Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is outstanding, with an amazing sea view, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free.
The only issue we experienced was that one day we returned to find our apartment door unlocked. We immediately contacted Mr. Nour, who was very responsive and said he would review the security cameras. Unfortunately, he later informed us that the camera footage from our floor was no longer available. Thankfully, when we entered the apartment, everything was in place and nothing was missing. Despite this incident, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.

Mr karim was responsive and always answer any request but his attitude is strict and sometimes he doesn't listen. They have policy of checkout at 11 am. All I asked is that if no one will checkin after us then give us till 12:30 but he seems to be a bit nervous about it. I respect if they insist to enforce the policy but it can be done in a more descent way and they really need to revisit this policy. Wifi had few problems but got solved, yet from the master bedroom sometimes it doesn't work. The shower was clogged and couple of baskets were broken. The apartment reception had funny smell. Nesspreso pods weren't there and I had to ask for it couple of times. Finally I found two cigarettes filters in the master bedroom!! But honestly the whole apartment was clean except this incident.
