーさんはとてもフレンドリーで、お部屋の中はもちろん、タオルなども清潔感があって本当に気落ち良く過ごせます。ソウル市内の移動は地下鉄よりもバス停が近いです。バス停までの陸橋を渡るとき上から漢江を見るととっても気持ちがよいです。そして夜はとっても綺麗です。

I loved living like a local in Seoul! The neighborhood was quiet, tucked into a residential neighborhood while still being accessible to all Seoul had to offer. The property had everything we needed, from laundry to communal kitchen, to gym. Everything was thoughtfully laid out with care.

The bed was a little too soft for my preference, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Hodně nám vyhovovala lokalita, protože se ubytování nachází v blízkosti univerzity. Jsou zde levnější podniky, které jsme využívali na snídani nebo večeři. Pred tímto ubytováním jsme bydleli v gangnamu a tohle umístění nám připadalo lepší - cca půl hodiny do všech míst, kam jsme se v Seoulu chtěli podívat. Kousek od ubytování je taky zastávka přímo na letiště.

Ubytování bylo jako celek čisté, jen u záchodu to působilo špinavě. Tragicka Wi-fi. Nicméně v poměru cena/výkon je tohle ubytování asi nejlepší, co jsme v Koreji měli.

위치는 중앙대 근처라 걸어가기 괜찮았습니다. 오르막길이 좀 많습니다. 1층 카페가 예뻐요. 전반적으로 아늑한 곳이라서 잘 이용하다 갑니다.

I loved this place - the location was great, lots of transportation nearby and in a very quiet area. It's next to a university, so there are many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The room (queen room with the piano) was clean and had everything I could ask for as a solo traveler. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower and toilet were new and clean, and amenities were provided. The kitchen was amazing. I loved playing the piano and having coffee at the balcony🩷 The owner was very responsive and nice! The place is unmanned, so you can just buy coffee on your own from the coffee shop and of course- the self check in (I loved that). This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it:)

The only thing was the bad smell coming from the ground floor (where my queen room was located). It sometimes "entered" the room, but with proper ventilation- it disappeared. Maybe it can be fixed and it was only temporary... still, I would come back to this place:)

The apartment and service exceeded expectations.

We liked absolutely everything. As a suggestion, I would like to have a wardrobe in the room to store clothes and suitcases, especially for longer stays.

The rooms and facilities were spacious and really comfortable. The self-serving book cafe downstairs was an extra special treat which I tried to make the absolute most of! The owner was also really lovely, replied quickly to messages, and was really accommodating.

Nothing about the accommodation itself which was amazing - just a warning to others that it sits atop a fairly steep hill, especially if you have mobility issues.

One of the coolest properties I’ve stayed out. The cafe area is really cozy. The room was much bigger than I expected. Didn’t use the local area too much as it caters for the university students but taxi into town not too bad. Really attentive owner who responds quickly.

I chose this property because I love books. My favorite part is the first floor, which serves as a library. Sitting there feels peaceful, enhanced by the soothing music chosen by the host.

This place was great to stay. It was very comfortable, and it was very cozy. In the ground floor there was book cafe and there was sharing kitchen too. You have to pay beverage in the book cafe. But the price is still reasonable.

Очень милое место в аутентичном районе. Удобный сэлф-чекин в любое время, в номере чисто, есть все необходимое, очень приветливый хост, удобная курилка в окружении растений. Из аэропорта едет автобус 6016. Общественный транспорт в городе так и не был освоен в виду своих особенностей, но на помощь всегда приходил uber. Следует учитывать, что отель расположен на возвышенности, что может быть проблематично при путешествии с тяжелыми чемоданами (а они таковыми точно станут). Если привезете книгу на родном языке, то вас ждет небольшой презент. Мой разместился на холодильнике ;)

Schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Außerdem gibt’s eine Gemeinschaftsküche im Keller.

Etwas ab vom Schuss, aber mit den Öffentlichen gut erreichbar (circa 15min zu Fuß zum Bus/Metro).

Really great guesthouse in a residential neighbourhood. The room I stayed in was perfect for 1 person or a couple. Owner was very kind and nice to be welcomed in via the self service cafe. I personally enjoyed the local vibes in the neighbourhood as I wanted to experience a different part of Seoul - but if you have mobility challenges moving about from here might be a little challenge as it is located on a hill. Wonderful stay, thank you!
