Restoran yoktu. Kahvaltı için dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca kaldığım odaya dışarıdaki havalandırma ünitesinin aşırı yüksek çalışma sesi giriyordu. Çok yorgun olmasaydım o gürültüde uyuyamazdım.

The staff were excellent, very warm and welcoming and very helpful in trying to assist me.

I had booked a superior room as i was staying for the week, but when i arrived the room I had was very dark and also looked directly in to rooms opposite that were extremely close so could not have the blind open so made it even darker. I asked to move rooms, but there were none available for that day so would have to move the next day, so i could not unpack. I got a call the next day after i had left the other room at 10am to say the other superior room available was also dark, so i asked for a different room, I ended up downgrading rooms to be on a higher level which was brighter and no one seeing in the room. Only issue outside of the room was a generator on the wall, which made a noise all night. I would also like to point out that the areas in the hallways were in a poor condition, and as i booked this because of it saying it was updated.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Manhattan y tiene acceso al subway. La habitacion es pequeña pero suficiente, los baños siempre limpios y el servicio de limpieza nos encantó porque cuando llegabamos de caminar por horas lo unico que queriamos era descansar y el cuarto estaba ordenado y limpio. Todos los trabajadores son amables, el hotel es lindo y bien cuidado. Excelente calidad/ubicación/precio. De verdad que nos encantó.

A localização é perfeita! O hotel fica a 7 minutos andando do time square e broadway e dos princiáis pontos turísticos da cidade então vc consegue fazer tudo andando e até se fazer compras tu consegue deixar as coisas no hotel e sair de novo, a nivel de practicidade é perfeito, então se você escolhe ver alguma peça/show a noite é super tranquilo para voltar. Ainda estando perto do time square a rua é super tranquila então você não vai ser incomodado por musica or muito barulho. O hotel está do lado de outro prédio que tem um sistema de ar condicionado forte então vc pode se incomodar com um pouco do barulho, mas assim não atrapalha para nada para dormir honestamente. O quarto que eu escolhi é um dos renovados então estava tudo novo e bem limpo e com camas bem confortáveis. Todos os dias a limpeza foi realizada sem nenhum problema. O quarto tinha um pequeno frigobar, maquina de café, armários novos, espelho de corpo inteiro, secados de cabelo e todos os productos necessários para tomar banho (super cheirosos e de qualidade). Todo andar tem uma maquina de refil para água o que ajuda muito se vc vai bater perna o dia inteiro então tu não precisa comprar uma garrafa nova todo dia. O time é super simpático, o elevador funciona perfeitamente. Eu consegui deixar minhas malas ate a hora do check-in e o check-out foi super prático também. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação.

• They take a $100 deposit, despite having no mini bar or room service, so not sure why. I had to make several calls and emails to the hotel to get my deposit refunded after more than a week - they claim it's the bank but generally I get refunds in less than a day. I am therefore not convinced this is accidental and I urge you to check that you do in fact get your deposit back. I see in other reviews I am not the first person struggling to get the deposit back. • The aircon sits in the window and is huge and old - even on the lowest setting the noise level is very high - it was impossible to get a good night's rest. • There is no in-room safe and the safe deposit boxes at reception can only take a passport etc.

El hotel está muy bonito, remodelado recientemente, el personal muy atento, tienes café e infusiones gratis todo el día junto a la recepción, muy bien ubicado.

Pensé que la habitación sería un poco más grande, tenía todo pero bien justos los espacios.

Les chambres pas faites tous les jours (des oublis) J’ai réservé une chambre avec étage supérieur (avec un surcoût). Au final mes fenêtres donnaient sur un puit de jour étroit. Je ne pouvais même pas voir le ciel. J’aurais réservé au RDC j’aurais eu la même vue. Chambre assez austère qui mérite un coup de neuf : vieux tapis et rideaux sales. Les deux ascenseurs sont insuffisants par rapport au nombre de chambres : très souvent de l’attente

I felt very safe during my stay since you can only access the upstairs area with a key. The bathroom lighting was great for getting ready, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect! Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear a lot of noise from outside.

Great location and very nice staff. Doesn’t feel like a huge hotel with hundreds of rooms, feels more like an in between with I like better.

The quality of the mattress was really poor in the room. It felt very old and bad quality overall.

Room was facing a back street and there are blackout curtains, so it was very quiet (HOWEVER the elevator was close by and you could hear it beeping from 5am onwards). The bed was VERY comfortable. Staff and housekeeping are great, location is great.

I paid 50% more for the superior room (and in fact chose this hotel!) because it's the only one offered with a kitchenette, as my logic was that we could save money by preparing at least breakfast in the room. However, there is no actual kitchenette - it is just a fridge and a sink. You can ask them to bring you a microwave and a water kettle. There are no plates or spoons or anything. This is NOT what I consider a kitchenette. If I had known this, I would not have booked the room (or would have booked one of the cheaper ones, or in another hotel with breakfast included). Also did not appreciate the beeping of the elevator in the morning.

