Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Nice kitchen. Full sized fridge and freezer. Quiet place.
AC isn't strong enough to keep the place cool. Bathroom is gross, it needs renovation. The shower curtain has mold and algae growing on it. The sink faucet is falling out of the sink, the toilet flush valves are corroded and nasty. There were ants everywhere in the apt from when I checked in until I left.

The furniture and TV were old and felt very well used. I am guessing that they date from the early 2000s. The TV was awful. The couches felt late 90s and not at all pleasant.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024Great location in Forbes Town. Lots of food and drink options. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly security guard and staff.
Even on the 20th floor the noise from cars/traffic was bad. The curtains don't really block the sunlight and you can't stay asleep at 7am. I recommend blackout curtains. Parking cost not ring included is weird. I had to pay cash and the front desk didn't want to give me a receipt. Seemed like I was simply tipping them when I should have been able to park for free.

Reviewed May 20, 2024Everything! This apartment exceeded my expectation. It was really easy to pick up the key - get it from concierge and voila, the apartment is all yours. The apartment smells really good - i am dying to know what diffuser the owner use. Its small but suitable if you are traveling solo or couple. Towels, shower gel are provided except for toothbrush and toothpaste. It has Netflix and sofa is comfortable. The bed is amazing and view is nice. It is also near Bonifacio High Street! I will definitely book this apartment again next time! And as the listing of this apartment - it is vert fresh and cosy home!
