Нам всё очень понравилось! В отеле очень чисто и уютно, персонал вежливый, дружелюбный и всегда хорошо относился к нам. Отдельно хочется отметить ресепшен — сотрудники очень приятные и внимательные. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, особенно понравились завтраки. Номера большие, просторные и комфортные, диваны мягкие и удобные. В комнате есть всё необходимое — кофе, чай и другие приятные мелочи. В целом остались очень довольны проживанием и с удовольствием вернулись бы снова)) Отдельное огромное спасибо Гуль — очень вежливой, доброй и внимательной сотруднице. Благодаря таким людям в отеле чувствуешь себя особенно комфортно и уютно. ❤️

We liked the location. Very close to shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and stuff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and quiet. We had a great stay and we highly recommend it..

Foarte bună ca și amplasare, aproape de zonele de interes și metrou. Am nimerit o cameră cu terasă și a fost ok.

Personalul de la micul dejun nu prea vorbește engleză și este greu să te înțelegi. Unele lucruri din cameră nu funcționează.

Отель помпезный но уже не свежий.Цена средняя район отличный особенно тем кто хочет посмотреть Стамбул и уезжает в аэропорт ,стоянка автобусов в Новый аэропорт в двух остановках выход на 3ей.Или пешком 15 минут.Завтрак очень хороший есть все.Выбор хороший.

- ضيق غرفه . - أثاثه كلسيك وساهم بزيادة بضيق الغرفه. - الفندق تحس أنك مكتوم فيه قد يكون كذلك بسب نوعية أثاثه .

Great location and great price considering how close we were to everything and it included a great breakfast. The staff were amazing and let us check in way early - much appreciated after a flight from Australia.

Locatie foarte buna si sigura. Mic dejun diversificat. Nu am avut obiectiuni. Cafea si ceai minunate.

Ceea ce nu se mentioneaza de proprietari este faptul ca in acele camere amplasate pe spate este imposibil de locuit. Zi /noapte e un zgomot infernal. Nu te poti odihni. Poate exista persoane care nu sunt deranjate de acest aspect, dar foarte lipsit de respect din partea hotelilui sa nu atentioneze asupra acestui lucru.

Locație centrală, aproape de obiectivele turistice din zona. Foarte curat, personal foarte amabil. Totul impecabil, nimic de reproșat.

Poziție bună vis a vis de Grand Bazar,camere mari,curățenie impecabilă.Mic dejun excelent,cafea turcească la cerere,salonul de mic dejun frumos amenajat.În fiecare zi alte produse la alegere(omletă,ouă,cartofi prăjiți,nugets,mini piza,diverse mezze,brânzeturi,legume,fructe,prăjituri etc).Cu siguranță vom reveni.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is definitely one I'll remember. The room itself was brilliant. Really clean, great lighting, the air conditioning was amazing (an absolute lifesaver in the Istanbul summer), and the shower had some of the best water pressure I've had in a hotel. Breakfast was lovely every morning too. The location is about as good as it gets. You're literally a few metres from Beyazıt Mosque and the Beyazıt tram stop, so getting anywhere in Istanbul is incredibly easy. There are loads of places to eat nearby and a Migros just around the corner if you need anything. What really made this place special though was the staff. By the end of the trip they honestly felt like friends. Everyone says hello, remembers you, has time for a chat, and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. I especially want to mention Tuanna. I'm a team leader myself, yet she is genuinely amazing in her role as general manager. She expects high standards, but she earns the right to expect them. She's constantly helping the team, talking to guests, solving problems and making sure everything runs properly. You don't see her standing back telling people what to do. She's right there alongside them. It says a lot about the culture she's created. You can tell she's always looking for ways to make a great hotel even better, and that attitude spreads throughout the whole team because everyone goes that extra step without you even asking. Tuanna will even make sure to go to every customer to make sure their experience is a good one! Hotels can have nice rooms and great locations, but it's the people you remember years later. That's what this hotel has. Thank you, Tuanna, and thank you to the whole team. You made me feel genuinely welcome from the day I arrived until the day I left, and I'll definitely be back.

Nothing worth mentioning. If the worst part of your stay is having to leave, I think that's a good sign, and my only negative is having to leave at all. :)

Am revenit la acest hotel pentru a doua oară, dar de data aceasta si cu copiii. Ne-a plăcut că este foarte aproape de stația de tramvai dar si de magazine, restaurante. Camera a fost foarte curată, prosoapele schimbate zilnic. Personalul hotelului este prietenos si amabil. Micul dejun diversificat si proaspăt. Doamna din restaurant a fost foarte amabila cu noi, ne-a incalzit laptele copiilor ori de cate ori am avut nevoie Ii mulțumim frumos! 🙏

Nu au fost aspecte care sa nu ne placă. Vom mai reveni cu drag!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was always friendly and professional. What impressed us the most was the exceptional kindness and support we received after our departure. We accidentally left our passports at the hotel, and the staff immediately contacted us, kept the documents safe, sent us photos for confirmation, and helped us find a solution to get them back. A special thank you to the manager Gulay and the team for their patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Their assistance went far beyond what we expected and gave us great peace of mind during a stressful situation. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again when visiting Istanbul. Thank you for everything!

