Кондишен есть, стирка есть. Выглядит дороже своей цены. Есть небольшое лобби со столиками, явно для местечковых презентаций и сборищ для модной молодежи. Рядом есть магазинчики, метро. Причем ветка и до пагоды, и до колокольной башни (почти почти)

Жили в номере на 4х человек. Санузел и душевая не имеет дверей - занавески. Для проживания больше двух человек - решение так себе. В номере не хватает света. Меньше видишь - крепче спишь. Тот вариант, когда функционалом жертвуют в угоду дизайну.

The hotel is farther than it seems from the city wall and the area is rather chaotic, but the area is also full of good restaurants. From the outside, you don't imagine there is such a nice hotel hidden in that building

Nice modern and original location with warm staff

Our family room was not clean, especially bathroom, after our complaint they change it with two double rooms - appreciate the move at the end. Breakfast not included, maybe basic stuff should be available for purchase; portale breakfast bags is a good idea but products were not fresh.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are beautiful, equipped. Location is great, next to a very good food court and not far from the city walls. Staff has been friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend!

L'hotel è ben curato nell'arredamento e nello stile, la camera era molto spaziosa e comoda. Personale gentile. Nei pressi della struttura ci sono ristoranti e negozi anche se l'albergo si trova fuori dalle mura del centro storico.

Das Appartement für vier Personen war geräumig und hell. Viel Platz für alle. Die Stadtmauer von Xi'an war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist von der Gestaltung her anders als in Standard-Hotels, aber durchaus geschmackvoll.

Das Frühstück als Lunch-Paket mit viel Verpackungsmüll ist nicht gut. Für europäische Gewohnheit ist es zudem gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass Toilette und Dusche halb-offen im Raum sind und nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt werden.

Хороший отель, приятная, чистая комната, интересный дизайн. Администратор приветлива, отвечает на любые вопросы. Соседей было не слышно, для отдыха прекрасное место.

It’s not as walkable in the heat to the drum and bell towers but it’s well located to shops and restaurants. It’s on a beautiful tree-lined street. The hotel designer is great and WiFi is better than some of the other hotels we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the laundry was free to use. Would stay here again.

They were not able to provide breakfast but made little packs for the first night stay only. It will be great if they can at least provide a free coffee every day we stayed. Staff don’t speak English but attempt to provide information and recommendations in English via WeChat.

The location was great for walking, local food (with a great food hall/mall across the road). It had a great vibe. Two cups of free coffee a day - great flat white coffee;-). Communal places to sit and have a beer were excellent! The staff were lovely we had a great (large) room!

It was a good budget hotel. Photos make it look a little better but all in all it is absolutely fine Location is good. Best to check cycle to bell tower etc. clean and very good washing machines

The main thing I had a problem with in my room was the intense smell of air freshener- which is likely to try and mask smoke smell. I just find it hard to deal with any of those air fresheners. I didn’t say it to the staff so my own fault. They may have changed the room for me The shower is excellent and disposable towels are handy !!! Room big. Sheets and bedding excellent too Staff were helpful when you asked.

We had a room upgrade to a wonderful, spacious room, even with a swing. The concept of the Design rooms was nice and the ambiente special.

Great location and very helpful staff! The gal at the front desk sent me suggestions for around the area and answered all of my questions. I had the duplex room and it was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Walkable to a lot of sights.

The room could have used more dusting, but it wasn’t an issue.

1. es wurde KEIN Frühstück angeboten, obwohl wir diese Unterkunft extra mit Frühstück gebucht hatten 2. wo ist der Esstisch? 3. man guckt auf ein keine 3 m entferntes heruntergekommenes Hochhaus, aus dem man direkt ins Zimmer gucken kann.

Ein sehr großes Zimmer, hell und ein bequemes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Design des Hotels ist individuell und aus unserer Sicht schön gemacht.

Es könnte alles in allem etwas sauberer sein. Leider sieht man, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wird. Ich denke, mit geringem Aufwand würde es die Qualität steigern.

Nice quaint place in quiet part, just outside the south gate. Laundry availability is good. Washer and drier. There is also a food court in the department store around the corner.

This is a cheap motel with nice design details that look good in pictures. If you are paying more than $30, don't book. It's incredibly cheap in odd ways- for example, the toilet has no door, only a shower curtain, the sheets are synthetic and they try to claim they have "free breakfast" by giving you a bag of junk food from a convenience store. I realized they had lowered the prices to far less than I had paid, and I'd simply misinterpreted this to be a much nicer hotel. For a cheap hotel, it's fine. If they invested in the property (painting, bathroom doors, coffee, etc) and didn't offer breakfast, it could be a hipster boutique hotel, and might be worth the price they're charging.

Quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso, limpo, silencioso e com banheira. Ganhei um presente, acho que por ser meu aniversário, mas foi bem especial. Salgadinhos e snacks na recepção, adorei porque consegui provar sabores diferentes da China. Me permitiram Deixar minhas malas na recepção. De todos os hotéis da China esse foi o melhor!

Lovely boutique hotel located conveniently near all the sights, but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were very friendly, the room was big and comfortable.

the bath towels were not very absorbent. Higher quality bath towels would have improved our stay.

