El dueño contesta rápidamente y te ayuda en todo momento. Restaurantes y 7 eleven en la misma calle.

Había bastantes cucarachas.

Quedaba cerca al aeropuerto a 20 minutos en carro, pero en una zona muy transitada para ir al centro y distante del mismo. El lugar estaba bien para estar de tránsito, cómodo y tiene lo básico y necesario.

Le falta una cortina a la ducha mínimo, para que el agua no se salga

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, and we felt right at home. Plus, the place is close to everything. I would definitely book our stay there again whenever we’re in the Philippines.

The apartment was excellent — well-equipped with everything you might need, down to the smallest details like a first aid kit. The building itself is of a luxury standard, offering a high level of comfort and quality. Truly a great place to stay!

Location was good. Apartment nice and clean. Most outstanding was Karen’s service. She was amazing, very helpful and quick in response. Her service made a big difference in our tour. Thank You Karen.

I love the location as it was very to near the establishments we wanted to go to. The kitchen was also more than enough for us both. They provided us with a lot of kitchenware, bathroom items, and lots of towels.

The room had everything you might need to have a pleasant stay. It was nicely located, really clean and the staff was friendly. Additionally, just outside the building, there is a minimarket, an ATM and a Laundry so there isn't anything to worry about during the stay. Finally, I consider the price ad hoc to what you get, but booking breakfast is a must especially if arrival time is late at night.

Host was responsive, thoughtful and was easy to deal with. Staff at the lobby were always polite. The unit was clean, cozy and the design was well-thought of-- it's not cluttered or stuffy. I appreciate how the host went the extra mile to make each guest's stay comfortable and memorable. They provided not only complimentary bottled water (6 bottles!) but also espresso, teabags and chocolates. Netflix? Try disney+,hbo go and prime video-- all access. Groceries, restaurants and cafes are nearby, though cooking is possible in the unit and basic condiments are provided. Perfect place for a staycation.

The hostess always replied promptly to queries and requests. She was also very efficient and systematic in handling communications and paperwork and there was very little room for delays and misunderstandings. Check-in was smooth and easy. The location is just right on the border of Makati with the right mix of commercial, business, and residential areas. There was great value for money.

Only costly parking is available. It would have been nice if there was free or reasonably priced parking available ;) Published check-out time is a bit too early than usual. But you can request a late check-out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lush Residence because we felt incredibly secure. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, always greeting us with their warmest smile. The location was ideal too, as everythibg we needed was just around the corner.
