L’accueil a été adorable et très bienveillante. Nous avons très bien dormi et nous avons été très contentes de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse avec une vue sur les montagnes et Naples.

Tolle Lage! Wunderbares Frühstück auf der Dachterasse! Super herzlicher Empfang. Konnten nur Deutsch/Englisch, war aber kein Problem, ging mit der App zum übersetzen super! Wir haben unseren Parkplatz im Innenhof gehabt, hat reibungslos funktioniert, das Tor war über Nacht auch abgesperrt!

O local é uma jóia em meio ao bairro histórico, a Patrícia foi uma anfitriã incrível durante toda a nossa estadia. As escadarias são um ponto de atenção para quem está com muitas malas, porém o local conta com um locker que permite que uma parte das malas fiquem armazenadas em segurança. O local do café da manhã e janta é muito legal, como fomos no verão foi perfeito fazer as refeições em um ambiente compartilhado e externo.

Nós, pessoalmente, não gostamos da localização, para muitas pessoas esse é o ponto alto desta hospedagem, pois está no meio do centro histórico, porém nós não nos sentimos muito seguros em sair depois que a noite caia.

Gorgeous unique touches. Beautiful antique piano at the entry. Vintage costumes & pieces decorating the entire place. Greeted with exceptional kindness. Even assisted with arranging transportation to the airport. Cake, muffins & lovely cookies on the table on arrival. I would most definitely recommend & hope to return myself one day soon.

There were areas that the air conditioning did not cool, in particular the loft. Adding another AC unit to this area, as well as the main room off the kitchen/dining area would be wonderful.

Really good location, right in the heart of the historic centre. The room was clean and comfortable, and hosts very informative with any questions.

Un’esperienza da favola a Napoli! ❤️ Ci tengo a lasciare una recensione per questa esperienza davvero da favola presso questa struttura. La suite era pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, mentre la terrazza all’ultimo piano, dove viene servita una piacevolissima colazione, regala una splendida vista. L’ospitalità è stata fantastica! La signora Patrizia è sicuramente un valore aggiunto: simpatica, disponibilissima e soprattutto molto professionale. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora per la splendida accoglienza. Se torneremo a Napoli, soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui! ❤️🏠✨

Gouvernante napolitaine formidable. Parking sur place. Effort sur le petit déjeuner pour avoir une proposition qui correspondait à mon intolérance alimentaire. Climatisation efficace. Emplacement proche centre ville , musée archéologique et capodimonte. Logement spacieux, bien insonorisépar rapport àla rue.

Robinetterie douche défectueuse. Qualité wifi assez mauvaise. Pas de vitrage au-dessus de la porte d´entrée, donc on entend ce qui se passe dans la cour intérieure...

Excellente adresse, Patricia est aux petits soins. Magnifique petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Tout proche de la ligne 1 du métro .

Patricia is een geweldige gastvrouw. Zeer vriendelijk, ze spreekt enkel Italiaans maar ze kan het zo enthousiast vertellen dat je er wel wat van gegrijpt. Heel erg mooi gebouw. Comfortabele bedden en dichtbij de metro. Leuke accomodatie. Het terras is ook een pluspunt.

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen. Het ontbijt was eerder sober, maar het smaakte wel.. Vers gebakken broodjes van bij de bakker en beleg. Jammer dat er geen eitje of iets zelf gemaakt aan het ontbijt te verkrijgen was. Een beetje vers fruit misten we ook.

Le bâtiment est très beau, l'accueil du propriétaire très chaleureux et l'organisation parfaitement assurée par Patrizia qui nous met très a l'aise avec sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Tout était très facile et la terrasse est très agréable avec une vue a 360 degrés sur Naples.

Il fait très chaud dans la cuisine commune, alors que le reste de l établissement est bien climatisé. Une climatisation dans cette partie serait sans doute utile.

Beautiful room in an old picturesque building. Great welcome from the host and explanation of the facilities. Breakfast was great on a rooftop terrace in the sun.

The staff were incredible, you couldn’t be better taken care of. The brekkie was lovely on the roof. The building is beyond beautiful. The room is very pleasantly air conditioned, coming home felt like heaven after a very hot Neapolitan day. Free bottle of wine didn’t hurt! Will be coming back.

Only thing I’d say is there was an occasional strong smell of sulfur coming from the bathroom, unsure if this is sewage related or not. Also patchy wifi connection.

