ウブド中心部の十字路からすぐなので、どこに行くにも便利です。交通量が多いので、うるさいと思いきや、敷地内は静かでした。初めての滞在なので、お試しとしてアフタヌーンティーも含めた全食事つきプランで予約、どれもおいしかったです。とくに、アフタヌーンティーを運ぶ時に使用している器が美しく、目と舌で楽しませてくれました。チェックインの時に手続きをしたベランダの扉や柱の装飾も素晴らしく、扉上部のバロンの眩い金色はほかとは違う輝きでしたし、柱上部の屋根を支えるドラゴンの表情や髭も生き生きとして見ごたえがありました。階段の両側に控えているライオンの像も猛々しく、目を奪われます。チェックアウトの時にはキーホルダーのお土産をいただきました。

駐車場がないこと。デラックススイートのバスタブがベッドのすぐ脇に設置されていて仕切りがカーテンのみのため、風呂を使うと、部屋中に湿気が広がります。トイレは十分な広さがあるのに、便器に座るとすぐ目の前に壁が迫って圧迫感があります。

The quality of rooms, clean beautiful furnishings, products great, really great beds, exquisite building, so close to centre, nice breakfast, great coffee, refreshing turmeric drink, staff lovely, good communication via Whatsapp. Needed more time to engage with some of the cultural activities there.

Cogimos una habitación familiar. era enorme con tres habitaciones. Las habitaciones eran de tipo actual, muy bien decoradas y bastante agradables. La cocina era muy normalita (sin uso real para nada en nuestro caso). La parte exterior de nuestra habitación y el hotel en si es una autentica maravilla, realmente bonita. Es un antiguo palacio rehabilitado, pequeñito pero muy acogedor. Tiene una pequeña piscina para poder purificarse. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente del palacio real.

Cosas incontrolables, estaban de obras para restaurar cosas en la entrada principal. No resulto ser una molestia aunque estaba cerca de nuestra habitación ya que salíamos temprano en la mañana.

Staff at all levels were unfailingly charming, helpful and friendly. Ayuk was especially caring when I had a fall. The setting in the palace grounds is unique in my experience

对于连续住很多晚的住客来说，早餐略单一，因为不是自助式；另外，如果在二楼，每天上上下下也有那么点辛苦，当然，服务人员会主动拿行李。

Best black coffee we had during our visit to Bali. Always asked for refills as part of the set breakfast. Fantastic compound as it was a former residence of the Ubud royalty. What attracted me to the place was the cultural experience as well as the central location. The hotel is opposite the Ubud Palace and close to other attractions such as the Water Palace, Campuhan Ridge, Monkey Forest. We were quietly surprised when they presented each of us a key holder/luggage tag engraved with our names.

The key drawback is the traffic, human as well as vehicular. But once inside the hotel, it is quiet and peaceful.

The property was such a surprise coming from the loud city streets of Ubud walking in was like walking into another world entirely. The beauty of the architecture was breathtaking on the inside, and the staff was extraordinarily warm.

The rooms were our least favorite part. They were very clean but pretty small. However, we didn’t care because we hardly spent any time in the room.

We stayed here a few weeks ago as part of our honeymoon and it’s a total hidden gem that not many people, even locals, know about yet. The staff are phenomenal, especially Aiyu! Breakfast was amazing every day, the cleaning was spotless, and they even went out of their way to accommodate my husband’s gluten allergy. We have already told our family to stay here on their upcoming Bali trip!

It was a unique and genuine historical experience, staying amidst real former royal palace walls and beautifully preserved carvings that truly brought the history of Ubud to life. This unique heritage stay offers an unmatched atmosphere conveniently located right in the busy heart of Ubud. Waking up to the peaceful sounds and fragranced of nature right in the center of town was incredible. The hospitality was kind and attentive from check-in to check-out. Additionally, the à la carte breakfast—featuring an excellent choice of local delights, beverages, and international dishes—was a true indulgence served on the authentic palatial patio.

It was ideally located right across from the Ubud palace and very close to Ubud Art Market. We walked to Saraswati temple right next door and walked to the starting point of the famous ridge walk. Our meals were included and we were provided delicious meals conforming to vegetarian/vegan diet preference.

