Whilst not far from Ancient town or A Bang beach a taxi/grab is required for most activities.

Прекрасное место. Мы много путешествуем по Вьетнаму, и этот таунхаус для нас в топе. Все было настолько хорошо, что не знаю с чего начать. Во-первых, внимательность и готовность помочь персонала. Эдвин даже создал группу в мессенджере, чтобы весь персонал был в курсе наших просьб и мог максимально быстро решить любой вопрос. Во-вторых, уборка и смена полотенец и постельного белья через день. В-третьих, в доме было всё для приготовления еды. Плита, микроволновка, посуда (тарелки, миски, чашки, стаканы, вилки, ложки, палочки, сковорода, кастрюли и пр.). Барбекю на улице. Уголь и розжиг Эдвин заботливо привозил по нашим просьбам, оплату за это не требовал. В-четвертых, прекрасная территория коттеджного городка, есть небольшая детская площадка, парковка (для нас было актуально, поскольку брали в аренду автомобиль), бесплатная зарядка для электрических авто Vinfast. Также нам были предоставлены три велосипеда. До пляжа на велосипеде 15 минут. До старого города примерно 20. Вообщем, проведенное тут время осталось хорошим впечатлением. Спасибо персоналу за внимание и заботу. В следующий раз планируем остановиться здесь на более долгий срок.

The rooms were so large and lovely, the pool was so natural looking and a real moment of escapism from the heat, the location is perfect in between the beach and old town. Amazing Villa

Die Unterkunft ist schlicht und einfach perfekt. Jede*r hat ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, besser als in einem normalen Hotel. Edwin, unsere Kontaktperson, war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus selbst ist super. Der Pool ist ziemlich gross, das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage ist super (ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums - 5-10 Minuten fahrt mit einem Grab) Wer am Morgen oder Abend nicht in die Stadt will, kann auch ins Restaurant in der Anlage gehen. Die Anlage ist zudem auch sehr hübsch. Wir empfehlen das Saca Townhouse 100% weiter und würden sofort wieder kommen.

The house is lovely and practical at the same time. We liked the decor and felt at home. The kitchen has the most necessary equipment. Good WiFi. And above all, the host is amazing. So friendly and helpful.

We really loved the place, but a small improvement would be some sun beds. The locations has both pros and cons. On one side it is in a quiet (almost rural) area only a short Grab or bike ride from both Hoi An and An Bang (the beach). On the other side it is neither in town nor by the beach.

A nice and cozy place for family in a quiet and safe area. Our house's host, Vinh, has been terrific with his attentive and friendly service. The location is only a short drive to Hoi An old town.

Can't fault the place!

It was exactly as described. It was made more enjoyable by the host, Nio was so helpful and tentative towards what we needed. By far the best stay so far for us out of the 5 we’ve already been to in the past 3 weeks. Would definitely book again if we come back to Hoi An.

If it had proper air con in the living room, then it’ll be perfect.

A taxi was arranged by the property to take us to the 3 ensuite-bedroom townhouse - which was spacious, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Refreshments (cut fruits, bottled water, packet biscuits) were provided and welcomed when we arrived. The private plunge-pool was most refreshing to cool down in. Bicycles were provided free of charge which made travelling to the beach and the old town very accessible.

The unit is right by the road which made the stay a bit nosy over the weekend. Also, a path next to the plunge-pool made that area less private than it could have been.

Actually it was the greatest stay I ever had. The villa is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Contact with the hosts is amazing, they make sure you are comfortable and suggest nice places to visit. The bathrooms are very luxerous and the swimming pool is very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood nicely located between the beach and the old town.

The bikes are quite rusty and don't cycle very well.

We booked this Villa in Hoi An, located in between the old town and the beach, for a short holiday with our family. This villa is new and we absolutely love it. It has beautiful front garden, a private swimming pool (even with lights to swim in the evening), well equipped kitchen & living room (non AC but with fans), spacious beautiful decorated three bedrooms with each with its own AC, own tv including Youtube and Netflix, own bathroom (including two deep bathtubs, 3 rain-showers, shower gel/shampoo/handsoap/toothbrush). The property is guarded. We could also use the 5 bikes to explore the neighborhood. The villa was also cleaned during our 5 day stay with new towels. Special thanks to our hostess Nio, Cam and Hon. We were warmly welcomed. Happy they could arrange a transfer from airport to villa (and back or any transport with them). The first day we arrived the power was out so they arranged a stay at another nearby villa, with also a private pool. The communication went via WhatsApp, where we could made any request. They recommended various places to eat. We went even twice to Baby Mustard down the street, which we really loved (delicious food and drinks with really friendly staff). We enjoyed our stay and absolutely love it and would recommend this to everyone! ♥️

We gave minor feedback; we were missing some extra towels in the kitchen, for the pool (which was arranged next day), soap dispensers were stuck and a drying rack would be appreciated.

Fantastic accomodation, really wonderful! perfect location outside of busy Hoi An (15 min by biike), very nice decorated rooms, marvellous private pool.

the only comment is the quality of the bikes, but this is a minor issue. We reported an issue with the brakes and it was fixed right away!

This place was absolutely perfect. It is located between the Ancient City and the beach, it was very easy to get to both. The views are incredible and the house has everything you need to have a very relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were extremely friendly. Highly recommended for groups and families.