I don’t even know where to start. I should probably begin with the beautiful location, but I simply cannot put the hosts anywhere other than first place. If you want to meet kind and genuinely wonderful people who will do everything they can to make you feel welcome and help you in any way possible, this is the place to stay. Patrizia is a true gem of Napoli. She is the kindest and sweetest lady, and she can put a smile on your face that lasts throughout your entire trip. She made us feel like old friends from the very beginning, and that made our stay even more special. Nicolo was our main contact before and during our stay, and he was always quick to reply and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to our cars. We were also given two parking spaces, which was incredibly kind and helpful of our hosts. And now, about the place itself. It is a rare experience to stay somewhere that other tourists stop to take pictures of because of its magnificent architecture. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. There was food, water and even wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. Having breakfast on the rooftop was a wonderful experience. Even though we were melting in the sun, the view of the city and Mount Vesuvius made it absolutely worth it. This may sound almost too sweet to be true, but our stay, our hosts and this beautiful place truly were wonderful. Thank you so much for hosting our family. We hope to come back one day — and stay even longer!

We had a full apartment & kitchen. Fresh bread delivered every day. Interesting staff interactions, a balcony, a real reception area. It might be rough for some because it's Naples but it provided a deeply authentic experience.

We thought that if our group all had rooms at the palace, then we would all have access to the same areas at the same time. This wasn't actually true. The location and/or non-English-speaking staff might scare off some, but we enjoyed the experience!

Nicolo and Patrizia were very kind and helpful. They assisted with carrying and storing luggage. Patrizia made great breakfasts for us and even supplied me with first aid supplies when I needed them! Very cordial and Nicolo answered promptly through WhatsApp whenever we needed assistance.

The many stairs up to the small double room were daunting.

One of the oldest buildings in Napoli. Very atmospheric. No noise from outside, very caim. Spacious living room. Fantastic breakfast on the roof with a view to the town. Patricia is very open-heart person, was a pleasure to communicate with her. Thank you very much Patricia for your smiles!

Pięknie położony kompleks apartamentów w zabytkowej kamienicy z cudowną klatką schodową oraz tarasem na dachu. Pani Patricia dba o komfort Gości i jest bardzo miła. Apartament i części wspólne urządzone w fajnym klimacie. Lokalizacja blisko starego miasta.

Las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso enormes, una pesadilla, no hay ascensor ni persona que te ayude a llevar las maletas. Por otro lado, se trata de una pensión o un Break and bredfast, en ningún modo, se trata de un Hotel de cuatro estrellas, como vienen en Booking, por tanto ha sido muy decepcionante. La habitación era muy pequeña, sin armario, 1/4 de baño, enano y tipo pensión. Pensamos que era un Hotel cuatro estrellas, unas habitaciones más en condiciones, no entiendo la valoración de nueve en Booking ni que ponga cuatro estrellas.

Wunderbares Gebäude, sehr nette Gastgeber. Alles schön sauber und unheimlich einladend. Super Balkon über den Innenhof, eine echte Ruheoase mitten in Neapel. Die Straße, in der die Pension liegt, ist genial, die beste Einkaufsstraße in ganz Neapel.

The walls to the next room are a bit thin. So your quality of sleep is depending on your neighbour.

J'ai pris plusieurs jours pour trouver un logement à Naples qui soit bien placé, au calme, atypique, confortable, avec une touche humaine. Et franchement le logement était au-delà de mes attentes. Le lieu est magnifique, Patrizia est d'une gentillesse indescriptible, le quartier vivant mais très sécurisant, parfaitement situé pour visiter Naples, et les chambres et les espaces communs ont été rénovés avec goût. Bref, je suis certaine de revenir un jour dans ce merveilleux endroit ✨

La position dans le centre et à quelques minutes du centre historique. La chambre très jolie et la petite cuisine commune à disposition. La terrasse pour iel petit dej. Magnifique. L’accueil de Patricia, très chaleureux et pleine de vie.

Δεν μου άρεσε που πλήρωσα σουίτα κ πήγα στον τέταρτο όροφο με τα πόδια σε ένα δωμάτιο χωρίς ψυγείο μόνο με ένα κρεβάτι ενώ δύο μέρες που έβαλα τα παράπονα μου πήγα στο ισόγειο σε πραγματική σουίτα ουαου φοβερή αλλά της άλλες δύο μέρες δηνοπαθισα η Πατρίτσια δύναμη

Ότι δύο μέρες σε ένα δωμάτιο στο τέταρτο όροφο με τα πόδια χωρίς ψυγείο κ άλλες ανέσεις σουίτας που είχα πλήρωση ΝΙΚΟΛΟ

Superbe établissement, l’accueil de Patrizia fut en tout point parfait, chaleureuse , enjouée, de très bons conseils.

Our host was exceptional. She was a joy to meet each morning at breakfast on the fabulous roof garden. The terrace and kitchenette area was also a bonus for taking meals up in the evening. We always got our steps in when traversing the magnificent Central feature stairs.

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, sehr sauber, mitten in der Stadt, anscheinend außerhalb der ZTL. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht!

