Reviewed Jun 16, 2026The property was well located, with easy access from Terminal 3 by the walkway over the freeway from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, easy access with a Grab or a taxi. No problems to find, clearly marked, a couple of doors down from Anytime Fitness. After I reported to the Concierge at the front desk, the Host Representative was there within ten minutes and showed me to my room. All ok. Everything worked. Clean, big, perfect. Next day, walk across the walkway to Terminal 3 and hello diving!

I arrived after a long journey and had also informed them in advance that I was on my way. However, I still had to wait for almost 40 minutes before being able to check in. This was quite inconvenient, especially after a tiring trip. The waiting time can be confirmed through the camera records. I hope this can be improved for future guests. And much noises from the road.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Obiekt bardzo czysty i przestronny. Wygodne duże łóżko. Prysznic z ciepłą wodą i dobrym ciśnieniem. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do terminalu 3. W pobliżu sporo barów i sklepów. 30 minut drogi do centrum Manili. Nie można się niczego przyczepić. Nocleg naprawdę godny polecenia.
Nie podobają mi się niejasne komunikaty związane z dodatkowymi opłatami w kwocie 150 peso za każdą rozpoczętą godzinę check inu po godzinie 23:00. Na szczęście udało się porozumieć z właścicielem w tej sprawie.

Das es am letzten Ende von einem letzten Cluster ist, also ist schon ziemlich hinten. 150 peso für jede Stunde ab 23 Uhr find ich definitiv zu viel.

The complex itself is very complicated and the elevators that reach the exits from it are very far from the apartment. The complex is very close to the airport, but the road to it from the airport is not pleasant at all, certainly not for those arriving at night.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Very close to airport - perfect to put your head down between flights. Clean. Comfy and cosy. was what we needed.
Clearer directions to the property would be really helpful. Even a short video or a few photos showing the route would make arrival much easier. For example, after crossing the walkover bridge from the terminal, turning left onto the main road and walking straight down to the building takes around five minutes. The shop mentioned in the instructions had moved or had multiple locations, which made it confusing and led us to walk around much longer than necessary. Google Maps also takes you further than needed, so it is not the best option to follow. The check-in process also took some time, which was challenging given we were tired and only had a few hours of sleep before our next flight.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025Alles was zeer netjes, en mooi ingericht. Al het nodige was voorhanden. Ik heb de keuken niet gebruikt, maar er was een magnetron, waterkoker, rijstkoker, toaster en ijs/vries combinatie. Op wandelafstand van de luchthaven.
Alles was goed. Als ik iets moet neerpennen: weinig restaurants of winkelcentra (mall) op wandelafstand.

WiFi did not work at all, meaning no TV as well as it needed the WiFi. Ended up having to use my own data to do anything as the WiFi wouldn’t load a thing. Also be aware that there is extremely loud construction going on about 15 metres from the window on the street. Was kept up until 2am with them welding. No sound proofing at all so you hear everything. Blanket on bed was a single blanket stretched across a double bed

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The unit was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, perfect after a long-haul flight. It had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking hob, cookware, utensils, and even dishwashing soap. The shower had hot and cold water, and toiletries were generously provided. The location was also very convenient, just across NAIA Terminal 3. Our toddler had a restful night, and we felt truly at ease.
Honestly, nothing major. If I had to mention one thing, maybe the lighting in the hallway could be a bit brighter for late-night arrivals.

- Des cafards partout dans la chambre. - Pas d’eau chaude alors que nous avons laissé couler la douche longtemps pour l’attendre. - A l’intérieur de l’hôtel c’est un vrai labyrinthe et c’est très mal indiqué. Nous avons passé plus de 10min à trouver comment rejoindre la réception depuis notre chambre.

Es una especie de aparta hotel, tiene que ir una persona a entregarte la llave (no es un check in al uso), por lo tanto tienes que avisar de la hora de llegada para que la persona este alli. Te cobran 100php/hora si el check in es a partir de las 11pm. Luego no tienes manera de que te guarden las maletas por unas horas cuando haces el check out. La cama solo tenia una sabana bajera y una mantita, no entiendo porque no estaba el juego de sabanas completo.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working during our time in the unit, which made it difficult for us to stay connected. Also, the unit is quite far from the elevator (which is shared by Clusters 5 & 6), so my mother—who is a senior citizen—had to walk a long distance through the corridors to reach the unit, which was a bit challenging for her.

We booked the apartment mainly because it’s close to the airport and had great reviews for the Wi-Fi, which was important to us since we had some work to do online. Unfortunately, the internet barely worked. Although we were connected, it failed to load even the simplest websites most of the time — around 90% of the time it was unusable.
