Bright & Cozy Appartment in Brussels

Very clean, comfortable beds, close to tram line and bus stop ( 25 mins to central station), nice park nearby. Good facilities, coffee machine , kettle, microwave . Host communicated directions well.

The apartment was very suitable for our needs, and there was nothing negative

The size and equipment were great – there were enough dishes, a drying rack, a microwave, a standard-sized dishwasher. All equipment was in good condition, and the kitchen table worked perfectly for 4 people. Two stand-alone bedrooms were a great feature for kids (usually they have to sleep on a sofa bed, but not here). Rooms are situated in a way that the draught can cool the apartment during nighttime*. The apartment is located near a tram and bus station, and there is a nice park literally across the road**. It was easy to check in and out (keys in a safe box). A sidenote: If one arrives with a car, it is a bit complicated (I would suggest a parking app like ParkBee rather than parking on the street).

There were not enough knives (the ones present were dull, and there was no whetstone), and a chopping board was missing completely. We also lacked shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom (there were two small unmarked flagons with similarly looking content). *: Windows are too close to the street, so we were reluctant to leave them open at night. **: The neighborhood was somewhat shabby (there were rats in the park, we met a beggar or two, there were waste bags on the streets, and some houses were (at least seemingly) not well-maintained.

We were thrilled with the amenities including the dishwasher, the oscillating fans, blow dryer in bathroom, shower, coffee pot. This place had everything we needed. I was also happy to see that the space featured new finishes (was it recently remodeled?) and it was super clean. All in all, we rejoiced about this place!

The towels were rather stiff

Apartamento bonito y limpio...muy agradecidos nos dejaron café, agua . La cocina tiene muchos utensilios. Parada de autobús y tranvía prácticamente nada más salir.

En la ducha solo salía un hilo de agua para el agua caliente..pero los propietarios pusieron disposición para su arreglo. Pillamos ola de calor y hacia mucha calor en apartamento pero fue grato disponer de 2 ventiladores.

Das Appartement war ansprechend eingerichtet.

Es scheint ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel zu geben. Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung riecht man, dass ein Problem vorliegt, die Ecken der Wände sind sichtbar befallen und die Decken sind großflächig abgeklebt. In meinem Schlafzimmer blätterte zudem Farbe von den Wänden.

Es war alles perfekt. Nichts hat gefehlt, sogar mehr als erwartet vorhanden. Selbst Wasser und Kaffee/Tee waren vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Es gab für uns persönlich überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

O apartamento é muito bom!

Fica afastado do centro. Mas, tem um ponto de ônibus na porta com linha que liga diretamente ao centro, não é preciso trocar de ônibus.

A really bright and cosy apartment Very close to the city's center and easy to park for free if you have a car. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four, full equipped and in general perfect for our stay.

Well-equipped, nicely furnished apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinner. The living room was very cozy and comfortable for dinner, evening conversations, and watching TV. Bus stop in front of the house.

We really didn't like that even though we asked, the owner didn't turn on the heating for our arrival, saying that it wasn't cold (15°C) outside. For us, that's cold. There was a strange smell in the apartment, probably due to the mold in the corner. The bed in one of the bedrooms creaked so much that we slept poorly at night.

I like the fact that the flat was clean, and on the ground floor not really far from where I wanted to be. The bed was comfortable, but could not mind a thicker duvet as I do not sleep with the radiator on .

I did like the fact that the shower did not have a curtain. The bath mat was getting wet and could not put it to dry because the dryer in the bathroom was not working. And also the washing machine was smelly I guess because it was left closed after being used.. and also it was hard to find a parking.

Got very detailed step by step explanations with pictures - super easy to find. The apartment is surprisingly well furnished, nicely renovated and super clean.

The building itself feels a bit old. The apartment is on the first floor, very near to the street - as soon as it got dark I felt a bit uncomfortable with the light in, I had to close all curtains.

