Clean tidy and modern. Bedrooms were comfy, En-suites were very modern. Snug with TV in was, well, very snug. Fantastic location with great views.
I was a bit thrown off by the request for me to send a picture of my ID and credit card details for a damge deposit via an unsecured communication method like WhatsApp. Genuinely had me worried about what to do for a few days as we were already travelling and would have nowhere to stay in queenstown unless I sent everything on an unsecured chat that a fraudster could possibly want. Booking.com were utterly useless when I sought advice and every AI chat and google search said "beware, scam". Spoke to the property owner on the phone and that put me slightly at ease. But it wasn't until we got to the property and had access was I put fully at ease. It wasn't a scam and the requirement for giving this info is listed in the property details on booking.com but I hadn't taken much notice of it or considered the security implications. It was the only place that requested this during our whole NZ tour. We stopped at 4 other properties across the country, both islands, during our holiday. As for the property itself, it is really very nicely furnished however, the kitchen/dining area is designed with style rather than comfort in mind. Every adult in our party hit their head at least once on the corner of the kitchen cupboard above and to the right of the cooking hob, and it was painful. You can tell by looking at it its been headbutted more than once in the past as the corner seems to have been blunted slightly by repeated hits. I'd recommend wearing your ski/snowboarding helmet if cooking.
Views, accessibility, cleanliness
Great location with nice view. The access to apartment requires a walk down via staircase, but it was not a big issue for us. Host was responsive when we reached out for the noise issue.
We could hear clearly the noise of neighbour, maybe due to the nature of building structure. Foot steps, discussions and laughters of the neighbour upstairs were a bit annoying when it happened at 3am.
The view was superb
Heating in the living room does not work too well. Thankfully, there are small portable heaters that we were able to use in the rooms. Staying at the 2 bedroom apartment doesn’t do well when you have big luggages. The stairs going down to can cause injuries if not careful.
It was an extremely great place to stay, as it was in perfect proximity to anywhere to go in and around Queenstown. We had an issue with the stove and bathroom door and the manager and his wife did not hesitate to come about and assist us with how things worked. Highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike, however, definitely not for the elderly, as the bottom apartments have too many stairs up/down for the elderly.
The spectacular view of the scenery like a painting. The interior design and cleanliness of the apartment.
The flooring for the main area (except toilet) isn’t heated nor the beds.
It is located in the middle of the hill. Absolutely amazing view. Everything is clean.
The view is stunning. And have all facilities we need.
The place is on a high terrain. A bit hard to move in our luggages.
Location.. views ....amazing
It was conveniently located close to the airport and has a killer view! The bathtub was also very luxurious.
The mattress was hard and loud, the bathroom counter was not properly cleaned, and the proximity to the airport meant it was a bit loud at night (though that’s always the tradeoff with short airport commute)
Lots of people can stay there
New
Absolutely stunning apartment with amazing views. Must be even more impressive when the peaks around are snow covered. Very impressive way too start your break. Thanks 👍
Sadly having to park 2nd car on the road with construction going on at the end of the street and being parked in the next morning. Extremely heavy traffic congestion when entering and existing on the main road, difficult in wet conditions.
good location good view
to many bugs, and poor communication
Clean and the view is exceptional
Quite tricky driveway to exit
Amazing views, and perfect for our large group of 10 women. A bathroom for each of the three rooms upstairs was a treat, as was having everything we needed. Good communication and overall, a fantastic experience.
Two bathrooms downstairs would have been great, but only as we were spoiled upstairs! Flexibility with a late checkout and/or luggage storage would’ve been great but we appreciated the offer to store luggage in town. Having to supply a photo of my ID and credit card details didn’t feel secure, but understand a bond was required.
The view was amazing - wish we could have stayed longer
All good - nothing we didn’t like
This property is well located and has a great view. The check in time is only at 4pm however they did allow us an early check in eventually at 2: 30pm which we appreciated.
The photos when initially booking are a bit misleading as the 2 bedroom unit (downstairs) is part of a bigger unit and there is no way to distinguish the one from the other in the images shown while booking. The upstairs must be a more upmarket option than the downstairs unit. The bedrooms in the downstairs unit are small with tiny windows. The inside living area is great but there is absolutely no outside furniture which is a shame as the view is lovely and the deck is big. We were told it was too windy for outdoor furniture but the adjoining unit had chairs and tables on their deck. We had no hot water the first night. The gas had run out. There were no instructions on how to change over the gas in the book. We managed to call them them the next morning and instructions were given on where the gas was located etc so we could change the cylinders and shower. Overall we found this property overpriced and undelivered on both service and accommodation.
Amazing, expansive views to the mountains and along Lake Wakatipu from the elevated position of the house. Very clean and tidy, great facilities with a bathroom for each bedroom, wrap around balcony.