Kesinlikle bir türkün en son kalacağı otel . Yemekler çok kötü . Açık büfe yok sabah öğle ve akşam yemeği için bir liste veriliyor listede ki yemekleri seçmek zorundasın . Seçtiğimiz yemekler de yenilecek gibi değil . Bu otelde kaldığımız sürece dışarda yemek zorunda kaldık eşimle . Yatak çok rahatsız her sabah sırt ağrısı ile uyandık . Otelde mahremiyet ve muhafazakar bir kültür olduğu için odamızın yanında küçük bir havuz vardı oraya bile çıplak girmemize izin vermediler. Otel odalarında be bahçesinde dahi sigara içmeye izin vermiyorlar. Otelde çok kötü bir enerji var verdiğim parayı zerre hak etmeyen bir otel kesinlikle kalmayın .

It was incredibly beautiful! You felt like you were transported back in time and were staying in a temple/palace. if you want to be in the heart of Ubud, it is perfect. It is right in the middle of Ubud, across from the palace, but despite this, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful within the hotel grounds.

They can improve upon how they give out information. They gave you a tablet with Google folders. It was hard to navigate and figure out what activities they had and when. Also, we ordered their afternoon tea and it said it included a visit to the purifying pool, etc. They basically just brought us a fancy platter and some tea. It was very disappointing.

Exceptional hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff and welcomed with refreshing drinks. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and cleaned daily. The location is fantastic too - just a short walk from Ubud Palace, the art markets, and many great restaurants and shops. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really beautiful hotel in a central location. We were able to book a room at a discount via Booking.com which was great. Staff were hospitable and the room was very clean!

We stayed for one night, and both times we showered, we ran out of hot water within 5 minutes of starting. The hotel was also undergoing some restoration construction which made it quite confusing to find the hotel entrance - a heads up would have been nice to make access simpler.

生まれて初めて「演出付き」のホテルに滞在しました。良いサプライズが沢山あったのですが滞在時のお楽しみとしてここへは書きません(しかし本当に宿泊をおすすめします!)。 ウブドでは相場より宿泊代が高めですが滞在価値は十分にありました。綺麗に清掃されたお部屋、洗面所(トイレ、浴室)など本当に快適でした。またウブド中心部にありながらとても静かでした(わずかにバイクの音は時々聞こえますが中心部としては許容範囲内です)。 私の両親は朝食付きで滞在しましたが毎朝６種類ほどから自由にメインを選べてとても満足していました。 近くにはコンビニ、ランドリー、飲食店なども豊富で何も困りません。交通量は多いので注意は必要です。 また従業員さんがどなたも親切で、おしゃべり好きで、日本のことも好きで楽しい時間がありました。次の「良くなかった点」に記載する問題だった点もメッセージアプリで伺うとすぐに対応、改善してもらえました。 細かいながらも海外ではあまり清掃されていない枕もかなり綺麗で嬉しかったです。

私の部屋だけだったと思うのですが宗教の関係で中庭で焚いていたお香の煙がかなり私の部屋まで入ってきて夜に困りました(翌朝メッセージでそのことを伝えるとすぐに改善してもらいました)。また必ず滞在したいので予約時にこのことを伝えたいです。 ウェルカムフルーツが各部屋に置かれていたのですがあまり新鮮ではなかったように思います。

The accomodation complex had beautiful buildings, was quiet despite being located in a busy area and close to warungs, shopping, coffee shops, hikes/walks, The Sacred Monkey Forest. The rooms are well supplied, have comfortable beds/pillows, clean, spacious and well maintained. The onsite restaurant is very good with ample choice. I would highly recommend this place.

The welcome service is warming and surprising, the breakfast is local and nice. Location is pretty good, 2 minutes walk to the palace.

The shower didn't work with hot water. And there was nobody in the lobby when i tried to find help. Until I found a stuff in the garden, he told me the shower may be fixed in the next morning…

The property itself was so beautiful! Since it is centrally located, I was nervous about noise, but it was quiet. The staff could not have been more lovely, from the welcoming feet washing ceremony to the parting gifts.

O hotel é localizado dentro do palácio da família real, o que proporciona uma experiência única. A decoração é muito bonita e a localização é perfeita, bem no Centro de Ubud. Porém, mesmo sendo no Centro, o hotel é bastante silencioso. Finalmente, a aula de yoga que contratamos para fazermos nos jardins do palácio foi incrível!

O café da manhã estava muito gostoso, mas como você tem que escolher apenas uma opção de prato do cardápio pode ser pouco para alguém que come bastante. De toda forma, a experiência foi tão legal que este mínimo problema não altera a nota 10 que este hotel merece.