De locatie is perfect. De prijs voor de accommodatie was uitstekend. Het terras, waar het ontbijt werd geserveerd, was prachtig. Patrizia was een geweldige en vriendelijke host! Geen moeite was haar teveel om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken.

Omdat het een oud gebouw is was de riolering af en toe te ruiken. Natuurlijk is er geen lift in een monumentaal pand als The Spanish Palace maar de kamer op de vierde verdieping was wel lastig te bereiken met een zware koffer!

De locatie was geweldig. En heel erg mooi ook. Het dakterras briljant met uitzicht op de Vesuvius. De host was zeer hulpvaardig (en grappig) en hielp ons aan niet alleen een parkeerplaats, maar ook een toprestaurant!

De bedden waren niet top. De kamer zelf was vrij eenvoudig. Een hele goeie uitvalsbasis en plek om te slapen, niet per se een plek om even lekker rond te hangen.

EVERYTHING! The apartment was clean, set up & ready when we arrived. Plenty of room, W/D, snacks, juice, coffee, breakfast brought to or apartment every morning! Roof top dining area! Amazing view of Mt. Vesuvius & surrounding area. Had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, which was fixed within 30 minutes, BY THE OWNER, after reporting. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful lady, Patrizia, to attend to anything we wanted! She's like your own personal concierge! Even had an app for translation. The building is a historical site. 300+ years old & just beautiful! Lots of restaurants, gift & clothing shops, fresh produce, pharmacy in the immediate area.

Schon das Gebäude ist sehr beeindruckend. Wenn man die Treppen geschafft hat, wird man überaus herzlich von Patrizia empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es steht auch sonst den ganzen Tag einiges an Leckereien und Getränken bereit. Wir haben zur Begrüßung sogar leckeren Wein bekommen, den wir auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse genießen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolo war sehr angenehm. Er hat immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Aber die Sensation ist eindeutig Patrizia 😍 sie ist so unfassbar herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Patrizia hätte 100 Sterne verdient Wenn man kein italienisch spricht, hilft eine Übersetzer App, denn Patrizia spricht kein englisch. Das ist aber kein Problem. Die Lage ist perfekt. Allerdings muss man viele Treppen steigen ( die Mühe lohnt sich!!) Wir können die Unterkunft zu 💯 % weiter empfehlen

Grandezza, localizzazione, stile

Se si cerca un’esperienza autentica di Napoli, questa struttura è assolutamente il posto giusto. Si é immersi nella vita vera di un quartiere pulsante. L‘edificio è incredibile, una bellezza che viene visitata regolarmente dalle guide che offrono il giro di Napoli. La ristrutturazione degli interni è bellissima, rispettosa ma moderna ed efficiente.

Ho fatto quattro piani a piedi ma é inevitabile. Mai si potrebbe aggiungere un ascensore che rovinerebbe l’estetica e l’architettura unica dell‘edificio.

Patrizia, die Seele des B&B, war so herzlich das wir uns sofort wohl fühlten, Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum wo man sich auch abends bei einem Glas Wein entspannen konnte

le privilège de monter le bel escalier de ce palazzo, la hauteur sous plafond, la commnication facile par whatsapp avec l'hote , le petit dejeuner copieux (pain frais, beurre, confiture, fromages, charcuterie, yaourts, jus de fruit, lait, café), la possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out. Le quartier peut surprendre, mais pas d'insécurité et proche du centre historique. Nuit calme. On peut tout faire à pied ou aller chercher le métro

Nous avons été accueilli par un tres gentille femme qui ne parlait qu'italien, pas très facile de tout comprendre meme avec le traducteur google. Quelques explications auraient été nécessaire pour la plaque de cuisson (interrupteur dédié) et l'eau chaude dans l'une des 2 douches car pas d'eau chaude. Heureusement qu'il y avait 2 salles de bain car dans l'une pas d'eau chaude pour la douche, et dans l'autre chasse d'eau des toilettes ne marchait pas. La suite familiale est très sombre, les petites fenetres donnent sur des mini cours fermées. Pas de grandes fenetres sauf dans les salles communes avec l'autre appartement non précisée lors de la réservation (celle avec le piano et celle avec la grande table sur laquelle est déposée le petit dejeuner le matin. Dans les salles de bain aucune possibilité de pendre les serviettes. Enfin très mauvaise connexion wifi. Heureusement que nous n'avions que 2 nuits

Cadre formidable, dans un monument historique. Terrasse commune avec vue superbe. Chambre agréable et très propre, salle de bains super. Accueil très sympa. Emplacement parfait.

Petit dej dans un cadre fabuleux, pourrait être amélioré avec jus de fruit frais ou tout simplement fruits frais, et/ou oeufs. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés du tout, mais signaler qu'il y a des escaliers (superbes) à gravir pour accéder aux chambre du 4e étage et à la terrasse.