I paid for two nights but flight was delayed so arrived the second day. On arrival my room wasn’t ready despite my having paid for the previous night as they gave it away after I hadn’t checked in the previous night. Given this I feel I should have had a refund for that night as couldn’t check in until time of a one night book in

Loved the location. The room, lifts and lobby were all clean. There was a nice sitting area to stop for complimentary tea and coffee. Iced water was also supplied. There was a dining room where you could take food purchased from elsewhere,and eat.

The room and shower were a little tight. No where to hang clothes so we lived out of our suitcase.

החדרים עברו שיפוץ אך המלון מיושן, המסדרונות קטנים, המקלחת קטנה וצפופה. זרם המים היה חלש. ולגבי המיקום, הוא מרכזי צמוד לשדרה החמישית, עם כל מה שזה אומר, אני אוהבת מיקומים נקיים ושקטים יותר.

Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, modernes Bady guter Zimmerservice, den ganzen Tag in der Lounge mit guter Sitzgelegenheit eine Kaffeemaschine,wo man sich Cappuccino und ähnliches zubereiten konnte und Wasser zur Verfügung. What a great place to stay in NYC for a couple of days. Our room was newly renovated in a very nice, simplistic style. It was on a smaller side but it's to be expected in NYC. I loved the location, the free coffee and tea downstairs were a nice bonus. I loved the signature cosmetics they have in the room. Our bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The staff was super nice!

On one of the evenings it rained a bit and I wanted to borrow an umbrella for 15 mins to run to the store and they said they don't do that which I thought was weird since it's usually a standard thing for hotels to do. Not a big issue but just make sure you have your own umbrella:)

The window in the room was behind a bump out area so it was almost a windowless room. but the room was large and clean and I didn't spend a lot of time in it. NYC taxes are outragous and I'll rethink that next time.

The hotel’s greatest asset is definitely its friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. Upon arrival, the staff kindly advised me that, as a foreign visitor with a sensitive stomach, I might prefer not to drink the tap water. I was extremely grateful for this advice. Although official information states that New York City’s tap water is of good quality, I had not considered that older buildings may still have very old pipes. I am not sure whether I would describe the location as particularly good. I think there are nicer streets to stay on in New York City, but this location is perfectly acceptable and very convenient. The hotel is close to Grand Central Terminal and Fifth Avenue, which makes it easy to get around and explore the city. Another useful feature is the luggage storage, which costs only $4 per piece per day. This is especially convenient if you need somewhere to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The hotel was clean overall, although not exceptionally so, as there was some dust around the window sills. My room wasn’t as bright and new as on these pictures on Booking, so I guess they might be enhanced a but. I am not sure whether I would describe the location as particularly good for people who travel alone. The area as not dangerous for sure. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a nice store directly across the street where you can buy breakfast, water, and other essentials.

Nicely renovated room, quality bedding. Comfortable pillows and mattress. I loved the staff and the room. Very clean also. Free water is a great amenity.

The AC unit is blowing the cold air directly towards the bed. Sleeping was impossible with and without it running. Feet were cold and stiff neck because you are exposed to that draft all night. Very unfortunate as I would definitely stay again, but only if it’s not AC season.

Posizione molto centrale, tra la 5 e la 6 strada, ottimo per girare tutta midtown, a 5 minuti da bryant park. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, bagno un po piccolino ma doccia grande. Macchinetta del caffè in camera e nella hall.

Avrei preferivo avere una camera con una leggera vista, invece dava sul cortile interno.

The room was clean, everything exactly matched the description, and the hotel was in a great location.

The room overlooked an unattractive courtyard with ventilation equipment, which produced a constant humming noise. It was only possible to sleep with earplugs.

Nel complesso positivo. La posizione è ottima ma la suite non è una suite. Stanza piccola con bagno nella camera e secondo letto in salone. Non si chiama suite.

L’emplacement était top, à 5min du métro 47th. Un très bon restaurant Thaï dans la rue derrière Mitr Thaï. Personnel au top surtout celui qui fait les nuits très gentil. Nous sommes venus en couple et la taille de la chambre standard était parfaite, de la place pour mettre les valises …

J’ai l’impression que la femme de ménage ne passe pas l’aspirateur dans la chambre tous les jours donc au bout de 10j de la saleté saccule c’est dommage. Mais cela n’enlève en rien que c’est un très bon hôtel.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben dem Times Square. Man braucht wirklich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Times Square.

Unser Zimmer wurde zwar „upgegradet“, weil wir beim Check-in 45 Minuten warten mussten, obwohl wir pünktlich da waren und keine Schlange vor uns war. Das Zimmer war einfach noch nicht rechtzeitig fertig. Trotz des Upgrades war unser Zimmer extrem klein. Einen kleinen Kühlschrank hatten wir ebenfalls nicht. Was mich aber am allermeisten stört, ist, dass das Hotel zusätzlich eine Kaution auf der Kreditkarte blockiert und diese erst nach 15 Geschäftstagen wieder freigibt. Was ist das bitte für ein Quatsch? Ich habe eine Woche nach meinem Aufenthalt in New York dasselbe Hotel in Chicago besucht. Dort wurden mir nach dem Check-out die 200 Dollar Kaution innerhalb von nur zwei Tagen wieder freigegeben.