We knew the house was a decent walk away from Queenstown..would have enjoyed the walk in but the lakeside path is currently closed, so we took the water taxi. Some people may want to be closer to town. The road up to the house is very steep (but you get the fantastic views)
入住處需要自行搬運行李下一個室外的鐵樓梯, 樓梯容易打滑危險.
停車位子容易被其他同住一區的人占用, 後來只能停到剩下的邊邊位子
Easy communications, great location and view,
The view from the property is sensational. You can see the lakes and mountains. Also, you can see the planes take off and landing as Queenstown airport is in 15 mins drive.
Car park was separated from the property. We have to carry the luggage down the stairs as the 2 bedrooms we rent were located downstairs.
Location was really good. It was a short drive into queenstown and a short drive into Frankston. Your up at the top of a hill with nice views out to the remarkables and it was nice to have allocated parking for the car.
The two-bedroom unit is located downstairs, which isnt exactly made very apparent on the listing and photos. The photos also don’t make it obvious which unit is which and that the unit is only separated by a standard door and staircase youd find in a twos tory home, which seems to account for the significant noise issues. We stayed Friday through Tuesday, and unfortunately, both Friday and Saturday nights were very disruptive. On Friday, the upstairs guests were moving furniture and partying well past 11pm. On Saturday, a group arrived who were walking around in heels, yelling “shots, shots, shots,” and playing beer pong. When they returned between 2:30–3:00am, the noise continued, waking us up. I reached out to the hosts Friday evening around 8pm but did not receive a response until late Sunday afternoon around 4pm. In addition, a few thoughtful touches could really improve the guest experience. A list of recommended local restaurants, bakeries, hikes, or wineries would be very helpful for visitors unfamiliar with the area. Stocking basics like cooking oil or butter would also make the full kitchen more practical, as most guests won’t use much and it feels wasteful to purchase these items for a short stay. Overall, while the unit has potential, it lacks some important details and amenities that could significantly enhance a guest’s stay. I dont think I would stay here again.
Sufficient heating - heatpumps, fire place, heaters Clean kitchen, cooking and eating utensils. Large bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Great view and location
No spa pool
Beautiful views. Nice large table to sit at. The layout of the house was good and practical.
The doors all rattle in the wind. Noise carries up from the house below. Be careful as this owner asks you to email a photo of both your id and your credit card… not a safe way to conduct business and she was rude about it. For the price, the really late check in time of 4pm with a check out at 10am is questionable.
The view was incredible. The location. Spacious and clean.
- Bathroom door makes loud noise when opening and closing and needs adjusting (very disruptive during the night).
Amazing view
Location and decor of the flat.
Bathroom door catches on the tiles and would have been good for fans to be provided as rooms were warm at night.
Great location and views. Modern, clean, 3 bedrooms each with its own big bathroom, full laundry. Suited our family stay perfectly although there are internal stairs so you need good mobility. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels.
Kitchen was a bit under equipped for a house this size.. we had to ask for more drinking glasses, no platters, no bowls for heating in the microwave, no containers for storage of food in the fridge. Otherwise we got by but had to buy glad wrap, paper towel, garbage bags for our stay.
The location was great. Close to town but not right in it. Close to the restaurants and cafes near the harbour. Great views over the water and very close to the airport - which can be noisy with airplanes. The apartment is very clean. The bathroom was immaculate and spacious and the kitchen is really nice. Good value for 2 bedrooms.
Many other reviews have mentioned this but we were not given access until I emailed a photo copy of my ID and Credit Card, which is not a secure method for this type of information. It made me very nervous. Also the photos on Booking.com are for the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom below, which is what we booked. We didn't realise that we weren't staying in the same place that some of the photos depicted. We also had a family with 2 young boys who made a lot of noise above us since the property is not sound proofed. I also think there could have been a few more amenities like a coffee machine and paper towels. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable either.
The view
The kitchen had very few cooking supplies, only a pod coffee maker so no way to make regular coffee, single ply TP and the shower doesn't fit in the folder so it gets water everywhere. The owner was extremely slow to respond.
Stunning view and clean
A bit difficult to carry big luggage to the lower floor
Modern and good view.
Not super stocked for cooking and gets hot during the day due to the windows but nothing a breeze can’t fix
The view , cleanness and location
The stairs and it’s quite difficult if you need to carry luggages. The property should consider to have lift or the way for disabled people
The view is magnificent. The room looks great.
A bit far away from the city center
Excellent
Everything was perfect
Casa con vista meravigliosa, dotata di tutti i comfort!
I loved this house. The view is amazing and everything is in mint condition.
The views and general standard of accomodation
The bedding could have been better quality.
