Good location, good bed, nice city appartment with everything you need. For a decent price.

Street was a bit loud with terraces, but with earplugs it was fine! Superficially the appartment was clean but it would be good to do a deep clean.

The apartment was really well equipped, with everything you could need! Having things like salt, pepper, oil etc was very helpful! They even had every type of phone charger and a smart TV. Bathrooms was great, with a really great shower! Apartment is quite small, but my research showed that this is very common in Helsinki!

The one thing I would advise is to bring some eye masks if you are there in summer! Summer nights are very bright and the blinds don’t really block out the light!

Overall this is a well equipped and comfortable studio flat. The location is great, including a very convenient local supermarket and coffee shop. I thought it represented very good value for money. Instructions to pick up the key are detailed. I made a mistake by going to the wrong key box, but this was my mistake. Despite a very late check in at 2430, the host was kind enough to answer my queries. I am grateful to the host.

Many reviews complain about the number of rules, and they have a point. But basically the rules: are no shoes in the apartment, look after the apartment as if it was your own and no parties. Perfectly reasonable, but the rules could be more succinct. The blinds let in too much light, and you may need eye masks.

Host is very nice and provides detailed information. Apartment is cozy. Very good location.

Apartment has very many furnishing items. When checking out you need more time to spot anything you might have forgotten

Wonderful Place

There is a special scent used to make apartment smell better. For many clients this might be nice but not for those who might have special allergies. This should be mentioned when marketing the apartment.

I selected this place because of its location - convenient to visit my morning apppointment. And in general, this it true that this location is in heart of the citi. The apartment is tiny, but has everything necessary even for a long stay of 1 person or a couple. Clean, comfortable enough. Great that there is an electric heater - in the beginning of October central heating system was not warm enough, so the electrical one really helped.

That booking.com helped us when we had a horrifying experience with this host.

A serious breach of guest privacy: On the second night of my parents' stay, as they were entering the apartment. A man's voice came from an owl device in the bedroom (from opposite the bed) asking them who they were and what they were doing in his apartment. This communication was made through a drop-in feature on Alexa which allows you to drop-in to the device and listen to the audio or talk to people in the room at any point of time. We felt deeply violated since this was installed right opposite the bed in a private area. It is a one-bedroom apartment, and the Alexa echo-dot device is right opposite the bed. This device had a drop-in feature enabled through which the owner is easily able to spy on the guests anytime. This device is not mentioned to the guests in the property listing and is in a private area. We are questioning the owners' intent in installing this device and not being transparent about it at the time of booking whilst simultaneously having the drop-in feature enabled which would allow him to drop-in to the audio of the apartment to his liking and he does so without informing guests that such a thing exists.

The location is pretty good, near to centre and quiet during most nights except on Friday night - you can still hear people talking and fussing around at the bar opposite.

Generally the place is pretty tidy and clean, but some dust here and there and the vacuum doesn't work very well when we try to manage the cleaning ourselves since we are staying for quite a number of days.

Excellent location, but moderate street noise early in the mornings.

The amount of "house rules" thrown at you after booking and more so at the premises was pretty annoying. But once settled in the room, they did not matter much.

The apartment was straight out of a magazine! Everything was so clean and looked as if noone has ever touched a single molecule of the apartment. The location is very convenient to get around the amazing city, just keep in mind that it is a lively street during the night.

We had to leave for our next trip :(

Small but well-equipped studio located in the centre of a bohemian neighbourhood, with plenty of tourist attractions, great architecture, good restaurants, fancy shops, and harbour within the walking distance. If you come to Helsinki, this is the place to be.

Let's face it - you are in the centre of the action, so the nights are bright and noisy. Definitely not for light sleepers.

Cozy and small but beautiful apartment almost in the heart of the city. Once we made a reservation here, received a rather irrespectful and rude message on my WhatsApp. Some useful tips about check in procedure etc but mostly restrictions, fines and restrictions again. And the most relevant of them were written in CAPITAL LETTERS. The apartment is full of funny labels....some useful tips but mostly again fines and restrictions. Can´t understand why is it necessary to provide a wooden tray if you are so worried about it? Of course we didn´t dare to touch it.

I know that monitoring the cleanliness of the property may sound wired but as we received twice a message to leave the apartment CLEAN and TIDY, we had to figure out local cleanliness standard - bathroom was pristine clean but the living room was full of dust. Obviously there had been no vacuum cleaning under the bed for several months, stains on the sheets. When we left the property, received a message: "cleanliness is beyond the expectation!" Thanks finally for a nice message but what was the expectation? I´m a host as well and I know that a vast majority of the guests are respectful and tidy. The way how this host communicates with his guests is completely unacceptable.

Great apartment in a great location - everything within walking distance

There were quite a lot of little notes telling you to be careful of objects and how to leave the apartment - not a problem for us as we're 'decent' guests :) - I suppose it just reflects on the fact the some people aren't and need telling :)

Unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise in the mornings from the commercial and construction traffic, this meant it was less relaxing than we had hoped

Great location with tram line just around the corner, supermarket and some bars nearby.

It was a cute space and had amenities I needed: iron, washer, blow dryer. It was right above eateries and a grocery store.

It was a little confusing on the directions once I got the key lock box. Might be helpful to foreign visitors to say: head towards the food plaza past Espresso House and Subway. The door is located just past the pizza place. The numbering system was different for me. I also am not familiar with street names so I didn’t realize I was on the wrong street. Suggestion: paper towels and more towels.

The location is awesome! Loved getting to see an apartment in one of the older buildings too. The kitchen was useful to make breakfasts

The space is quite tiny. I was under the impression there was a separate kitchen area to the bed but it is a small studio. The bed was small for sharing not as a couple and the pillows too soft for my liking - would have loved1-2 spare. As others have mentioned it’s near a bar and eatery area so expect noise on Friday and Saturday nights until late.

The hosts accepted our very last minute request to stay at the apartment. We were able to communicate with them easily and instructions for key collection were easy. Place is small., clean and comfortable. We had a good night sleep.

Clean and central

Could connect to WiFi but no signal for either of us for the entire stay. Very noisy as over shops. Restaurants and pedestrians close by so very noisy until late at night and very early in the morning. Workman dismantling scaffolding opposite started work really early so never got much sleep. Not the Hosts fault. Light coming in from around the blinds. We just prefer blackout blinds. Not allowed to open door onto balcony . It was very warm in the studio and neighbours that shared the balcony were out but we were asked not to open the door. Shoes provided as to are not allowed to use outdoor shoes in the studio.

A lot of amenities to use Cleaniness

Very nice room, all amenities, everything is right in the center. Downstairs, there is a coffee shop and everything nearby. I recommend it
