este hotel tiene de todo: mascarillas para el skincare, un bolso de playa con toalla y máscara de buceo, desayuno que inclute tortitas, fruta, tostada con huevos y una bebida... la verdad es que es increíble en todos los sentidos. No te va a faltar de nada! Además de ser súper bonito y tener un servicio excelente!

El hotel es una maravilla, lleno de pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia aún más especial. Puedes utilizar toallas de playa/piscina, máscaras de buceo e incluso una cesta para llevar a la playa. El personal es súper amable y el desayuno está riquísimo, ¡aunque es tanta cantidad que cuesta terminarlo! Muy recomendable.

Room number 1 is smelly (comes from outside) and the toilet was not cleaned properly. It was yellow.i had to ask if they could clean it. Also the ashtray outside the balcony was not cleaned. Also asked to clean that. Good breakfast and nice pool. Tiles by the toilets are wornout. Bathroom is smelly.

This hotel is awesome, the staff is extraordinary. When we arrived one oft he stuff quickly introduced us to the whole island in details. He told us where some good places are to eat, what type of activities we can do (which the staff will also book for you). And which places to avoid. The hotel is perfectly located at the north part of the island, very quiet aswell. We had a fun time on the pool area, and if we had any questions their friendly staff was always kind to help, literally about anything.

The bungalow could have been bigger. Altough the breakfast was great, it would been better if they switched up some menus or added some extra stuff to it on different days, so that it‘s not always the same. Even though they explained alot about the island, the one thing almost biggest questionmark i had was about the tides, no one mentioned anything about how the sea and beach behaves during different times of the day (Morning till early afternoons -> tides are high, good for snorkeling and swimming, after 2-3pm -> low tides, difficult to swim and almost dangerous for snorkeling since some corales are out of the water)

El personal muy buena onda, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cuando teniamos que bucear nos permitieron tomar el desayuno mas tarde (el cual es muuuuy bueno) y nos ayudaron con la coordinacion de vuelta al aeropuerto de Lombok (caballo, barco y taxi) la cual fue perfecta. Ademas la ubicacion del hotel la recomiendo mucho. Un poco mas alejado del centro y cerca de las mejores playas para el sunset. Volveria a ir

Cet hôtel est véritablement un havre de paix à seulement 5mn de la plage. La décoration est très zen avec une touche féminine appréciable. Nous avons adoré dormir dans les petites maisons traditionnelles avec tout le confort. Le personnel est professionnel et toujours très souriant. Je recommande à 100%

Lors de la visite journalière des propriétaires, il n'y a pas eu ni un bonjour, ni un hochement de tête ou un échange avec aucun des clients de leur part. Je trouve que c'est un manquement professionnel. Heureusement que le personnel compense cela avec leurs sourires et leur gentillesse.

Bellissimo il contesto, molto rilassante. Piscina adatta ai ragazzi, colazione davvero top, sempre cucinata sul momento, con smoothies a scelta di frutta fresca, anche questi fatti al momento. Staff super cordiale, consiglio questo boutique hotel per chi cerca pace. Uno dei migliori che ho visto sull'isola senza dubbio

Stunning boutique hotel, just a short walk from the beach. Great facilities and thoughtful touches- hair drier, beach bag and hats and snorkel masks. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Pool was perfect, always loungers and beanbags available. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help- thank you Khalid and team. A little slice of paradise on Gili Air!

Un véritable petit coin de paradis ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec énormément de goût. Notre bungalow était parfaitement équipé, avec même des attentions adorables comme le sac de plage garni de serviettes et deux masques de snorkeling Décathlon ! Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, à la fois délicieux et très copieux, ainsi que la superbe piscine de 15 mètres, merveilleusement chaude. Enfin, un grand merci au personnel, d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité exemplaires. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, ce magnifique établissement vaut vraiment le détour !

El personal molt atent i disposat a ajudar-te en el què vulguessis. L'esmorzar molt bo i complert. La piscina molt bé. Era còmode i tranquil, molt aprop caminant de qualsevol cosa que necessitessis.

La neteja de l'habitació una mica millorable, teníem formigues mortes sota de la finestra i pols sota dels mobles. Tot i que en general la resta estava net.

Deux petites remarques qui n’enlèvent rien au fait que nous avons passé un super séjour: - La piscine est relaxante, mais elle était très-trop chlorée. - Le personnel est top, mais alors qu’ailleurs on a la plupart du temps les salutations du patron ce n’était pas le cas ici

De kamers zien er mooi uit. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. We raden Isla de Agua aan!

De douche werkte niet helemaal naar behoren. Er kwam een mini straaltje uit en niet echt warm water, maar dat vonden we niet super erg.

Super nice staff, great advices for local restaurants etc.. Location was great - nice and quiet (far enough away from night-club music), but close enough to everything else.

I'm sure Gili Air have great beaches for really small kids, but not the best beaches for others. A lot of trash / garbage as well around the island.

The location is good, it is close to a nice part of the island and the padel court.