Aged and not so clean. They advertise city view, but the view out the window was just another building and space between buildings. Quite an untidy sight actually. Not boutique in my opinion.

One other thing to be cautious, the bathroom does not have doors. Also no thin curtains so neighbors can see in. Pluses: bed is ok but duvet smells of cigarettes. Good design. Kind staff. Lobby area amazing plus you get free try on of traditional medieval Chinese dresses. Also neighbourhood wierd, had some man trying to scare me in middle of street 22h, shops still open.

Я не поняла, что за идея с завтраком. У них есть своё кафе, везде написано, что завтрак включен, но на самом деле – дают пакет со снеками, а завтраком не угощают, хотя могли бы…

The room is unique. However, the room is overlooking the next building that is an old folks home.

I am not sure why the location is rated so highly. It is within walking distance to the metro station but it is not extremely close. Hotel staff is very thoughtful, they have prepared some snacks for us to bring when we were heading out to catch early train.

We stayed at the loft unit. I thought the layout is quite refreshing. However, the room is dim and the body towel can hardly cover half of our body. The texture is not the normal bath towel, too much design and doesn’t serve the purpose as a bath towel.

The furniture in the room varies from what they showed on the website. Specifically the big single sofa was not available as we were only given a simple balcony chair, was told that the comfortable sofa was faulty and they cannot find an immediate replacement. So good luck to you if you are to select the loft unit.

Room was very spacious and in two levels. In the upper level is matress on the floor (no proper bed), but it is very comfy. Bathroom is big, toilet is separated. Everything is very clean, they are cleaning every day (make bed, rubbish bins...). I really liked the location - hotel is 10 min walking distance to subway, right opposite is a restaurant with hot pots; on the street is big supermarket, small shops are set along the street. 200 mts away is a big food market with food court, in 5 min you can reach big shopping mall. Tourist attractions are quite close, if you are not lazy in walking. In short, very convenient location, not residential area. Oh, and one girl on the reception has spoken very good english (otherwise rare thing in hostels in Beijing).

1-Illumination in the room - many lights but especially in the night is quite dark in the bathroom, I hardly shaved myself. 2-They put really good attention to details and equipment (cattle, tooth brush, cleaning...), but there was no towel in the room. If I would ask, I could get it probably, but I didn't want to complicate, as I have one in my backpack. 3-There is no breakfast, even stated in booking (one of the reasons, why I choose this hotel). Stuff wanted to prepare me some packed breakfast but I didn't want to complicate matter. They gave me 2 coffee coupons as they run a bar beside hotel, but actually food court one street away was more fun to eat. All in all, everything fine.

La struttura è relativamente pulita e centrale e lo staff è molto disponibile e ti accolgono con un piccolo regalo

Le camere sono grandi ma spoglie, in camera appena arrivati abbiamo trovato polvere dietro al letto, non vengono fornite asciugamani o teli bagno ma solo teli e asciugamani di carta usa e getta ( cosa che per il prezzo è inammissibile) e non si può dire che lo fanno per essere eco perché sarebbe solo una scusa. La zona è poco fuori le mura ma a questo prezzo si trova di meglio e più centrale. Il bagno è poco luminoso e i servizi sono molto scadenti.

Loved the interior of the rooms, great shower and comfortable bed. Good price quality, and we loved the location close enough but not too far from the main attractions.

Large spacious rooms, no doors so it’s only curtains. It’s a few min walk from the metro and about 20min from the city wall. The staff were easy to access by WeChat or translator app and most during my stay could communicate easily in English. They have a welcome gift as well upon arrival and a map detailing what is around to make it easier to explore

The towels are all disposable and for hand towels it’s ok but for showers it was a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff has given some great suggestion and local knowledge of the local attractions and food options. Love the location which is vey convenient to Xi’an city wall and not far from Bell and Drum Tower. There are few Metros nearby the hotel. Surprisingly we have received a small goodie bag from the hotel staff on departure. 😍🥰😘I would visit again in the future.

Шикарный светлый номер с двумя огромными окнами, высокими потолками и качелями. Очень стильный и красивый. Красивая ванна прямо в номере. Подогреваемый автоматический унитаз, чтобы смыть надо нажать сбоку на горящий регулятор, а так автоматически смыв включается. Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца, хорошая косметика для душа. Очень хорошие сотрудницы на ресепшен, говорят через онлайн переводчик. Заказывала через них экскурсию к Терракотовым воинам. При заселении подарили пакетик с подарком расческа, крем для рук и два фильтр пакетика с кофе. Кофе очень вкусный. Если выйти из отеля направо до дороги и налево, то на перекрестке справа через дорогу будет огромный фудкорт. А если свернуть на перекрестке налево то дойдете до городской стены, но это не великая китайская стена, а городская. По дороге к стене есть китайский магазинчик с чаем, купила там чай в красивых фарфоровых чайницах с птичками в коробках как шкатулки. Недорого. И владелец угощает чаем, делает чайную церемонию бесплатно.

Все понравилось. Если бы еще растения в номере были бы живые, а не искусственные - номер стал бы по настоящему шикарен.