Hard to locate, looked like it was a derelict building from outside. Other residents very noisy, foyer echoes, lots of late night comings and goings. Could provide info on supermarket locations

Piękne, przytulne mieszkanie. Wszystko było do dyspozycji. Mamy nadzieję, że nie raz jeszcze będzie nam dane zameldować się w tym cudownym miejscu.

Apartamento moderno. Zona tranquila. Lejos del centro pero con la para del bus 65 delante del apartamedto vas directo al centro, unos 15 min.

El colchon de la cama de matrimonio era muy blando. Necesita un canvio. Y la presion de la ducha.

Appartamento nuovo e ordinato, provvisto di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, nessuna difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento.

La posizione non è molto comoda, c'è un bus per arrivare in centro ma alcuni servizi (supermercati, farmacie, etc.) distano 15/20 minuti a piedi.

The second bed (small one) is not so comfortable.

Everything you need was available including coffee, spices, kitchen supplies. Host is very kind and helpful. Comfortable and clean apartment.

I couldn’t find a market nearby that was open but that might have just been my horrible sense of direction. The location meant we traveled to go site seeing but very convenient to public transportation.

Only one small pillow per person in the bedroom. The living area seating wasn't suitable to relax on an evening, one two seater sofa and one single armchair didn't allow the 4 of us to sit together

The apartment is located great, super close to public transport. Kitchen is well equipped and it is nicely renovated.

The windows of the bedrooms face to the back and there is a little pathway, which makes them accessible. Therefore I was afraid to open the window at night. Our biggest issue, with two small kids, was that smoking seems to be allowed in the apartment (which is not apparent from booking descriptions). The whole place smelled like someone smoked indoors and someone else tried to cover it with heavy scents. Had we known this, we would have looked for a different place...

This is literally a home away from home. The apartment was very big, clean and comfortable for a family of 4.

The appartment was clean and comfortable and quite stylish. It was very well equipped which made our stay more enjoyable. The staff were responsive and access was easy. Transport via bus and tram right outside.

The main bedroom has a lot of light coming in so could really do with some heavier curtains. The main bed is quite soft and the second bed in 2nd bedroom is a trundle so better for smaller humans.

Lots of thought has gone into designing each element, and a lot of hard work has gone in to execute the design in terms of build and interior decoration. Very nicely done up apartment.

There was a small piece of glass on the floor. My daughter got hurt and was bleeding due to that piece of glass. Of course, this is an unintentional and human error by the cleaner. However, such mistakes can result in a serious injury, especially if kids among the occupants.

Cosy and very clean apartment, good public transport connection

Nothing to complain about inside it was all good.

It wasn’t quiet at all…situated on a busy crossroads with constant traffic, looked like a run down building on the outside. The bedroom windows were located at the back of building and the windows opened onto a walkway where people enter and leave from so with the windows open on a humid evening it didn’t feel safe was no bars on them as anyone could climb in easily. There worst part was people were gathered by the entrance and chatting and arguing until 2am… we shouted at them to be quiet by don’t think they understood. We had driven from munich and had to get back to uk the next morning and we all didn’t get hardly get any sleep. Could close Windows as too hot and no air con. Glad we only stayed one night.

Connectivity, size of apartment and amenities for the price.

Location was little bit shady.

Lovely refurbished apartment, absolutely perfect for a city break. Everything that was needed was clean and new. Bathroom and bedrooms are a bit more basic but they are very clean and recently refurbed. The sitting room and kitchen are great spaces to relax after a long days walking. The block itself was a bit more scruffy and it’s on a main road, but this didn’t disturb us. The bus into the centre is just across the road and takes 20 minutes or so.

Big livingroom Windows. Appartement is a little loft. Furnitures in modern Design, warm and elegant. Sleeping rooms very quiet. The hole flat is perfectly clean and well equipped. Coffee and Tea for free. Bus- and Tramstation at the House. 30 minutes Ride to citycenter. Beautiful Park across the road. Streets around seem to be save and quiet.
