The location. It was close to ayala avenue and close to everything. Grocery store just at the ground floor of the bldg

The name of the building was not mentioned. If you click the pinned location, you will reach the correct bldg but the problem was the check in process was not explained ahead. Would have been better if the host proactively contacted us at least 24 hrs before the check in date. We wanted to leave our things as my brother and his family arrived early but we were not accommodated by the front desk because we didn’t have the authorization letter from the host. It’s Air Residences by the way and you need to have authorization letter from the host with your name/s on it before you will be entertained by the front desk.

I booked this condo for my mother and cousin, and they had a very pleasant stay. They said the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and other attractions in Makati. At first, they were a little shocked by how high the unit was, but they quickly grew to love it. One of the best parts of their stay was the amazing view of the city, especially at night when the skyline lights up. The beautiful cityscape made their experience even more memorable and enjoyable. Overall, they had a great time and were very satisfied with their stay. They would gladly recommend Heart of Makati Condo to anyone looking for a comfortable place with stunning city views.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It was suitable for a small family and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Nothing major. Overall, the stay was good and met our expectations.

It was a very nice condo. Good water pressure and a nice size apartment with a great view. The bed was as comfortable and kitchen was nice. Also enjoyed the tv. The staff was wonderful as well. Also was in a mall where you could get something to eat.

I wish they would mark still the bottles in the shower so you knew what they were.

El edificio nos encantó, así como el apartamento. Tiene vistas increíbles de la ciudad y el apartamento está muy bien decorado. El edificio está rodeado de centros comerciales. La anfitriona fue muy amable.

Lo único que no me gustó es que había pequeñas cucarachas. Había artilugios para auyentarlas pero aún así había. Entiendo que no es problema del alojamiento, si no del edificio, pero aún así se nos hizo desagradable porqué solo estuvimos una noche y vimos como 5 cucarachas, aunque eran pequeñas.

Lage gut, wenn man einen Termin mit seiner Botschaft hat. Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss. Schnelles Internet, allerdings Warnhinweis bei Verbindung, dass die Sicherheitseinstellung sehr niedrig ist. Vermutlich altes Protokoll.

Condo sehr klein, teils schlecht ausgestattet, fehlendes Inventar wie vollständiges Set von Besteck oder passendes Bettlaken. Bettmatratze durchgelegen. Es scheint auch mehrere Condos unter einem Inserat zu geben, da unseres im 55. Stock war. Lift sehr nervig. Es gibt ca. zehn, wobei nur die Hälfte im Dienst sind und hiervor nur zwei in Level über 35 gingen. Überlastet und bei jeder Fahrt unzählige Stopps.

I was stayed in 5 days , but no cleaning I am asked to manager they are asked money for 500 peso and only one time given complement water , otherwise for stay

Good location with direct access to a mall, very kind and responsive host. Decent view from the balcony.

The bathroom was small, the shower water temperature was not easy to adjust and the hair dryer did not work properly.

We had a one night stay in Manila with friends, the apartment had everything you need and the staff was super friendly. The location is also great and easy reachable to the airport or city center.

Excellent view with a shopping centre and supermarket on the ground floor, very easy to walk around the Makati area and easy to get Grab's from here to other places like Intramuros or the Airport. The pool is huge, clean and in between a couple of buildings so is sheltered from the sun at some times of the day. Sunset views from the room were exceptional

Fab location and enjoyed the facilities such as the pool/ children’s playground. Bed was also so comfortable! Amazing host who sorted out any issues and fab communication.

It is a small apartment especially the bathroom. Fine as a single traveller or couple but slightly small when travelling with a child. The lift was annoying- being on 57th floor meant you were often waiting for lifts or stopping a lot on the floors below.

the security guard that checked us in wasnt very welcoming. the waiting time for the elevator could be long, we stayed at 38th floor.

Nice and clean apartment close to the Makati night life (2km) and Restaurants/Bars. Very friendly contract and you will have a great View over Manila City. There is a mall including 7-11 next door, it's a quiet and friendly place

Clean and great a cess to malls

The view from the 57th floor is nice! The room itself is good, not very spacious but sufficient. The shower is a bit low for us Dutch people but than again they say we are above average height. (190cm).

Regardless the 6 elevators, it can take a while to get from ground floor to the 57th and visa verse.

The location and the unit are clean with amenities. One thing that has issues is the toilet and bathroom. The toilet doesn't flash well and the washing machine was noisy, told the management to fix it. The rest are good plus the building has a grocery store and restaurants no need to go out.

Super helpful and attentive staff to help me with check in at the last minute. The view from the room is amazing and there are great facilities for laundry etc.

It was a nice apartment with all amenities needed Inc washing machine. Kitchenette too although we didn’t use it. It has a fold out queen lounge which was quite comfortable. We got extra blankets when requested. It is located above Air Mall so supper convenient with supermarket and restaurants downstairs.

If you want to use the pool, you need to request for a guest coupon in advance.

Great little apartment on 57th floor of Air Residences in Makati. Shops and restaurants close by and excellent security to make you feel extremely safe.

Lifts took a while to get up and down due to the high floor but the view made this worthwhile. Some written guest information in the room would have been useful.

Everything! View was fantastic, bed was comfortable, the condo itself is stunning with top location! Attached to a mall downstairs so restaurants are accessible. Host Krystel was very friendly and accommodating too.

If I really had to complain it would be the smell of the drain in the bathroom which I guess needs some attention. Other than that, had an absolutely great stay!

Our check out time was 11:30am the next day as confirmed also during our check in. But the cleaning staff was already knocking before 11am and she kept on coming even before 11:30. Because of this, we kept on being interrupted in packing our stuff. Other than this, everything was perfect. Thank you.

the elevators are super duper efficient

The location is very difficult to find. When I tried to key in the address in Grab application, Grab defaulted the drop off at Jjangdak chicken and beer assembly. The guard did not recognize the place so I have to call the owner. The location is actually in Air Residence of SMDC, the adjacent high rise building at 57th floor. Awesome!

Nice, very clean and great location in Makati. Check in was a breeze. There is a small mall inside the Building that has a small supermarket and other restaraunts. The washing machine in the bathroom was a nice bonus also. Would recommend this place to anyone!

we loved the location. the condominium has a commercial area with lots of restaurants and stores to meet all your needs. the unit has all amenities you need for your stay comparable to 3 star hotel at a much lower price.

It’s a really big flat with mini-kitchen, balcony overseeing beautiful private pool, very wide table suitable for remote work of two people at a time and a TV with lots of free streaming services like Netflix and Disney. We’ve had a chance to meet our hosts in person: very welcoming, kind and lovely family. They were very understanding about everything, so it was overall a very nice experience. Could recommend, especially if you’re looking for a place in the heart of a city. It’s a very nice elite apartment complex in a middle of a business centre with it’s own mall, pool, gym, reception and security