Das Hotel war ruhig,die Betten bequem und die Lage super zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balcon gebucht,bekamen aber eins mit Blick auf eine Wand vor dem Fenster.Als wir uns beschwert haben,bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick zur Strasse.Das Hotelpersonal war sehr reserviert und nicht gerade freundlich.Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht berauschend.

Zajtrk je bil zelo okusen in dovolj izbire,predvsem pa mi je bil všeč ambient,ter pripravljenost osebja,za kakšne dodatne razlage,glede na to,da nisem preveč vešč v tujem jeziku.

Nič nebi spreminjal.Všeč mi je lokacija,saj prevoza nisva uporabljala,ker je vse na dosegu sprehoda.

Tolle Lage, speziell wenn es um Einkaufen geht, sehr nahe dem großer Basar. Den Gewürzbasar kann man im Anschluss auf dem Weg zu den Fähren besuchen. Trotz der zentralen Lage recht ruhig.

Die Betten waren uns zu hart.

Excellent Hotel. Very pleasant service both at the reception and from the room service. There were also very nice people at the breakfast table. Ideal location, tram stop 200 m away, it is not a problem for walkers to get to Sultanahmet and the beautiful parks. I especially recommend taking a room with a garden view, this ensures access to the terrace. The restaurant where breakfast was served has a beautiful atmosphere and is clean. The only downside is that it is really very expensive. The hotel could make nice discount to customers, I believe that then they would spend a lot more time there. The breakfast has a small selection but no one will go hungry.

Breakfast could have more variety or at least fresh fruit and greens.

The location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions. The hotel did not have private parking but the staff kindly assisted us in finding a nearby parking place. A special thank you to Ms. Tuana, the manager, whose exemplary behavior and kindness made our stay even more special. From the very first day, she helped us a lot with our children and made us feel truly welcome. The entire staff was amazing — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the most touching moments was when they found out it was our daughter’s birthday and surprised her with a birthday cake. We highly recommend Hotel Balin to anyone visiting Istanbul and we would gladly stay there again.

The only negative point was that the hotel did not have private parking.

Micul dejun bun si difersificat.Locatie centrala,aproape de obiectivele turistice. Camera sptioasa si dotata cu strictul necesar pentru un sejur. Personalul foarte serviabil condus de o Domnisoara Meneger de nota 10. Merita sa incerci si nu vei regreta.

Cu auto se ajunge f.greu-sunt multe strazi cu restrictii si parcarea este la distanta fata de locatie si costa 15Euro pe zi.-dar masina este in siguranta.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Istanbul. We booked 3 rooms and one of them was with the terrace. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts - they always added some Turkish salads. The location was perfect for exploring the city with the tram stop 2 mins away. The Grand Bazar is around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A lovely experience overall — highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The restaurant in the hotel seems overpriced.

The breakfast was excellent, A wide choice, including Turkish specialities and varying each day. Very handy location within walking distance of The Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Galata Tower (40mins) and, if you wanted to go further afield, the tram line. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

The attached restaurant was expensive compared to similar nearby places.

Proprietatea este amplasată într-o locație excelentă, foarte aproape de bazar — practic trebuie doar să traversezi strada, ceea ce face totul extrem de comod pentru plimbări, cumpărături și explorarea zonei. Hotelul ne-a impresionat încă de la sosire prin curățenie și atmosfera plăcută. Camera a fost spațioasă, confortabilă și bine întreținută, oferind tot ce aveam nevoie pentru un sejur relaxant. Un mare plus îl reprezintă personalul, care a fost extrem de amabil, atent și mereu dispus să ajute cu orice informație sau solicitare. Ne-am simțit foarte bine primiți pe toată durata șederii. Per total, experiența a fost excelentă din toate punctele de vedere și cu siguranță recomand acest hotel oricui își dorește confort, locație bună și servicii de calitate. Cu mare drag ne vom întoarce aici și în viitor!

Instalaciones un poco antiguas. La cama, un poco blanda, limpieza aceptable. Desayuno aceptable.

Proprietatea aproape de statia de tramvai, se face curatenie zilnic, camera dispune de fierbator si ti se ofera ceai, apa si cafea instant din partea casei. Personalul foarte amabil. Micul dejun bogat, diversificat si persoanele cu intolerante aveau la dispozitie preparate specifice.

Totul a fost ok. Nimic de reprosat.

Locația hotelului este perfectă, personalul foarte drăguți și amabili, micul dejun foarte bun, diversificat, curățenie în camere în fiecare zi, prosoape schimbate zilnic. În concluzie o alegere perfectă pe care o recomand și unde cu siguranță vom reveni.

Migliorerei il servizio dei ragazzi che sembravano svogliati. Un complimenti invece alla responsabile della reception e alla ragazza delle colazioni.

Perfect location for daily activities and outings. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room had a distinct smell. The sink did not drain very well however, was manageable and didn’t report it to the staff. AC didn’t work.
