The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us store our luggage at no charge before and after check-in/check-out. Also, Iiked they had air conditioning.

Base of beds were dirty, but sheets were clean. Very small room but okay for one night. Just tight for 2 people and their luggage. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The fire alarm went off briefly in the middle of the night.

They locked the doors to the front of the hotel and had a number to call to get let in rang it multiple times didn’t answer was stuck in rain for 20 minutes then when the door finally opened the guy was rude and pretended he came straight there only ended up coming because we literally had to bang on the front door multiple times because he wouldn’t answer the phone even had an AirPod in so no wonder we couldn’t get in

The size of the room for what you pay feels abit rubbish. They can't help being on the high street but being woken up by people shouting was not good. I think I just expected better for the price - it was expensive even with the promo offer

The staff was friendly and the location is very practical, well connected.

The room is very small and the difference between a room with a window and without is not that big to be honest.

I was in a basement room with the bed facing the blocked window. All night long there were people outside the window creating a horrible noice, as well as vehicles racing down the road. Sleep was impossible.

The location was very convenient as five minutes walk from Kings Cross station and the staff were very kind

The room was minuscule with literally nowhere to put anything or space to move. I am a very small person and could barely manoeuvre around the space without tripping over something or bumbling into a door, and yet my room was for two people. The room wasn’t overly clean with stains of some sort on the seat and a window that rattled the entire night. It’s a shame because the staff are so lovely and friendly, but aside from being somewhat affordable for central London, I didn’t have the best experience.

Excellent location, a few mins from St Pancras which made it very easy to get the Eurostar early in the morning with good connections to the rest of London too, being right near Kings Cross. Very clean and comfortable.

Small room and quite pricey for what it is, but I guess that’s to be expected in such a central London location and I didn’t mind quite so much for the convenience.

I was expecting room to be tiny, and it was ok.

Location is 7 minutes from Kings Cross. Received a warm greeting off the person on reception. Beds are standard double and comfortable.

Basic facility with a few coat hooks for clothing. No hair dryer in the room. Established as we left you have to ask at Reception. The room was tight with 3 occupants and 3 large suitcases.

Ideal location to get out and about.

The room was modern, clean. Having an air-con unit in the room was a real game changer, without it, it would have made the night uncomfortable.

It is incredible small. As small as you could have made it. Both pillows were massive. I did not get a good nights sleep due to the pillows.

I booked an inside room and it was very comfortable. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a one-night stay in London, as I was just there to catch an early morning Eurostar train. having a windowless room wasn't at all claustrophic, as I thought it might be, but just meant it was quieter, as there was no road noise (although some corridor noise occasionally from other guests). Great bathroom, and bed, and very clean. Good restaurants/cafes a short walk away for dinner or breakfast. Oh and the staff member (who was on night duty) was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend - especially if, like me, you're looking for an overnighter because you're coming or going from Eurostar.

I struggled to find my room initially because the wall signage isn't that clear, but that could just have been me!

If you like staying in an en-suite cupboard....this is the place for you. Probably not all rooms to be fair, but the room we had was caravan territory. We weren't warned about the size, only that it didn't have a window .We considered moving out, but were on a tight schedule. Was quite comfy in the end as long as you didn't move too much. A bonus is that it is very handy for St Pancras. If all you want to do is sleep before moving onto greater adventures this place is fine. We moved on to greater adventures, well rested, the next morning.......

if you are looking for a hotel with easy access to all the popular sights in london, then this is for you. Great access to public transport, restaurants and a bed to sleep on at the end of the day. Not the place for relaxing stay of just resting in your hotel.

The rooms are so small. The first rooms we had were small but ok but the second room was a very tight space. The toilet is just at the head of the bed , withing a very small space. I think this was designed for young people, visiting for fun and just a bed to sleep on. Expensive for the size of a room that is like a closet despite the location.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to be helpful if a need arose. They were amazing. The rooms were very clean.

Although my room were very clean, it was also very small. As solo traveler staying for only 1 night, I had no issues with this. But for a longer stay, it would be uncomfortable over time. For the price I paid, the size was not great, however, the King’s Cross location is premium and just a short walk from the station so it does help balance.

Unfortunately I was stuck in the lift for 20mins. Could not get staff as there was no phone in lift. In the morning when checking out, there was no apology, he said that I had broken the lift button. I was also but in the basement rooms which was at street level at a bus stop where all night revellers were. When I question why I was put down there when I had requested to be next to my colleague, he said because I had come later then I got the last one.

A friendly welcome and a well modernised building in a convenient location...what's not to like.

Room was tiny - you can barely move around the bed. Feels like it was recently refurbished but errant hairs on the floor and when we arrived someone had clearly been watching TV on our bed! Otherwise bedding seemed clean and overall facilities matched the price, however, the room smelt very musty/mouldy when we arrived - probably too much air con and nowhere for the air to escape and the TV didn't work - went to reception to complain and request an alternative room, but was told it was fully booked - fair enough - so asked to email my complaint - which I did - back in my room and it was late. As soon as I sent the email, had a bounce back - email did not exist. Waited until check-out in the morning and was told to try a different email. Sent that and had no response. Booking.com customer services also not interested to reply.

Calling this a 4-star is really a stretch. Broken shower bar. No plug in the sink. No remote for the TV. Stained carpet. Creaky doors and floors. Very narrow hallways. Tiny elevator. No charm.

Chambre petite mais largement suffisante pour juste passer la nuit afin de visiter Londres, propre, climatisé avec accessoires de douche et port USB en plus des prises anglaises, café et cookie offert. Emplacement nickel, juste à côté de leurostar et du métro.

Peut être le fait que la salle de bain soit vraiment petite c'est pas évident pour bouger mais c'est largement vivable.

Great location for KGX and reception available 24hrs. Bed was comfy enough and though compact, shower was decent. A/C was great!

Room was close to the road so can be a bit noisy at night. Reception is not actually manned late at night and not clear how to get someone. Though someone did appear after a few minutes.

I loved the diverse and historic location. The hotel is close to alot of great, historic places to see and restaurants and I found it quiet and restive. The shower and water pressure and room cleaning service was amazing. I also loved the high bed. I could easily store all my luggage underneath it. The room was small but not crazily so. It felt compact, not cramped. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a great two day stay.

Yes the staff on site were very helpful and attentive, they made my stay memorable. For the price of the room, it was value for money. I would come again.

The Hotel was not signed with any outstanding signage, went past the hotel and had to double back. No parking was a big issue, I felt very anxious about my vehicle.

Location was great as I was using the hotel for work. Room was clean and enough for what I needed. Reception were super helpful too as they also held my bag after checkout until I finished my working day.

There was someone down in the lobby/kitchen that you could hear through the internal windows, maybe a member of staff. They were super loud. something to be mindful of in the future.

The outside signage could be considerably better

The location was really easy to get to, was well manned, and I liked that toiletries were provided.

The room needs a bit of a refresh as there was a few stains. The AC does need tending to as it kept making a clicking noise. I think the bigger room need either a bigger desk or an extra place to put the item on the desk, as I needed to use the desk during my stay.

Extremely small room with no window so felt claustrophobic. Three hangers on the wall but nowhere else to put clothes, so stored our cases under the bed with our clothes inside. The bed was comfortable but high. Had to pay a 100 pound deposit on arrival (however this was reimbursed 48 hours after stay).

Please shower with the bathroom door closed to avoid unnecessary firealarms - luckily there was only one brief one while I stayed in the hotel. The room was very small, and the bathroom might actually be a bit tricky if you're not very nimble.