Excellent views and well equipped apartment, dedicated parking, a really comfortable place for our family. Generally I would say it was worth the higher than average price, BUT the listing doesn’t clearly state that the two units (upstairs and downstairs) are connected with an interior door. They are not truly separate units. More importantly, like the other reviewers mention, I was shocked to have to submit a photo of my ID and credit card by e-mail for them authorize the damage deposit. A damage deposit is totally fine (and they do mention it in the t&c in their booking listing), but the stay was prepaid and my credit card is saved with my profile. I think it should be unacceptable on Booking.com to require guests to submit such sensitive information outside of the platform, by e-mail.
The view, good size couch and nice kitchen/bathroom
The beds were very uncomfortable.. the couch was nicer to lay on. 4 of us stayed here and were celebrating finishing the half marathon, had a few drinks and accidentally spilt one on the rug which we cleaned up. They charged us $180 to get this cleaned a bit pricey for a minor incident that you could hardly smell or see at all
Modern decor. Looks sleek. Nice lake view.
Pricy.
Superb view with new equipment. Perfect for family
The view The shower Comfortable beds
We had a great stay. The apartment is huge, spacious, and perfect with a fully equipped kitchen. Instructions from the host were clear and easy. We especially appreciated their flexibility: when we voiced a safety concern about emailing our credit card and ID for pre-authorization, they were quick to offer an easy alternative by phone. The washing and drying combo machine was a huge convenience, and, of course, the view is simply BREATHTAKING.
Could provide some kitchen towels or paper towels for quick clean-ups. This would help guests easily maintain the apartment's cleanliness during the stay.
The view is amazing. Rooms and facilities are very nice. Comfortable stay.
The views, the amazing modern facilities. How clean the villa was.
The stairs going down to our villa, very steep and hard to bring suitcases down and extremely slippery when rainy. Otherwise the place is absolutely perfect
房子非常漂亮,我喜歡他的廚房跟餐廳,色系我很愛
太冷了 暖氣都無法使用,也一直跳電,睡醒大家都感冒了
ロケーションが最高だった
土足禁止ならスリッパは用意して欲しい。
I read reviews about this place, and all are very positive. We booked for 3 nights and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The location of the house is great…facing the beautiful Lake Wakatipu and the snow-capped mountains, and just 10min away from Queenstown center. The house is modern and well equipped, with 2 parkings. Highly recommended!
Nothing.
Magnificent views.
Views
Slightly cold due to large window area...great view compensated.
Heated floors in bathroom was great, living and kitchen area was fantastic, awesome view!
The beds and pillows gets 1/10, definitely needs upgraded. Shower head kept falling off too.
View was amazing and good location.
Photos on the 2 bedroom advert showed the 3 bedroom apartment which has alot more space. Was little disappointed to see the 2 bed apartment in person was different to the pictures. Also, the noise of footsteps from upstairs is quite loud in the downstairs apartment.

Nothing
The view was stunning and the apartment was lovely.
Dissappointed. The keypad did not work. We had numerous phone calls to the person in charge before it was resolved. The heating also took some time to figure out, and the circuit breaker tripped. We were a party of six, and there was not enough water for us all to shower. There were only 3 small cartons of milk. Only black tea and instant coffee, no alternatives. Excellent instructions for the blinds, however, no instructions for other appliances. The folder was not easily found. If left on the main table, that would have been a good help. On our travels we have stayed at much cheaper places with better services.
Incredible views and very spacious accommodation. Brand new and you can’t beat the views!!
It was an awesome stay, and the place was amazing. It was just a bit annoying having to chase them for the house information on how to get in. They charged us pretty quickly, but the information hadn't arrived until an hour before we arrived, and after I called and texted a couple of times. I wasn't too worried about it as I knew we would get the information, but if you are that quick to charge us money, you should be efficient on the information just as quickly.
Lovely location with amazing views. House is new and clean.

Beautiful place with great views of the lake
Neat and clean house, exceptional views of lake etc
There seems safety hazard and should have some protection towards corner ( between glass safety and Rocks) there is gap and we were bit scared and not letting kids go out alone as they can fall from there. )
Exceptional views, love that there is an en-suite for every bedroom and there’s an extra toilet in the laundry room.
Beds were a little firm for my liking (personal preference though).
Great view. clean . Good value considering the other options in Queenstown this time of the year. It is a quieter area but it would be hard to access without a car.
The owner insists your passport and a photo of your credit card is emailed before your accommodation is “confirmed” - even though it is pre-paid. I felt very uncomfortable doing this. This was the only accommodation during our whole NZ hol that this was required. This requirement is not explained before you have to pay the non- refundable accommodation cost.
The location is very convenient, with breathtaking views. It's just a 10-minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to the city center, avoids traffic in town comparing to those accomodations near Queenstown central. The apartment is fully equipped, featuring automatic curtains, and the design and decor are fantastic. Everything is clean, but the only issue is that the bathtub drain is leaking, so my child can't take a bath. Overall, it's excellent, and I would give it a 5-star review!
The best property I have ever booked. All r so perfect.
Bed could be more comfortable, it’s too soft to sleep.
Fantastic views, fairly well equipped, good location