The staff is friendly, however training in regards service would help and English language training is needed for some of them. Also the place does not have a single woman as part of the staff. It isn’t spotless, and the cleaning seems to be very superficial. Bed was not comfortable at all.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben mir der schöne Poolbereich und die gemütlichen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte jeden Tag wählen. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Es un hotel boutique mucho más bonito y cuidado que cualquiera de la isla. En directo es mejor que en las fotos. Pequeño y acogedor, aunque la piscina es grande, con todo pensado para que tú puedas disfrutar. Elena, nos hizo un upgrade de la habitación durante 4 días y nos permitió estar en sus nuevos bungalows recién reformados sin pagar nada adicional. Es toda una experiencia desde que llegas, con muchísimos detalles para el cliente. El desayuno es estupendo. Ofrecen los mejores consejos y recomendaciones para sacar el máximo provecho a la isla, y también pueden contratar por ti todo tipo de servicios como masajista a domicilio, traslado en barco, tours en barco, alquiler de bicicletas o lavandería. La decoración está cuidada al máximo, se nota el buen gusto de su dueña. Sin duda este hotel y su magnífico personal ha hecho que nuestra estancia en Gili Air haya sido de lo más relajante e inolvidable. Ojalá volver algún día.

The hotel was new when we did arrive that all was clean and new. Looks like the owner but most attention to be friendly and on the design.

For this price the breakfast was to simple. Also i missed little privacy which might be caused by design to make one open cycle. When we arrive no food and less options of drinks where a available cause it was to new. To me all was desined to look good but not really practica. Like i missed shadow spots. For the price value i did stay on better places.

This place took my heart. Spotlessly clean, fresh, calm and silent (yes I came from Canggu). I loved every minute of my stay and still can’t believe I found a place like this for the price I paid (especially including breakfast full of fresh fruits, juices, etc). It was beyond my expectations from my first step into this oasis - the staff is extremely supportive and proactive, I appreciate it a lot - this trip was a last minute decision and I literally didn’t know anything about the island. Walk distance from beaches with turtle snorkeling (the place provides full face masks, beach towels, beach bag, hats). Good pool Can’t wait to come back

Isla de Agua on Gili Air is a beautiful boutique stay with a calm, intimate atmosphere and thoughtful design throughout. The rooms are stylish & clean. The pool area is a real highlight, quiet, beautifully designed, and perfect for slow island afternoons. Breakfast was also really good, fresh and well presented, a lovely way to start the day. It’s also a lovely detail that Gili Air literally means “Isla de Agua” — water island — which perfectly reflects the serene, ocean-filled energy of the place. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always making things easy and welcoming from start to finish. A perfect peaceful base on Gili Air.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir haben in einem der Bungalows übernachtet, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Poolbereich hat schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, mit vielen frischen Früchten.

Beautiful boutique hotel. We had an upgrade to the bigger rooms which were gorgeous. Walking distance to the beach on the quieter side if Gili Air. Staff were so accommodating for everything we needed. Khalid gave us lots of helpful info about where to go and sorted rental bikes for us. Breakfast was delicious. A gorgeous quiet little retreat, only 8 rooms. 100% recommend.

Super endroit! Les Boy’s sont géniaux, super accueil ils sont à l’écoute ont se sent à la maison! La propreté est incroyable, chambre fait à tous les jours, bouteille d’eau…tu as besoin, tu n’as qu’à demander et ils vont trouver!

What a wonderfulk stay we had, we got a free upgrade to the bungalow, the beds at the pool were very nice and the pool itself was clean and very big compared to most hotels we been before. The staff was super friendly and helpfull aswellll!

Proche des plages et à l’écart du monde, on se sent bien dés qu’on entre dans le logement. La piscine est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Un peu loin lorsqu’on arrive par bateau : 20mins de marche. La seule option est de prendre une calèche cheval mais le prix est élevé à 200k. Le staff est sympa mais nous avons quand même la sensation que si nous ne commandons pas d’expérience via eux (sortie snorkelling, bateau pour le retour à Bali), nous ne sommes pas appréciés. Ils nous ont dit que notre compagnie de bateau était dangereuse seulement pour pouvoir nous vendre une autre compagnie pour toucher une commission.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything is brand new and you can really feel that every little detail has been carefully thought through. They even provide snorkeling equipment, hats, an extra microfiber towel for hair, and hairdryer attachments suitable for different hair types.

Čekal jsem v této cenové kategorií něco navíc, ale služby nebo vybavení odpovídaly mnohem levnějšímu ubytování. Příště bych volil levnější ubytování anebo naopak dražší s lepšími službami. Personál působí dojmem, že je tam jen aby tam byl. Například snídaně - v této cenové kategorii bych očekával nějakou pestrost nebo originalitu. Bohužel i v tomto ohledu žádné překvapení.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They really looked after me and I felt safe being a solo traveller at all times.

Todo fantástico! Las instalaciones, la habitación, la comida, el trato. Si vuelvo a Gili air no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo en la isla de agua. Desde el minuto uno la experiencia fue fantástica. El personal es super amable, siempre pendientes de que todo de esté perfecto y dispuesto a ayudarte siempre si tienes dudas de algo. La decoración de la villa es super bonita y la habitación maravillosa, no faltan detalles que hacen que la estancia sea perfecta. Desayuno es abundante y buenísimo.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Insel wurde uns bei der Ankunft vorgestellt und die Möglichkeiten erläutert. Das Bungalow ist sehr angenehm und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Very clean rooms, barhroom and swimming pool! The breakfast (thats includes on the price) was the best that we had from all the hotels that we had after 25 days in Indonesia. The staff is super friendly and helpful! To recommend
