Nagyon jó helyen, csendes kis utcában van ez a családias jellegű hotel. Rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak a dolgozók. Nagyon finom és bőséges volt a reggeli, jólesett az üdvözlő ital érkezéskor. A csomagokra vigyáztak pár órát miután kijelentkeztünk és a medencét is használhattuk volna még amíg vártunk a továbbindulásunkra.

Az ágymatrac már ki volt feküdve. Meleg víz helyett csak éppen nem teljesen hideg volt a fürdőben. A szobában a padlót rendesebben fel kellene mosni és jó lenne hajszárító is. Egy éjszakát maradtunk, így nem kértük hogy ezekkel a problémákkal foglalkozzanak, ár-érték arányban így is bőven rendben volt a szoba és a szolgáltatás. A medence melletti zene rendesen behallatszik a szobákba mert az erkélyajtók nem zárnak, ez egyeseket zavarhat.

Comunication was terrible, Toilet was removed from room with out notification, no hot water, no cold water, no shower curtain, mugs and glasses where rarely changed.

The Pool was fantastic located within the perimeter of the hotel rooms. Our hotel room was basic for the Pool side Premier room, but it was a great location to get access to the pool, we could also sit on our balcony and have a drink , relax and watch the world go by.

I think that because the hotel is of the "older style " of Balinese rooms that they may need a bit of a re-fresh. But they were cleaned daily and the staff were very attentive.

The stairs are rather large and can be a hazard for older people with any physical problems.

The staff and facilities were excellent and friendly. Access to the pool you just step out your room. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable answering all questions.

Being down an alley way some drivers don’t want to go to the front of the hotel.

Too expensive for an old hotel that needs a renovation. Room door security is just a cheap handle lock, I didn’t feel safe. The safety box was bolted to a removable shelf in the cupboard, anyone could pick it up and walk out with it. The bathroom was in an awful state of disrepair with a terrible shower head.

Had a wonderful aromatherapy message with the amazing Suma. She has magic hands I highly recommend. Lovely pool.

Location perfect in a small lane away from traffic! Near beach. Kind, welcoming and attentive staff. Great atmosphere at happy hour. Breakfast amazing. Lovely pool setting. An older style hotel that's good value on many levels. Comfortable bed. There are 14 good reasons to stay here!

Taxis may choose not to come down narrow lane if you have heavy luggage.

Close to the beach and markets, lots of cafes just around the corner. The beds a little hard but I don’t mind that, prefer it to too soft beds.

The lounges are up on a slippery wooden deck, it would be very easy to slip and hurt yourself especially coming out of the pool.

It needs a refresh. Bathroom curtain does not go to ground so water is always on floor in bathroom. Not enough pool towels very hard to get them when wanted.

Room issues - dirty marks on the bed sheets, stains on the towels, air conditioning remote not working, no hot water & no available power points (husband requires a sleep apnea machine and no power point near bed) People smoking in the dining & pool areas. Should have smoking and non-smoking areas. Rating would be a 1 if it was not for the breakfast.

Amazing location in Legian, close to the beach and all the bars and nightlife. Breakfast and room service was incredible and super cheap

Massive shortage on towels, not sure if that’s a common occurrence but throughout our week stay we barely ever got fresh towels and never got beach towels so we often had to just air dry which wasn’t ideal tbh. Also our double bed was just two singles squished together which sucked and the pillows were super uncomfortable. The aircon also wasn’t great

Some of the staff were lovely and a great location

Pool was freezing, could not even swim in it despite how hot it was. We always had to ask for towels as there were never any in our room if there was they had marks, we did get a dirty sheet put on our bed. One of the male staff members wasn’t very nice and was rude and pushy.

Loved the room, it was clean, spacious and aircon worked well.

The time it took to get anything from the resturant. It seemed disorganised, with the timing of the food delivery and having to ask for items 2 or 3 times items. There was a bill mix up as well.

Based on my stay, the highlight would have to be the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was made to order, and they also had a small buffet (cereal, bread, fruit, tea and coffee). The location was great, just off the main street and a short walk to the beach. The hotel was family friendly and would stay again.

