Love the location . Staff very friendly .

The roosyer next door that started crowing very early in the morning . Could only just get in the bathroom as toilet to far forward .

Breakfast was ok it had alot of choice but could be improved

I didnt like that i couldnt go in the pool till after 9 am as i am a early riser and like a walk and a swim.

Central Legian location close to the beach friendly staff and good breaky options. 2 lovely pools

Issues with shower and no hot water and toilets not flushing both of which were quickly rectified by staff.

Rooster outside my window all day and night , shower took along time to get warm and the aircon was slow to cool the room down

The friendly staff. Location was amazing. Very comfortable beds and good pillows. Breakfast was basic but still good. Bacon and eggs cooked fresh for you each morning when requested.

Can only fault that the pools were cold and didn’t get enough sun.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were always cheerful and happy to assist.

We requested a second doona/blanket and were told that we had to turn the air con up and that we couldn't have one.

The reception staff we good. The most comfortable beds of the 4 hotels we stayed at.

The breakfast was not up to my expectations for what we paid for. The staff could have been more attentive to empty food trays, we had to keep asking for the teapot or to refill food trays.

The floor in our room was greasy you could see it had been mopped but was slippery- lucky i had slippers from home. Outside was quite loud too

The staff were beautiful and you couldnt get a better spot for convenience, right in the heart of Garlic Lane. Plus there is a lovely spa out the front, the breakfast was yummy for the small selection they had.

The hotel was great for what you pay however, it is dated with old bathrooms.

The property is in a great location, Garlic Lane Legian. I’m a regular visitor to Bali and the location was quite central for those who like to stay around Kuta, Legian or Seminyak. Plenty great eateries and shops nearby.

As a regular to Bali, I’d say it was the most disappointing hotel to stay at compared to other places I’ve stayed at. The buffet breakfast was quite awful! And if you’re late to breakfast, sometimes the watery juice runs out and they don’t refill. There’s no pancakes or waffles served at their buffet. Just slop. For me, a great buffet breakfast is an essential part of staying at a hotel in Bali. There’s something special about starting the day with an incredible spread of fresh tropical fruit, made-to-order eggs, pastries, Indonesian favourites, fresh juices and great coffee. It sets the tone for the whole day, whether you’re heading to the beach, out exploring or simply relaxing by the pool. A memorable breakfast isn’t just a meal… it’s part of the Bali experience. Well this hotel doesn’t offer that at all! They just cut corners everywhere. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast every morning - the Lokal or Warung Happy serve great breakfast. Also you need to use your door card to put in the power slot to run the electricity in your room. We wanted to charge our power banks while we were out but no hotel card in the power slot means no electricity in the room. Even the fridge turns off. No air con running in the room either without power, it’s not nice coming back into a warm room after a day out. Never staying at this property again.

Once you take your room key out the air goes off so when you return to your room it can be quite stuffy. Our toilet stopped flushing at one point ( they did fix it) & the hot water can take quite a while to come through. They do provide an iron & board they are not in every room they bring it if requested.

The room was very clean and AC was on in room when we arrived, staff were absolutely the best, bed nice and comfortable and buffet breakfast was beautiful with selection changing each day! The best value for money and close to where we needed to for dental appointments! Great communication!

Battery in remote was going flat. And shower was a little touchy with heat and pressure. But not major at all!

Would of preferred buffet breakfast, not a lot of choices. South facing room has Rooster next door that crowed constantly from 4am, the staff were very accommodating and changed our room.Obviously not the hotels 🐓 .

The staff are incredible, no worries there, very honest and you safe, warming and welcomed. The daily cleaning is lovely and not intrusive at all. Use your door tag, and they work around you. The little spa next door is convenient and gives a nice enough massage, not 5 star rooms or setting but has a nice kind and friendly local vibe...wecwent nearly every day. Shellac removal takes a long time as it's all done by hand filing and buffing, not the best removal technique for nail health, but really happy with end result. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely relaxing stay. The location is brilliant. We used booking.com taxi service, which was great

Probably due to the rain, our room smelt mouldy and was damp. On returning home, the mould smell in all our suit case items was definitely there. However, a good wash and hung out in the dry weather all sorted. The pool bar wasn't open, now that was disappointing, to be honest, that's why I chose the hotel. To be fair, however, the weather wasn't the best, so understanding as to why. It would have been good for the bar staff to just check in on the pool area and offer drinks as you had to get on and out of the pool in your swimmers and into the bar area wet with slippery tiles to get drinks. Breakfast was clean, tidy, and welcoming, and had all you need. It just wasn't to my husband's liking flavour wise. This is not a negative experience, just personal preference, so not a reason not to choose the hotel. Tiles are slippery in pool access rooms, maybe some non-slip mats as I used pool towels to walk on to mitigate slips. Personally, I can't stand the shower wands, and the bathrooms are older. However, impeccably clean.

This is a personal preference but I don't like a soft mattress. There was a pillow topper on the mattress which made it way too soft for me. The shower stall could use a bit of a makeover but otherwise okay.

One small water glass was broken in the bathroom. We were charged a crazy amount for something that costs so little and was an accident. This is not a good way to treat customers. Suggest you get some plastic glasses that are safer too.

The power went out, and didn't even get a free night or drink, when i had no air-conditioning all night.

Fantastic location on Garlic Lane. Walking distance to beach for beer and sunset. Heaps of restaurants, warungs and night life near by. Good honest money change near by. Market stalls and spa just outside front door. Would stay again.

The room I had the shower is over the bath. As I am an older solo traveller it was concerning should you slip/fall when attempt to get out of bathtub after showing. I believe they are renovating rooms and removing bath tubs which will be fantastic.

Friendly and helpful staff who greeted by name. Clean and comfortable rooms and good value for money. A great help to organise travel and suggestions of where to go
