Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Nothing. I was unable to access or use the accommodation because the host was completely unreachable before and during the scheduled stay.
The host was completely unreachable. The WhatsApp number provided only displayed "Invite to WhatsApp", the phone number was not in service, SMS messages failed, and messages sent through Booking.com received no response before or during the stay. I attempted to contact the host before check-in to obtain the unit details and check-in instructions but received no reply. As I could not risk being stranded without accommodation, I had to book another place at the last minute, resulting in additional expenses. After encountering this issue, I discovered that several recent guests had reported experiencing the same problem. I cannot recommend this property unless the communication issue is resolved.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Excellent place to stay for a few nights. The room was clean and well maintained. Thoughtfully designed layout made the space very practical for a longer term stay. Kitchen had all the amenities you’d need for some light cooking. Bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower and bathtub (which unfortunately I did not have an opportunity to use). Laundry area had a washing machine and dryer and was located out of the way. Bedroom was comfortable. Hardly noticed any noise from neighbours or outside traffic. Supermarket across the road if you need to stock up on supplies. Ample parking. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a place in the Sri Hartamas area.
Need to have the a/c on most of the time of you wanted to just hang out in the room but that would be the same for a hotel room.

Reviewed May 11, 2026I had a pleasant stay at Dorsett Residence Sri Hartamas. The cleanliness was excellent, and i really appreciated the water filter machine provided in the unit - very convenient as there was no need to boil water. The space allocation and layout were also very well designed, making the stay comfortable and practical.
A few areas that could be improved would be the sofa and pouf, as they felt a bit too hard to sit on. It would also be great if the bed mattress could be changed to a softer type for better sleeping comfort. Overall, still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The host easy to deal with; we arrived earlier and when we informed the host we allowed to check in earlier also provide us with extra card access (upon request), and the also the location.
Its a studio apartment but would be good if there's a door for the main bedroom for more privacy. Should provide a qibla direction sign, and a sign 'halal utensil' or similar for the items in the kitchen area to ensure guests , tq.

The property owner, listed Dorset Residences Hartamas - Apartment with city view under “owner name as Sumira Ent (based on the WhatsApp profile linked to +6011-6281 621), has committed a scam. The owner failed to answer phone calls, did not respond to any of my messages, and never provided the apartment number or check-in details. As a result, my friends and I were unable to access the property or obtain the keys. My payment was effectively lost (“burnt”) as we were forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. The most serious part of this incident is that the owner deceived both me and my friend into booking the same property, making us believe we were renting two different apartments. In reality, there was only one unit, but the owner accepted two separate bookings and payments for the same property. This incident clearly indicates fraudulent behaviour, and I request an immediate investigation, refund, and removal of this listing from the platform to prevent other guests from being scammed.

The aircon need to service and washing machine need to do deep cleaning without cloths so that better to maintain the machine. Add a tool(shower basket) to keep shampoo and shower items in the bathing portion/room in the bathroom.
