Reviewed Apr 11, 2025The property overall is just splendid. The view, and sunrises, from the top floor lounge are outstanding. You also get to watch planes land in at the airport (not frequent enough to be a bother), which was great for my son. The bedrooms are large and well appointed, and the house is generally done to a high standard. 7 mins to town, 7 mins to the airport, by car - well placed for everything you’d need in Queenstown.
Possibly just the TV - sounds slightly ridiculous when you’re there for the outdoor activities, but with two small kids, a few children’s channels would be great (or the ability to airplay for Apple users and/or sign into Netflix).

Reviewed Mar 27, 2025The house offers a stunning view overlooking the lake. It is not too far from Queenstown's center, it's only a short drive to the shopping center. The location is ideal for a holiday stay if you're looking to be based in Queenstown.
Carpert stained, curtain in the master bedroom was ripped, needs to be replaced. We had a few problem with the dishwasher and oven but got responded fairly quickly when we asked for helps.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025The view is sensational with plenty of parking and large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Large kitchen and nice dining area.
Parts of the property need touching up. As previous posts have noted, the shear curtains in the bedrooms are ripped and provide little privacy - important as the properties below look up. Advert said renting entire property including outdoor areas. However, there was a sign that the outdoor BBQ could not be used by guests - only by owners. Crazy during a NZ summer I’m a resort town and a waste of the outdoor area which has evening sun.

Property a little tired in places such as stain marks on most table and chairs however did not detract hugely from overall experience

Reviewed Nov 29, 2024Breathtaking view over Queenstown lake, super clean and beds were super comfortable. Had family over from Ireland for a visit and they were blown away how amazing the accommodation was.
The one thing that was missing was there were no cleaning cloth available to wipe down the kitchen tops after use.