ウブド王宮のすぐそばですが、道路から建物が奥まっているのでホテル内では静かな環境にあります。 朝ご飯はいわゆるブリティッシュブレックファストに果物などがついたもの。出来立てで美味しいですし、夜は望めばホテル内テラス席に隣のレストランから運んでくれます。その他、スタッフのサービスも満足です。伝統ある建物を上手に活かしていて、最初のセレモニーも含め、また泊まりたくなる良い宿でした。

空港からの送迎はタクシーに比べ多少値が張りますが、運転手も良いキャラクターで相応のサービスでした。

Perfect location, quiet, full of peace, within walking distance of the center, close to everything a tourist needs, the hotel is part of the royal palace and opened only about a year ago, everything is shiny, new and luxurious, a lovely and very comfortable room, excellent bedding and bed, excellent breakfast, the public areas are simply exceptional, the feeling is of a perfect stay in a royal palace, a beautiful purification pool, not as a swimming pool but as a place of ceremonial relaxation, the staff is charming and goes out of their way to make the stay perfect, one of the most special places we have ever been and highly recommended

Un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique palais balinais où règnent le calme et l'harmonie. La chambre était très confortable, encore davantage que celle qui m'étais attribuée à l'origine et qui a été modifiée à ma demande, sans supplément, car je souhaitais plutôt être en hauteur qu'au rez-de-chaussée. Le personnel est merveilleux, toujours souriant, chaleureux et aux petits soins. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont excellents. Le tout dans un cadre verdoyant où l'on entre en contemplation très facilement. Un havre de paix dans une ville perpétuellement animée.

Si mangia anche bene c è scelta tra i piatti. L accoglienza è da hotel a 5 stelle, c è sempre qualcuno sorridente e competente pronto a soddisfare ogni tuo minimo desiderio. Superiore alle aspettative nn avrei potuto desiderare di più!

Very well restored and maintained heritage architecture and a very beautiful and well manicured garden covering the whole ground. The staff led by Ibu Darmi are very friendly and customer focused. We were given many recommendations on things to do and see. The highlight was participating in the Merpani festival in Gianyar.

Right in the middle of the centre of Ubud you find this beautifully decorated, carefully kept palace with wonderful staff looking after every need. What I particularly liked about the hotel is the emphasis on local culture and heritage, which is unique these days. No pool other than for purification ceremonies. Great food, catering to every need and a focus on Balinese food, which much to my surprise has disappeared from most menus in town. I really recommend joining the Balinese heritage experiences.

Every single staff member I interacted with, whether chatting casually or participating in activities, was genuinely warm and welcoming. The room was very spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The overall environment was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Even though it is located right in the centre of Ubud, the property itself feels very quiet and tranquil, which made it even more enjoyable. I joined the morning rice field trekking and the cooking class, and both were highlights of my stay. Walking through the rice fields while hearing local stories and learning about Balinese traditions was meaningful and refreshing. The cooking class was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Preparing traditional Balinese dishes in a palace setting was something very special. The food turned out delicious, although the portions were quite generous (I felt a bit guilty not being able to finish everything!). Another thoughtful touch was that the staff helped take photos and videos during the activities, making it easy to relive those wonderful memories afterward. The only minor downside was that due to a fallen tree in February, there was some construction near the main entrance, which made the location a bit difficult to find at first. This is definitely a place I would love to return to on my next trip to Ubud. Highly recommended!

Everything. This place is magical. Actual palace turned into hotel rooms. I've stayed in many beautiful resorts over the world but this place is truly spectacular and unique. Location is in the epicenter of Ubud yet when you pass the gates and are into the gardens you can't hear the heavy traffic or any noise. 10**********. We will be back

The rooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and kept perfectly clean—a rare find.　The staff are incredibly warm and attentive; they made my birthday so special with a surprise celebration and even gave me a small commemorative memento at departure.　The experience of staying in such a refined, regal palace was truly precious, and the value is outstanding. It was a stay I will always treasure.

До основного дворца с танцами - перейти дорогу. Если повезёт, то можно познакомиться с настоящим принцем. Мне понравилась лапша на завтрак, очень сытно и вкусно. Плюс есть всякие омлеты на выбор. Желаю отелю всяческого процветания

这家住宿是皇宫的一部分，住在里面确实有住皇宫的感觉，可以欣赏皇宫内的建筑风格和精美的装饰，还可以浏览整个皇宫。早餐丰富多样，厨艺讲究，在皇宫里进餐是一种享受。此次住宿感觉超棒！
