Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Syuhada’s place is very homey and clean. Easy to reach, comfortable, and the surroundings are peaceful too. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, replying quickly whenever we had questions. Check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy stay, and we’ll definitely come back again next time we’re in the area. Thank you Syuhada for having us! 😊

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Decent apartment with a good pool, but a very frustrating check-in experience. The unit only has one toilet, and a microwave would be very helpful if provided. We wasted a lot of time during check-in because the owner's instructions didn't match the guard's requirements regarding the QR code. The owner is slow to respond and not very attentive, making early planning impossible. It’s also quite far from the main JB city area. The only real plus point here is the direct access to Paradigm Mall, which has great indoor playgrounds for the kids. The unit itself also has Netflix, which is a nice bonus. However, another downside is that the room is very bright during the day even with the curtains drawn. It might not be a good place if you are jetlagged or need to rest during the day; changing the curtain type and rail would probably be helpful.

Reviewed Aug 13, 20241 room apartment. Consider this unit have complete utilities especially they have many kitchenware. They have Coway, own unit parking lot, have a balcony facing swimming pool. Very easy check in procedures and a very friendly host/owner. A muslim friendly unit. 1 sejadah provided. Just beside Paradigm Mall too bad we couldnt go in time because were busy with formal matters.
Apartment facility-swimming pool. Dont forget your swimsuit, its compulsory if not will be chased out by security like us. A bit far from sundries shop and restaurant. Just rely on Paradigm Mall if you're lazy to drive out.