The rooms were tired and require some deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. I found the rooms differ depending on what floor you stayed on.

The bed and room was average. Still manageable but there were some ants. Definitely paying more for the location and lovely pool.

We had to ask for bathroom towels nearly every day And pool towels are scarce My husband couldn't get in pool steps to steep and nothing to hang on to. When ordering drinks it took so long once we waited 20 minutes and they weren't busy

Location down an alleyway was within easy walk to ships restaurant and the beach

Sewerage smell, no towels until after 7pm first day, room not cleaned until 3-4pm daily, never left water, beds hard, no pool towels everyday for 3 days. No bath may, guest towels or face washers. Breakfast below average. Staff lovely, male boss man abrupt though

Lokatie is top. Rustig achteraf straatje gelegen slechts 3 minuten van het strand. winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Wij waren er in juli en augustus. Veel senioren uit Australie. Lekker rustig. Als gezin hebben wij het ervaren als een top hotel.

De service is gewoon anders en leg je verwachtingen niet te hoog. Kwaliteit prijs verhouding is goed en het personeel doet meer dan z'n beste maar er is geen logica van werk wijze. Als je alles nog een keer vraagt komt het altijd weer goed. Onthoud wat je besteld aan de bar en teken hier ook voor.

We had such an amazing time. Food and drinks were lovely by the pool. We felt so relaxed, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything

all facilities were good.

the bathroom bath/shower curtain needed attention. It was not very clean with mouldy spots on the base of the shower curtain. We were only there for one night and I mentioned the problem to the front desk staff.

The service was great, food was delicious, staff decorated the room beautifully for my daughters birthday, they were also kind enough to carry our bags upstairs on arrival. Beautiful pool area.

This hotel has a lovely clean pool and is walking distance to the beach and shopping. I stayed in a poolside room had a few issues with mosquitoes and the cleaners made my bed but forgot the towels and bathmat a few times. Overall though it was a pleasant experience and i have stayed there twice now and would go again. The television and air conditioning worked well and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and loved the balcony area in the poolside room. Staff were very friendly and accommodation, especially Dila. Great location, short walk to garlic lane and other popular restaurants and spas. Would love to come stay again

Central location, quiet and good value for money in Legian. Nice pool, small hotel with attentive staff. Breakfast and lunches were tasty. Room massages are good, laundry is close if you need and you are centrally located for restaurants and the beach. We were able to store luggage when we went to other places like Flores so that was good. If you want value for money are are not worried about all the 'big hotel' offerings and expense that goes with that then this is a great option.

Some things to work on: Being able to check in on time as we stayed at the property three times over a three week period while we island hopped between Nusa Lembongan and Flores and two out of the three times we had to wait over an hour to check in despite asking for an early check in on one occassion four months prior. There was also the usual minor issues in Bali such as leaky or smelly plumbing (not a big issue), safes did not work, air con leaked but not such an issue that it ruined anything. Towels and water were not always replaced but again this was not a big issue - some inconsistencies but not terrible.

Breakfast was boring and very plain if it wasn't for the choice of rice or noodles not worth the extra per night per person

Water pressure was pathetic warm water was poor Had to ask regularly for room to be cleaned as had the only room without a front door handle to hang sign on No hot water for 2 days room description was poolside with garden hmmm couldn't even see the pool Front door has major gaps so bug spray a must Pool is very cold as not much sun can warm it

Only things that could be improved would be the flush power of the toilet and the shower which sprays everywhere. Only minor things really. Overall everything was a great experience

Loved the quietness, the location, the whole natural vibe the pool area had to offer, the food and cocktails was amazing. Breakfast buffet had alot of choices.

Très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage, et au calme. Chambre spacieuse globalement propre. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, assez varié. Ambiance sympa avec un groupe de musique de 16h à 20h au bord de la piscine. Bar dans la piscine, on peut boire directement dans l'eau c'est sympa.

Il manquait le rideau de douche et les serviettes à notre arrivée. On nous les a apportés rapidement par la suite.
